I only stayed a few hours but the staff was really nice and the room was beautiful and clean.

Awesome views. Executive suite room is spacious and love having a corner living room with 270 degree city views

Superb experience from start to finish. Staff is courteous and extremely helpful. They make you feel right at home. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the braised short rib is worth traveling for. The room was spacious and clean. Cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. Will be back again. Highly recommend.

Nice and quiet even on a busy Saturday night in Chicago. Great menu, awesome staff, very clean and classy environment with a great view for dinner. Pricing seemed in line with similar restaurants on the Magnificent Mile. Our steaks we delicious and the sides and appetizers were very good and portions were generous. We would definitely eat here again on future visits.

i rescheduled a hotel reservation for omni hotel through orbitz after the manager told me that it was able to be rebooked if the orbitz company contacted them they would accept the request and i called today and the orbitz representative said omni hotel denied the booking there i will never stay at a omni hotel again after being lied to by a manager at this so call high end hotel.

Soooo expensive everything the sell or do the want money

The staff was friendly and pleasant. We were in room 2504, 2 double beds and sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable and un-sleepable, even for kids. View was looking right onto the side of another building, no street or cityscape view at all. Pool was sub-par, small, etc. For the price tag, I was expecting more. I did email the Omni staff with our disappointment and they responded immediately, which was appreciated, but really nothing they could do. Definitely not worth the price, unless you want it just for the precise location. I would assume you could get another hotel with same amenities for a more reasonable price.

Amazing hotel. Have to ask for the room with the centered doors in the bedroom. Beautiful room. Great place to come back to after a full day in the city.

Fathers day 2018
The wife and i decided to spend the night out downtown....we chose the omni cause of the indoor pool and centralized location....
once we arrived the hotel seemed beautiful and neat...
the elevator was nice and quick...
the halls were nice..
the room was neat ...and and first...nice..
after a few hours...we realized how "used" room felt... several knobs about were loose...bulbs in some lamps did not turn on.....the fridge kept things warm...
the linens were not fresh.... the longer we stayed in the room... the more aged it looked...
so we went the pool...
we had to find it first....
no info on amenities in the rooms.
after finding the spa... we were confronted by a sign the read "the pool would be closed starting on Monday June 18th...due to leak.."...but in fact....it was closed on the 17th! father's day!! Why???
so we saw a staff member that confirmed the pool was closed... but..that we could walk across the street to the peninsula hotel... said our room key would be our pass in... we walked... in robes.. a whole block...at dusk...to the pool...that was closed!..
wow!...
father's day... ruined..
we went back to the room ...ordered pizza..slept in humid feeling sheets...
woke up the next day... paid 50$ for a breakfast...went home..
disappointed.

The Omni is a first rate place to stay in Chicago. It's in the middle of the Magnificent Mile with every store or experience you could want in walking distance. To the north, there's North Avenue Beach & Water Tower and if you go a few blocks south, you're at the Chicago River. Navy Pier's to the east and Giordanos (Pizza - best deep dish in the city) is just a block west. The staff is outstanding and the views are spectacular. Highly recommend when visiting the Windy City.

On our first night the staff came and gave the children cookies and milk. Just amazing for familys.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff. In a nice walkable area. Haven't spent much time in the vicinity, so I'm not sure what there is to do, but I would return.

You can stop your search now. Came for my birthday, and I let them know that in advance to see what they would do. They delivered. And not just figuratively. After emailing Kristopher and letting him know about my birthday, I came into my room finding a bottle of Champagne and a nice birthday cake (delicious miniture souflee) that got the night started on a good note. Whats better than champagne and a view of the John Hancock/Magnificent Mile on your birthday. Through and through I was treated with respect regardless of my apperance (young urban hispanic) which says alot about the hotel. Let's just say others need to step up their culture and understand regardless of how one may look, if we are spending out money there it is a choice and they should appreciate it. The Omni by far exceeded my expectatioons and I will stay again. Try finding another suite based Hotel with better value and prestige on the Magnificent Mile, you wont.

Great location. Friendly staff. The hotel bar is pretty cool with a decent selection of craft beers. Would recommend.

I gave 4 stars only because, I did not use hotel,although looked clean and nice. I was there to see doctor and staff at 3850 and they were all wonderful.

My experience so far has been pretty good! It's not my favorite hotel - I don't like the points/rewards/status as much as the other chains. The rooms are quite nice though. Really big with separate bedrooms and the rollaway bed is a real mattress which is cool. The main bedroom looks awesome and the sheets are just fantastic. So soft!!! The location is great, very centralized to everything and easy to get everywhere. The decor is nice. Pool and hot tub!!! We get free juice or coffee every morning, but there's no breakfast no lounge. Valet is something insane like $75 or something.

Respectful knowledgeable team, impeccable service by door & entire staff, efficient well run hotel with perfect accommodations for the professional. Restaurant offers beautiful views, relaxed setting for every special occasion. Located at Michigan Avenue exactly where everyone wants to be.

Stayed at the property for 1 night on a business trip. Hotel is in a great location and the room was spacious and clean. Just review your statement carefully because there was a false minibar charge of $21.70 on my statement.

It was okay. The service was nothing special. I enjoy being at the bar though.

We didn't know what to expect from Omni, but it was great! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My husband and I slept very well. The staff was very friendly and informative. Along with all of this, it was right off of the Magnificent Mile, and we were just steps from a day of shopping and sightseeing at the Navy Pier.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Food was consistently amazing.

Pool area was horrible we were kicked out after being told we wouldn't be by the front desk at 5min before closing time. That's separate from the screaming children. The pool was the only reason why we stayed there.

Went to the Omni to go to the 676 Restaurant, it was a little harder to find the entrance since you can't get to the restaurant from Michigan Ave, but the lobby looked very clean and fancy.

Please explain how a pair of jeans HANGING in a closet is missing from your hotel room! That s what happened to me when I stayed at this hotel on August -2-2018.
Per OMNI - We encourage and expect each of our associates to do his or her personal best to ensure our guests feel comfortable and appreciated.
They don t live up to this statement because after my Jeans were taken from my room I didn t feel comfortable or safe in my room. I was promised to be compensated for the jeans and as of today I have not. I sent a letter to their corporate office and received no response. That tells me a lot about this company as a whole. Needless to say, I am quite frustrated and disappointed. I expected a much higher level of service.

This hotel is centrally located. I could walk one block and find so many Italian restaurants and breakfast places. Very close to shopping. The morning breakfast is good with a variety of breakfast choices.

The service was very nice. I think i should return for another luxurious stay.

I normally never stay at Omni hotels but boy I was amazed by this experience. The rooms are very clean and modern. Staff were extremely friendly and food was high quality. 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

This is a very relaxing, modern and competent hotel. Because of little personnel change over many years, I feel at home when in the hotel.

Had lunch at the 676 Bar. The food was very good, and they had great coffee!

I stayed here this past winter. really beautiful suite. THe sheets were the best I've ever slept in. And they're available online. along with their matteress collection. I'm defintely buying myself a set for my birthday. really sweet and discreet staff. THe suite although on the smaller side was still exceptionally lovely. I can only imagine one with a view for next time.

We had an Executive Suite and it was absolutely perfect. Our stay was for our Anniversary, and they helped make it so romantic. From a private dessert and champagne waiting for us when we returned from dinner to a his and hers surprise. The view was gorgeous. The restaurant in the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was so quick and friendly. We will most definitely be back. And hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Staff were nice, room was clean, but bathroom could have been better. View from room was nice. Pool area was ok, needs updating.

Loved the rooms. Cool set-up, and amazing location.

Great hotel with a pool and easy access to the happenings on Michigan Avenue. We stayed here during a small wedding and were able to hang out and celebrate in each other s suites as well as easily walk to dinners, beach, museums.

Walls seemed a little thin, but overall it was a fantastic stay. Great view of Michigan Ave. Great staff. But hearing the people next door wasn't very appealing.

Well it's a 4 star and beautiful inside. Staff was great. Biggest issue was that they have satellite cable that went out with the slightest bit of foul weather. This is chicago!

We have always enjoyed our stay at Chicago's Omni Hotel on Michigan Ave. The personnel are friendly, courteous and attentive.

Attended a work event in one of their conference rooms. The catering was decent...made to order pasta as well as a dessert spread.

I stayed at the Omni Hotel and paid $70 per night for valet parking. They took it to an unsecure lot without cameras. After the paying $280 for parking four days it was returned without a rear window. Everything was stolen. They paid for everything but I had to hunt them down with several phone calls and emails to get the approval.

Didn't even credit the $70 per night parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel with great location.

Staff is always helpful. Our go to place in Chicago.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Great size mini suites. Very clean. Definitely recommend
