Wonderful atmosphere, great wait staff who gave us wonderful tips for delicious drinks. We will definitely go back to 676 next time we are in Chicago.

This is a good spot for corporate clients and I have been staying here yearly for over a decade. Nothing ever changes, which is good at some level; but nothing ever changes.
Only visited the lobby while in the Omni, but the had the most delicious fruit infused water available while waiting for the elevators. It was some kind of combination of oranges, lemons, and limes.
Hotel was clean and very nice. Staff was respectful. Pool was small and not good for very young children. Hot tub was nice and not. Location is wonderful.
Visited the German Embassy housed in Omni and was impressed with the friendly and helpful people who work for this hotel in making my visit fast and successful.
Staffing is great
Our room we stayed in had dirty stained sheet when we got there had to have them changed our sheet.
The a/c ventilation cover came off in our room had to get Maintenance to come fix.
The door was sticking so Maintenance also had to fix that.
Room was great. Location near Michigan Ave is perfect. No complaints!
Would not recommend. Location great.....service horrible.
Great location, stylish decor and really kind bedtime snack for our sons!
20th floor suite, good accommodations, view was so so, not sure the value as it was a work event so didn't shop for rates
Great staff and a very clean facility with great shops and food choices..:)
Room was clean and the floor was quiet. Had a very nice stay and the staff was excellent and attentive. Especially the valets. My only complaint is that overnight valet parking is pretty pricey but I would definitely return for another stay and would recommend.
Unhappy with food brussel sprouts under cooked and scallops were not seasoned. Poor service from waiter.
The Omni Hotel is a great place to stay. The location is great, near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Door staff was super friendly when we arrive at 2AM and the check is was smooth and quick. Breakfast at 676 was delicious and had a great selection.
Everything was perfect. The only problem was the $67 valet parking fee. That's ridiculous. The staff is great. The room was roomy and elegant. I would return if not for the valet fee.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Nice to have a hangout area for the kids separate from the bedroom. Location is wonderful, really tough to find a better spot. Enjoyed our stay and will return.
This hotel is very nice. This is an all suite hotel, and the room we were staying in had two beds and a sofa bed. Because of this, all 4 of us were able to sleep on a comfortable bed. As for the location, this is in the center of all the action and bus stations are close by. Overall, this hotel is great!
Great centralized location in the magnificent mile. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.
Staff is extremely courteous and helpful, and the room was magnificent. They really make an attempt to help you with any requests, and the staff went out of their way to be nice to our 1yr old child. Next time we re visiting Chicago we ll be coming back to the Omni!
A hotel of this class should offer free WIFI for their guests.
Very nice accommodations. Excellent location. Nice rooms.
Amazing luxury hotel, got a deluxe suite with king bed. Very spacious room. Hotel is close to all the high end shopping on the magnificent mile. Superb service by the staff. Booked an in-room massage with wind city massage (recommended by hotel) which was amazing. Will stay again when in Chicago.
I stopped by the Omni Hotel to meet a friend, who was staying at the Hotel, for a drink at the Hotel bar. I like the like the location, being right of the Mag Mile. The Hotel is very clean, and decorated well. All employees at the Hotel seemed to be polite, and responsive. As for the bar, I had two Martini's. The drinks were very good. The bartender seemed to really know his way around the bar. I had a little sticker shock when I received the bar tab. I guess that is expected, as it is right off Michigan Avenue. I would definitely return for drinks at this Hotel. My friend also related that she enjoyed staying at the Hotel.
The front desk was no help and played us without making a single effort to resolve any problems. We booked a king delux sweet with a pullout couch and were given a single bed small room with no where to move. Talking on the phone they never responded and at the front desk didn t even give me the correct room after the problem was addressed. There is a massive management problem.
Attended at Wedding, the service staff was not particularly responsive enough but had a great time anyways.
Stayed there for business. Clean and nice hotel with a decent restaurant and bar inside. Friendly and courteous staff that will gladly take care of any of your needs. Would definitely stay there again!
the room was huge. it has living room and bedroom. the parking not that expensive 54& each day for parking your car.
Great rooms. Very nice hotel. Parking is way too expensive ($70 per day)
Wonderful stay at Omni Chicago, location makes walking the magnificent mile easy, the room was spacious, clean & well appointed. Staff is attentive & sent a yummy chocolate taste to our room for our 45th anniversary. Love staying with Omni, thanks so much.
Awesome hotel and staff!!!! Oscar and his team ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Valet and door staff made us feel welcomed, and impacted our stay very positively.
Wonderful hotel. Great location and fabulous service. Highly recommend!
Great service and extremely thoughtful and friendly staff. Housekeeper sent up a mini-fridge to the room at no extra charge after finding out that we had baby's formula in the minibar fridge and worried that it wasn't cold enough. Thanks again for the great service.
We ate and had drinks at the 676. The bloody Mary's were so delicious and could tell they were hand crafted and used quality ingredients. Same went for the food. We ate there for lunch and then dinner the next day. The service was also excellent. I would go back and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for such great meals.
Lovely hotel smack dab in the middle of downtown Chicago! Great suites at reasonable prices if you watch for a deal. Friendly staff! Brought my granddaughters here for a trip to American Girl. It was only a few blocks away. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the pool area is quite small. And there is no shallow end for small children. It is 3 6 in depth for the entire pool. Otherwise, great place to stay!
Room was great, service was great, would definitely stay there again!
Rooms are overpriced and using the wireless internet is at a cost of $10-$15 per day, depending on your desired speed (both options are unbearably slow). Parking is $69/night. Please don't reward hotels that don't even have basic amenities like Internet.
Excellent room. Service was excellent. Staff were very nice and pleasant. Location was perfect.
Gorgeous location, great rooms, very clean. Difficulty with ac and took a very long time for staff to address it.
Has one of the better pools/hot tubs in a downtown Chicago hotel.
Excellent! My family and I stayed here for a getaway. We wanted to experience downtown in our own city (act like tourists). The staff were so polite and helpful, the rooms were clean with great views. The pool area was nice. It is on the smaller end so it can get crowded quickly, but we made the best of it. The gym is awesome, theres some good cardio machines, free weights, and I like the outdoor patio off of the gym. I was able to do some workouts while looking at the city. We walked to Pizza Due for a deep dish, we walked the Mag Mile. We found some $22 overnight parking on the Spot Hero app at the Ohio St garage. (About a 15 min walk) The hotel valley was $72. I want to go back! I felt so relaxed when we left The Omni.
internet connectivity was less than desirable and water pressure in the shower was low. Otherwise it was overall a good experience. The location of this hotel is best thing about it. Overall, I wont mind staying here again if the above mentioned issues were fixed
We had a great View of Michigan Avenue. The bar was very nice staff was very kind and helpful the rooms were beautifully appointed improvements recommended adjustable televisions the bed was just okay I was glad to get home
Amazing, delicious food. Seeing Santa was fantastic!
Service was fine. I do not recommend a corner suite. Really odd floor plan and not much room
Excellent hotel!!! Very recommend and a great location!!!
First the good, the location is great - really hard to beat for that. Second the suite concept is necessary and rate so that you have a door separating you from the living room and any kids on the sofa bed.
Now for the bad - the door to the bedroom does not close in our room - it is in fact larger than the frame.
The AC/heat unit is large and noisy making sleep difficult and possibly because someone was previously angry with it - it appears to have had the panel kicked in and it fell off the wall a couple of times.
Also I paid $430 for the room while I could have stayed at the 5 star Langham for $375 (I did the first night before the family arrived) - no comparison between the hotels. So it was overpriced as well.
Room was great and very easy to get into and sleep in
This is a wonderful hotel in downtown Chicago. The rooms are wonderful, and I love the fact that you can open the windows, because it was not too hot this month, and even though there were slight traffic noise, I got to sleep without air conditioning. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the Bellman insisted on putting my luggage in the lyft, which is a little annoying, but other than that this hotel is wonderful
I stayed for a course in spring of 2016. Unfortunately, I discovered upon returning home, but after some delay that I had forgotten two sports coats and slacks in the closet by mistake. Admittedly, this was my mistake and I should have caught it sooner upon my return, but I did not note the error until a few weeks later. I emailed and contacted the hotel in hopes that it had been turned in, but received no response by email message and was told over the phone by an associate that I would be called back with an update. No response came for over a month. I again emailed and called the hotel. I was then directed to security who informed me the articles were not listed on the log from the days of my visit as being turned in. There have been no other contact attempts to remedy the situation. I suspect articles are left all the time in this hotel, and while not a devastating loss, I feel that no effort was taken to assist me in this situation. Also, it troubles me that two expensive sports coats and slacks were not turned into security by cleaning staff.
All-around great experience. Location, service, staff attentiveness, food, atmosphere, all great.
Great place! Centrally located and great amenities.
Too expensive for what it is. I've had better experience and price with Crowne and Marriott!
We had a very nice stay at the Omni. Room was spacious. Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Ok this hotel is NICE!!! The rooms are COMFORTABLE!! Tip: you need to come in and go to the third floor which is where the check in counter is. Level 4 is the restaurant and level 5 is the gym and pool. You access the pool through the gym s men s and women s locker room that is connected to the gym. You must have your room key for access!
Enjoy Michigan Ave and Zara right across the street!!!
The service at this place was absolutely phenomenal, the staff was very accommodating, the room was excellent....
Clean, nice linens, staff seems okay. 19th floor is nice view
Great Hotel at a great location in downtown Chicago.
Excellent service, superb room, no shortage of amenities. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends!
I feel it's important to share my experince at this hotel since I wouldn't feel safe staying here again. I travel alot for work and have never had this experince before. I stayed at the Omni Hotel in Chicago for a work conference and my ipad was taken from my room. I was told by the hotel secuirty department that they did an investigation and that the hotel staff who worked in my room while I wasn't in there "have been there for years" and wouldn't take anything. They stated there was nothing that could be done. I understand that they can't do anything to help me but I feel it's now my repsonibilty to let other people know who stay here to be very cautious of what they leave in their room because there is a good chance it won't be there when you get back!
Of all the hotels we have stayed in Chicago, The Omni did not fall short when it came to quality and cleanliness. Our King Suite was beautiful, spacious and elegant. Upon arrival, service was lacking as there was a bit of confusion and miscommunication with both our room and luggage - however, after resolving the rest of our stay was great. Facilities are great - fitness center was very nice. Only recommendation would be a bathroom update - the showers are a bit dated!
We loved our stay at Omni Chicago! Its located along Magnificent Mile (Michigan) and therefore central to everything. The hotel is very nice and the service was great but we had two issues. First, the two separate elevators we had to take to enter and exit the hotel was pretty annoying. The hotel lobby is on the third floor so from the ground floor you have to take an elevator to the lobby. To get to your room you have to take us separate elevator from the lobby to the floor of your room. It's a minor inconvenience. The second issue was with the water pressure. The weak water pressure for the shower meant longer showers to wash everything off. As a gold star member we enjoyed the three WiFi and coffee service. Our suite was on the 24th floor so we also enjoyed the city and water views! Overall because of the excellent service, location, and the comfort of the room and bed, we have a great opinion of this hotel and would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent stay and excellent location right off the Magnificent Mile. We ate dinner at the Grand Lux Cafe and had a short walk to the Omni. The Junior Suite was very comfortable with a real California King bed.
