Friendly staff, excellent accommodaion, moderately priced

Stay here if you're in Chicago and want to be right in the middle of everything. It's perfectly located and is a wonderful hotel. Ask for a high floor with views of the city and lake. They were so accommodating it was great. This will be my hotel every time I'm in Chicago!

Such a nice property, love it there. Have stayed there on several occasions, very pleased every time! It is in a great location, lots of things to do as well as many restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

Great location! Great views! Loved the restaurant & bar. The staff was very helpful with things to do. I would approach with caution though. We stayed for 2 nights on one of the romantic packages. We didn t get to do the cooking class cause it was unavailable the days we were there. When we checked in the room wasn t ready, so they sent us down to the bar with complementary drinks. When I showered the bathroom had hairs on the ceiling that I informed staff about but was never addressed. The sink in our room wasn t draining properly, we had to call staff to fix it which they did promptly.

Get the cheese plate at the bar, excellent pairings. They also make a mean Moscow mule, highly recommended.

Room service staff is weird. They will not give water bottles even if you are ready to pay. They give microwave but no bowl or cooking vessel. room size and other facilities were fine

Was an exceptional place to stay in Chicago. Service was outstanding. Pool was nice, but overcrowded with too many kids during spring break.

Hotel had a decent advertised price but beware of hidden extras such as the nightly destination fee. Parking was $70 per night but seems consistent with other hotels in the area. Common areas were decent however the room was outdated. Refrigerator didnt work, tape on window seals, damaged paint, movie rentals on television didnt work. Hotel front desk staff was very rude upon arrival however it improved by the end of the trip. Not the worst experience here however I would not stay at this hotel again. Definately not what I expected from an Omni.

This is a pretty nice place. The room I was in was nice. The bathrooms are a little hard to find, though.

Excellent location, facilities, service and food !!!!!

Great location good price and friendly staff. Check in desk can get a little chaotic when it's busy because it's hard to tell where the lines begin and end with people walking through. Pool was smallish but perfect and fun for the family. Valet service was super friendly.

Lovely hotel with great decore and ambiance. The amenities are really good too and the service is very good. You feel at home at the Omni.

Great stay with family and friends for a short trip to Chicago this Summer and two Cubs games. Great service. Rooms are perfect with separate living area so the kids could crash and my wife and I could stay up!

This hotel is beautiful. And their restaurant, 676, is great as well. Even though their breakfast buffet was pretty expensive, $25, I had it every morning because it was delicious and the service was ON POINT! The reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the mattress felt like it was dragged out of an alley. I'm not even a picky person when it comes to mattresses but it felt like a basic spring mattress and The Omni is not a basic spring mattress establishment. Honest to God it felt like it wasn't even a pillow top. Needless to say my rest was less than blissful, but its a great hotel.

We were staying at the Hilton on Delaware and their pool was being remodeled, so they referred us to go to the Omni and use their facilities complementary of the Hiltion. So my wife and I went and enjoyed their pool and hot tub to relax a little. There were just a few qualms we had. Floor around the pool was incredibly slippery, almost dangerously slippery and their pool and hot tub seemed oddly small for such a large hotel. (The hot tub's capacity was only 3 people). Other than that, our brief excursion to the Omni was pleasant.

Location was great! Right on North Michigan Avenue! Service was phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and willing to help. We booked the American Girl Package and my daughter was overwhelmed with excitement and joy when she saw all the items she received including the snacks! The room was nice although there is a need for better soundproofing. Anybody in the hallway was heard and the road traffic was easily heard. Overall the hotel was rather impressive and is definitely someplace I would recommend staying and would stay at again.

The parking service is very good. The elevator is a little jittery.

We stayed in a suite that also included breakfast and valet parking. The room was perfect, food was great and staff greeted us upon arrival and took our bags to our room. The only thing that I wish we would of gotten was a room with a view. Great location to walk to all the stores. We will be back!

King suites appear to be newly carpeted, renovated. Super friendly and efficient staff. Decent price if you can get some kind of discount or promotion. Chicago hotels trend to be expensive.

Great hotel! It's in the perfect location. Our room was on the top floor with great views. We enjoyed walking Michigan Ave. The front desk staff were exceptionally wonderful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

The staff, especially the bellman, are the best. The professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly men who are the face of this hotel as guests arrive and depart are as vital to the success of this hotel as the location. I will definitely return as soon as possible!

Loved staying here. My friends and I really loved the inside pool with windows that you can see the night sky with. Very pleasant and welcoming.

The only bad thing about this place is the toilet paper.

This hotel has no character at all. You have to take two elevators to get to your room. The bar is on the 4th and the building goes all the way up to 25, that's a missed opportunity. No sound proofing at all, I could hear most of the street noise. Not sure if my room was worth what I paid for.

It's a reasonable distance from a lot of places that you would want to visit.

I just wanted to give a heartfelt shoutout and thank you for going above and beyond to my request to do a little something special for my parents who stayed this past weekend for their 40th wedding anniversary. They were SO excited when they found the chocolate cake and champagne waiting for them!! I'm so grateful for your generosity and thoughtfulness, they truly loved their stay and you made them feel so special. Will most definitely share our wonderful experience with Omni to all. They also raved about the beautiful room, sea salts for the bath, and amazing views!

Great hotel, perfect location to walk to anywhere in the center. Great shops nearby, 10 minute walk from the River. Great restaurant, friendly service. Spa, pool, gym. It's got it all. Good meeting facilities. Rooms are spacious. The only comment I would have is the carpets on the floors. I just prefer wooden floors in hotels, more hygienic and better for people with certain allergies. But well recommended, both for holidaymakers, families and travellers on business.

Best hotel! Loved the greating by the doors men before we even checked in. His name started with an M and the coolest handle bar mustache! Sam was just as amazing in the evening. We got checked in early by request. Super clean and nice. Ordered food to the room and it was Great! Needed more red paper flakes and called, they said it was a red pepper 911 and would be up in 1 min and it was! Lol. Completely happy with the place and would recommend. We will be back, great staff and room!

This is by far the best hotel experience! If you guys have anything planed for a significant other make sure you talk to a very nice lady named sharlot! She will take care of you and April aswell very nice!

Good spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Had to change elevator to go to the room which was a bit odd.

Great location on the magnificent mile. Conference rooms are comfortable, if a little cold. Lunches provided by the hotel kitchen we're some of the best good I've had at a conference.

Went there for food and drinks, service was excellent.

Very nice. Had a king room suite. Quiet, linens nice, comfortable bed. Nice staff. Clean room. Refrigerator in room, although the description did not say it was. Internet worked well, although I think you have to pay for it unless you are a member. Highly recommend!

Staff are pretty friendly and location is great. Room service prices are too high though.

The refrigerator in the room was far too small to hold anything other than drinks. Tons of leftovers ended up going to waste as a result. Beyond that, the hotel was fine

We've stayed at the Omni every time we visit Chicago. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and always have a view of the city. There is also a restaurant above the lobby so we didn't have to leave the hotel to get food. Overall, our stay at the Omni was worth five stars!

Valet lost my car for an hour but other than that it nice hotel. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Very clean.

Stayed there from July 4th to the 11th. Great stay, great room I made a mistake with my reservation Front desk staff fixed it upon arrival no problem. The location is incredible, close to anything. Breakfast is amazing but expensive (*buffet). Pool is small but we had a hard time finding a hotel with one in the area. Rooms have a good size and are well maintained. Upon arrival my daughter received a small gift and cookies and milk in the room.
Will certainly return when back in Chicago.
