We always feel like we're coming home when we stay at the Omni Chicago Hotel.

Amazing staff! Great bar/restaurant, get the cheese!!

Great service,friendly people, good vibe :D. Fantastic service. The food at the bar/resturant area is actually really delicious.

We had a corner king room on the 20th floor. The room was wonderful for our family of five. My husband and I had a little privacy from the three kids who were able to sleep on the pull-out couch + a small cot. It was a little crowded with the extra cot, but we managed just fine. The pool was a little small, but it was nice and warm and the girls enjoyed it very much. My only frustration was that we were not made aware that, when our 7-year-old had the buffet that it was going to cost $28!! She had a couple of pancakes and some fruit...and it was $28! I guess we'll just have to make sure we KNOW the cost before we start to eat next time. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Their staff was very helpful, and we had easy access to transportation to wherever we wanted to go.

Nice pool, hot tub, and workout area. Staff is friendly and the suites make it easier if you have little kids that can stay in the living room part of the suite. The location is great for shopping.

Spacious rooms. Responsive service. Clean. Conveniently located in downtown Chicago. Would stay again.

In this scary time in our country the Chicago Omni hotel holds a clean, safe, and wonderfully staffed safe haven for a time of relaxation and ease. Valet, Bellman team, front office staff are obvious professionals in the business. Thank you for a wonderful getaway Chicago Omni!

Good drinks. A bit more overpriced than what I'm used to though.

We had a terrific lunch at the restaurant on the 4th floor.

The property is very nice and well located. The meeting facilities were excellent. The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. About the only negatives were the lighting in the bath was ok but not great and the internet kept dropping in the meeting room.

I was given a tour of the presidential suite. Very nice space, but for the rumored price I would have expected something even nicer. Still, a very nice hotel and incredibly friendly staff!

Small room but efficient use of space held a family of 4 comfortably. The lobby had I little smell to it but every other floor had a wonderful scent. I'm a bed snob never had a better night's sleep in a hotel bed. Would recommend bringing your Sunday best for clothes so you don't feel out of place.

Good all around hotel suites, recommend the package with parking and breakfast buffet!

The room was really clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I ate there for lunch and it was good. I will stay there again in the future.

Big rooms. Very clean. Very nice staff. The Suites are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Keurigs in the rooms are very nice.

Very comfortable and cozy great location at an affordable rate in comparison. I am in the city once or twice per year and I stay here almost exclusively.

First time staying here. Obviously a great location as you're right in the middle on Michigan Ave. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and contained all the necessary amenities. Fitness room was above average for most hotels which was nice to see. We had a decent view from our room and we were only on the 7th floor.

Great Location, very good restaurant and bar, friendly service

The accommodations ware very satisfactory. The address was confusing with a N. Michigan address while the entrance was on Huron. Staff was very obliging and competent. Cost of room and parking rather steep. Overall an indulgent experience to be savored on special occasions.

Amazing view at night from the rooms facing Sears Tower! Rooms are clean staff friendly. Sign up for Omni Rewards in advance....Kids get an adorable bag with activities and night time milk and cookies. Note: Remember you are in downtown Chicago so hearing sirens ambulances at night should be expected bring ear plugs if it will bother you.

Rooms were very clean and the staff is always very polite and friendly, we had a problem with checking out and the manager was very helpful and nice during the whole process. Hotel has a pool, patio, workout facility and is right near the shopping district of downtown Chicago

Really nice hotel, great access to shopping and restaurants in downtown Chicago. Hotel fitness center is above the norm for a hotel. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Will stay at this location again.

The Omni is the perfect place to stay if you want to be able to sleep 3 people in the room. We are 3 women who like to get together and shop in Chicago. The suite was perfect, the location is prime, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Gorgeous view, friendly staff, and the room is perfect and comfortable. First entering the reception area is kind of confusing though. It's on the 3rd floor of the building

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Chicago. The staff is excellent, prompt, professional and courteous. I recommend it as great stay for business or pleasure.

Rude doorman i did a delivery and the guy literally was touching the customers merchandise without permission very unprofessional

This is a well run establishment in the heart of the downtown Chicago experience. Great location. Well appointed rooms. Friendly staff that is eager to help. I look forward to returning.

Stayed overnight after my wedding reception. The room was in the mid levels of the hotel and was a wondrous respite from the busy pace of the day. The room was beautiful and one of, if not the most, comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in.

Excellent experience with an extremely pleasant & accommodating staff (I needed several things delivered throughout stay lol)! Room was cozy & had beautiful city views (double bed with pullout couch suite). 100% recommended

Please check when they make a private event during a thanks giving week the place is worthless without the restaurant or can t even get a cup off coffee or a drink I wish they would inform in advance Never. Never would stay. I wish would give a negative 1 star

My granddaughter and I visited Chicago for her 10th birthday. Our stay at the Omni Chicago exceeded all our expectations. Special treats in our room to welcome us, excellent restaurant staff, front desk customer service, and all the lovely space in our suite.

If you are looking for a hotel this is the best place to stay I recommend you have a fabulous view apart leaving the hotel in contrachas electronic clothing stores in front of the hotel is the Apple store. Winged the building of. The sara clothing store and many more stores

The room is fantastic, nice view out of one side and a bed that is so comfortable. Recommend this to everyone who can afford it as it is worth the stay. Only one little issue, you have to pay for wifi.

Everything about the Omni was top notch. The rooms were lovely and clean and offered great views of the city. Exploring the Magnificent Mile was a breeze. The staff were fantastic. Would absolutely visit again.

Hotel in a great location to visit downtown Chicago. Spacious and clean rooms, large bathroom although ours was equipped with a second sliding door that opened directly onto the not very comfortable room. The staff is kind MOOLTO.

German consulate office is friendly and helpful and located in this hotel.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything downtown. I had a corner suite ,the rooms were clean and neat. I had to take a minute to find the button to lower the blinds in the bedroom though. The rest are manual pull but there is a set of switches behind the nightstand to raise and lower them. Location is great, only a 15 or 20 minute walk to millineum park and a short walk to the redline to catch a train Wrigley if you're a Cubs fan.
