We stayed there for just 1 night. The room was dusty but ok. What got us was when we got ready to check out the next morning we discovered some old dried up blood stains on one of our beds!!! We decided not make a big deal out of since otherwise our trip way home would have been ruined. But please beware this should never happen. We stayed in room 2505.

Very nice hotel located right smack in the middle of lots of fun. The prices are very reasonable for what you get, the staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the views are good, and there are lots of restaurants and entertainment opportunities easily within walking distance. Parking is expensive, but that s to be expected of most any hotel in downtown Chicago.

A nice hotel that had an air of class. You are greeted upon arrival by a polite porter. The reception is on floor 3. When you arrive in the tastefully appointed lobby, you are met by a helpful receptionist who provides you with clear directions to your room and also information about the amenities on offer, should you require them. The room itself was fairly smart. However, it was rather dimly lit. Whilst I'm sure it would be perfect for seducing a girl over a glass of Pinot Noir, it is rather impractical and gives the hotel a slightly depressing side. Other than that, I fail to find fault with this hotel. Next time I'm in Chicago, I will definitely use the Omni. (Even if it does require the purchase of several torches!)

The conference rooms were nice, although at one point the air conditioning made a loud noise for about 15 minutes during one of the meetings. The food provided for lunches was fantastic. The staff was phonomenal. They made sure to clear out any dishes at the tables while we were working very quickly, without distracting from the meeting, and were very friendly and helpful throughout the conference.

First time to stay. excellent location surrounded by shopping malls, there are some veggie restaurants near by in 2min walk, everything are within walking distance.
I stayed in a suite room, of course the room is big. bedding fabric is very cozy, silky soft touch, love it.

The location is very good, but the hotel facilities are old, the room coffee machine has actually been used, and the hotel front desk reflected twice, no response! The room is too poor to care, it gives people a bad feeling!

Tried this hotel for the first time due to an excellent sale on Hotwire, and was pleasantly surprised. Competes well with the other 4-5 star hotels in downtown Chicago. Staff was great. Only downside - the mini bar had already been raided by a past guest and despite our notifying the front desk immediately upon arrival, we were still charged. All in all, though, an enjoyable stay.

Omni Chicago Hotel is the place to stay while in Chicago for Business or pleasure. My wife and I enjoy the OC because they take care of you. The amenities and club benefits are amazing. The 676 Restaurant is a 5 star dinning experience. All staff is friendly and ready to serve. Great place to stay.

The room was booked with AAA rate of "$120" for king suite. I will tell you the charges to the room on the final bill were nearly twice that. Parking charges of $72 (no one will tell you ahead of time), additional "destination charges", as well as city, state, local taxes of all sorts, and in the end you certainly won't pay what is advertised as a deal. Park around the corner for $25 and save yourself $50. In room dining was basic bagel and muffin, watery yogurt in a parfait for $11, and the list goes on. They will get nearly $300 in the end for the room booked at $120 and while the quality of the room was great, just plan on overpaying for the experience.

Great service!

Great service!
Exceptional service by an exceptional staff for a special trip for my daughter's birthday. This was a wonderful experience where everyone went out of their way to help us and bring cheer. I will stay here every time I am in Chicago.

I was expecting a bit more from a 4 star hotel. The room was tastefully decorated but an odd layout. It was clean, but dusty. Staff were friendly but seemed indifferent upon my arrival as I walked in. The food that was catered for the event was very good. The meeting facilities were average. It just didn't quite match up to similar venues. I'd stay there again, just not by choice.

This location is very comfortable, lovely rooms~ This was the second time doing an overnight stay here. The front desk staff were much nicer to my boyfriend and me this time. My first visit we weren't as well welcomed, I'm assuming because of our casual attire and having been traveling all day. Not the experience I'd expected from a luxury hotel~ We ordered room service for food which was quick and tasty! Server was very helpful and polite~

Omni treated us like royalty! We were on a 1 night honeymoon (due to work schedules) and had to make the best of it. This was definitely the hotel for us. They greeted us with warm smiles and had champagne and strawberries waiting for us in our room as a gift from them. So sweet. Definitely will go back! I would love to go back every year on our honeymoon!

Perfectly fine stay. Nice sure. Clean and modern. 2 flat screen TVs. Only weird thing was having to take 2 different elevators to get between rooms and street level. Would recommend staying here though I only spent one night here myself.

Overall, a very nice hotel and great location!. The staff was nice and the bellmen were very friendly and helpful! Our only concern was the A/C vents were in awkward places making it difficult to be comfortable at times. Suite also needs more than the one mirror as the only one was in the bathroom. I would have to think that our room has not been updated recently.

We are actually checking out this morning from a 3 day stay for my grandpa's funeral. We usually stay at the Hyatt Place but the type of room we needed was sold out. I am so thankful that we found this place. When we checked-in, after driving for 22 hours from South Florida, we were immediately greeted with an enthusiastic...

It was fine. The staff was unimpressive; not overtly rude but not welcoming. We were unable to get a late checkout and the front desk staff were visibly irritated we had the temerity to ask. Far too much money for the level of service.

Very disappointing. My wife and I stayed for one night. Two days later, they charged us additional $40 for mini-bar drinks, while we didn't use anything - we didn't even notice there is a "mini-bar"! Ridiculous. What can I say???
