Charming hotel in a great location near the Ferry Building! Love the natural accents all over the hotel, and although the rooms are not huge, they are quite cozy and cute. Staff are all courteous and friendly as well.
Recommend the Omni hotel. Top notch treatment of guests. Clean room, pool and fitness center. Attentive staff. Purchased the valet parking package, worth it! I heard the American Girl doll package is good, will be back to try that one.
My husband I came here during a business trip in August 2019. We stayed for three days and two nights. It s a nice hotel and in a good location. It could use a little updating in the rooms for the cost of staying at this hotel. A bit outdated.
The Omni was very accommodating. Arrived well before check-in time, 10A, yet they found a room for us. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly and welcomed us as we entered and wished us a good day as we left. Room service was prompt and food was quite good, I especially enjoyed the chocolate cake. Have been here before and the Omni has always been enjoyable and pleasant.
The Omni Chicago, is the only place I stay when in Chicago. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The 676 restaurant, food and service was very good.
Rooms are clean with sophisticated interior and furniture. Door staff is very polite and front desk was very helpful. Overall a great stay. Rooms have cable and basic internet.

Awesome location right on the Magnificent Mile. Gorgeous views of the skyline and water. Great customer service. Front desk responded promptly when we asked for a new room because are non-smoking room smelled of marijuana smoke... There were some minor malfunctions in the room (doors on cabinets light behind the bed) but this did not ruin our stay at all. The prices were amazing, perhaps because the hotel could use some reno... Definitely worthwhile for a romantic getaway at a great price.
Great hotel in the heart of Chicago. Walking distance to major stores and attractions.
The service is impeccable. The bar and restaurant has very good food. Definitely worth every penny we paid to stay. This was mine and my wife's 1st anniversary and I would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel if traveling with kids. Goody bag upon checking in (cranyons, games, etc) and a saltwater pool.
I have been to swanky 5 star hotels before where they say customer service is our number one priority but they do not hold a candle to the Omni Hotel - Chicago.
KINDNESS IS IN THEIR DNA!!! This was my family and my first time with this chain but I will honestly pay extra just to stay here next time... it was THAT GOOD! The hotel staff are like I ve never experienced before in my life.
What makes them unique:
1. Reservationist on phone who was so patient when I took too long making up mind about room size, breakfast package, etc. She even took a note down that we re celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary and we were greeted to our own bottle of champagne and personalized cake when we arrived!
2. Bellmen who helped our kids out of their Ubers joking with them every time.
3. Waiters who smiled from deep down and who taught my kids cool handshakes.
4. Nice room service lady who accidentally caught me frantically looking for ice to heal my sons bumped head. She not only walked me to get ice even with a tray full of food but also called for extra ice packs to be sent to our room immediately.
5. Concierge who actually helped us get our day plans underway and fastest route mapped with water taxis.
6. Front desk who printed out maps for us, didn t rush us away, and who sent us a bag of goodies upon arrival including water, cookies and some milk.
I wish I could scream out from a rooftop what I thought about you Omni Chicago and the amazing team of people who hosted us for Labor Day weekend but I hope that this review will be a small token of our appreciation. You are a gem and we are so grateful for your hospitality
Our room at the Omni was luxurious, comfortable, and functional. What really impressed us about the Omni was the service... top notch! All of the staff was helpful without pretentiousness. I also have to commend the room service quality as it was the best I can recall having.

Great location, friendly staff, and modern rooms! Rooms were missing some amenities and our particular room had awkward power strips lying around. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The Omni was a very pleasant stay for my wife and I. Or room was clean, had a wonderful view, and was decorated well. The staff was friendly and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! We find ourselves within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and shipping. Location was great! The only thing we noted were the constant sirens from the nearby children's hospital. If you need complete silence to sleep, I'd maybe look around.
Watch your valuables! This hotel has a theft issue, make sure you put all your valuables in the safe in your room.

My sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Omni, Chicago for two nights.
We were greeted by a very friendly doorman who directed us to the lobby located upstairs. Once in the lobby we were greeted with a smile from the front desk associate who checked us in to a lovely well appointed suite on the 22nd floor that had a picturesque view of the city!
Housekeeping maintains the rooms impeccably and provided us with a welcome wine and hor d'oeuvres tray and evening room preparation including turning on smooth jazz music and provided water at the bedside!
The onsite gym facility and hot tub were a welcome accommodation, providing clean and well serviced machinery
Public transportation to all areas of the city is within a few minute walk and of course all of the Magnificent Mile shopping and restaurants await you outside Omni's doorstep!
Our first trip to this exciting city proved to be an exceptionally memorable experience and the Omni was a part of that experience!

Excellent service, I took a class there about networking. Their lobby although small was very ornate and interesting decorated fully with chandeliers and exotic plants. There staff was ever so friendly and provided excellent complimentary services. The class I took was fully supplied with water and mints/candies to our greatest pleasure.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Chicago and while it's in a touristy part of town, it's tucked away and quiet. The rooms are modern and well designed to maximize the use of space, with a wet bar, large flatscreen TVs and comfortable furnishings. Omni's Select Guest programs gives you free wi-fi, shirt pressings, morning beverages and other benefits, and there's are plenty of other facilities on site including a gym. The bar/restaurant offers a wide variety of foods with something for everyone, and the service throughout the hotel couldn't be more attentive.
Love the suite setup. The beds are comfy, the a/c rocks, and the staff have been very courteous and helpful. They have a nice fitness center and indoor pool/hot tub too.

I had a Saturday conference here. Excellent location, difficult parking but fortunately I live nearby and walked The lobby is off the main floor, it is nicely designed and not over-elegant. The services supporting the conference were very good, they had a great AV guy that helped out with a tricky spot. Good food, unhealthy but high-end unhealthy :)

Location is great. Room is bigger than typical downtown hotel's but with older furnitures. Bath tub needs plunging. Service is acceptable.
