My wife and I visited the Omni as part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room itself was relent - very spacious, elegant, and clean - and we even received a California King bed instead of a queen (they didn't even know it was our honeymoon). The location was perfect for us as it's right on the Magnificent Mile and was a short walk (20 minutes) to the Navy Pier. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were also as good as you could expect. I highly recommend the Omni and we'd surely stop back again!

Loved the staff! Super friendly and helpful, every single one. Loved our room and the pool and spa. I wish they had vending machines though. Restaurant is super good, but very expensive.
We loved our 2 night stay !

Nice place but may need an update to stay ahead of the times on modern hotel offerings and decor. Had their catering at an event in the hotel and was really underwhelmed. Risotto, chicken, salmon, wedge salad...Maybe I shouldn't expect so much...

Delicious meal. I ordered the hanger steak and fries. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The "chocolate cake" was more of a pudding dessert. It was a little rich for me, but the rest of our party enjoyed it. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere.

I like this hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I would not consider it a 5 star hotel, but more like a 4-4.5 star hotel as it isn't as nice as some of the other places I have stayed at, but still the front desk was nice and so was the concierge.

This is what happened to my daughter at Omni Chicago Hotel. There are metal grates in the bottom of the hot tub, where her ankle was deeply scraped. I called the emergency number in the pool area. Security, maintenance and later a manager came. The maintenance man said the hot tub had been recently closed down for the exact same thing! This was suppose to have been fixed 2 weeks earlier! The only thing we were offered was ice cream, gummy bears and water for my daughter, along with some bandages for me to clean and dress her wounds. I asked for an incident report and was told they didnt have one or wouldnt give me a copy. I contacted the manager and the corporate office by email and phone and messages. They will not respond to me.

The Omni Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Chicago. It's centrally located and provides easy access to a variety of activities. I will definitely stay here on my next business or pleasure trip to Chicago. The staff did a great job!

Hotel personnel were 5 star +. Facility was 1 or 2 star. Our first room was freezing and after 2 hours of heat not catching up we moved rooms. Our second room had a toilet issue at 10:00pm that required a 30 minute technician visit and was still not fixed (tech said there had been a city plumbing issue that possibly pushed sediment thru the lines). Then around that time, we smelled strong smoke of both varieties ;) from nearby rooms (later told that the guests were kicked out). Despite these facility issues, the personnel made for a really great 7th birthday weekend for my daughter. Concierge Melissa and Marcus hooked me up with a cake to be delivered to the room from a local baker in addition to birthday treats from the hotel. Front desk personnel were accommodating, understanding and sympathetic to the facility issues. Front Office Manager Raul Rodriguez made everything right in the end. Maybe just a series of unfortunate events but personnel were first class.

Horrible nothing went right the service was the worst I ever had and the food was horrible either burnt or cold and some of the fruit was rotting. This was the worst hotel I have ever been at thanks for the experience.

Excellent hotel with great service and proactive satisfaction. Food and bar are excellent reasonable for a Chicago city location. Wonderfully equipped hotel rooms with high end decor and materials. You won't be disappointed with your entire stay experience.

An amazing hotel. With a slight quirk the the lobby being on the 1st floor. The rooms are incredible. Comfort at every turn. Right in the heart of the city. The breakfast is amazing with the chef's and waiters catering to your every need.

Hotel is nice and great location.

Hotel is nice and great location.
However we paid $400 a night for a king suite and although nice..... not worth the four hundred.
I've been in bigger nicer suits for less money.
Besides that lobby is on 3rd floor...when you come in you elevator it to 3rd...then get. Off take another elevator to your room...which everyone thought was a bit strange.

The common areas look nice, but the room was a wreck---chipped furniture, blinds with holes in them, and stains on the wallpaper. The bar/restaurant had excellent food and drinks and great views. The price was a god value for downtown Chicago.

The Omni Hotel is on the Magnificent Mile and is near major shopping , restaurants and sights. Recently renovated but could still use more refurbishing, housekeeping needs to be retrained on room cleanliness.

No free WiFi and no fridge in a suite like this is sort of a bummer, and the gym wasn't much, especially considering the nightly rate. But this hotel has 2 things going for it: roomy rooms, and a great, great location. Staff was generally pretty cool except for one dude, whom I won't call out in detail here, because I think he was probably "just doing his job."

Hotel keeps lots of alcohol in the rooms and I felt very uncomfortable about that. The hotel MUST respect everyone's belief and not force the customers to stay with something they feel uncomfortable about. I called the customer desk as soon as I came in the room and asked them to remove the alcohol but Noone came.

I didn't wana remove myself because they would have charged me for that.

The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the elevators doesn't handle well when more than 10 people are waiting. When walking 23 flights up is faster than taking the elevator, something is wrong. Also even though it is a personal issue house keeping came wayyy to early for me(10 A.M.)
