My sincere THANKS for the wonderful time I spent at the Omni Chicago Hotel. This stay was for a well-earned and well-deserved vacation, and you delivered superbly. As a new member to Omni and the Select Guest program, I was hoping my first visit to the Omni Chicago would work miracles in getting my batteries recharged and in reclaiming my sense of rest. You set the bar high, and you exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for your expert and friendly registration desk, your top notch housekeeping, a room service which has no equals (do thank April for steering me to the Root Beer Float :), your courteous doormen and bell staff, and the sheer beauty, comfortableness, and location of the hotel. And yes, there will be a next visit. I have a milestone birthday this year - my 60th, and I can't think of a better gift to myself than to spend it grandly at the Omni Chicago. Such an occasion deserves the best. Thank you, thank you again.

Great location and good service. Selected it for the room suites where two connecting rooms for our family of 6 gave everybody their own bed and plenty of room. Restaurant was not good for breakfast and housecleaning missed a few things (left food in the fridge from prior guests for example) but these didn t really affect our overall stay. Location was great for walk ability!

Very nice hotel, good price and well located. Did the job and was quite happy with it.

Stayed for 5 days recently and beautiful hotel. Service desk was always helpful. Maid staff always had our room ready in a daily basis. Worth the price in downtown near Michigan mile. Lots of shopping to do within steps of hotel.

Nice all suite hotel conveniently located steps away from Michigan Avenue. The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed. Staff is very welcoming. Absolutely best doorman ever!!

Nice room. Staff not as pleasant as other establishments.

We had ants in our room, specifically the bathroom. Additionally, I would not say the room was incredibly clean overall. Kind of disappointing. I will say, however, the staff service was top notch. The valet service/bellhops were phenomenal and took care of our every need.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in sept 15. We had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Disappointed for a place we stay quite often the mirrors were not clean and we are pretty confident that some of the pillowcases were not changed out for our arrival.

A great hotel as location, service, rooms and very sure sure staff is in Chicago's favorite list

The Omni Chicago has it all going on. Great location, Great Sleep, Great Hospitality and Great Food. The highlight of our stay was the 676 Restaurant and their Farm to Table presentation. Outstanding *****

It was actually pretty nice. I mean it was in Chicago. I enjoyed every second of being there. It was a delight and everything went perfectly.

Those that served us were very attentive and helpful. The lobby areas outside the conference rooms were very nice. Every employee was genial.

Had a very nice stay at the omni. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was outstanding with texts prior to arrival time. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Chicago.

Perfect location. Walk to many shops & restaurants. Rooms are stylish & have black out curtains. They could use an update. Things like USB charging, which you can find at roadside hotel chains, would've been nice. Especially for the price of the rooms and star rating. Service was amazing. Friendly staff, very helpful valet.

Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Not sure whats going on, but the water from there faucet was bright orange upon turning it on.

The hotel is one of the finest in downtown Chocago. The view from the rooms are spectacular and the rooms themselves spacious.

The staff is friendly and courteous and the rooms are comfortably sized. The hotel has a wonderful location close to some prime shopping spots

Nice hotel located at the junction of Michigan and Huron, on the magnificient mile. We go down for the second time. He is very clean. The apartments are spacious and normally equipped. Bathrooms are very functional. The wifi is free. It serves a hearty breakfast, with good quality products. The service is ok. I will come back to it.

Though a suite not much room between beds and living room

First night but so far so good. Really nice room, indoor pool, and great bar and drinks. Centrally located with tons of shopping and attractions in walking distance. And the food is as awesome as they say. No free WiFi but a paid 3mb for $10 a day which is expensive.

Superb hotel with great amenities. Steps away from Michigan Ave.

Location was right downtown by all the sights and shopping. Everyone was extremely friendly and service was great. Will stay at again.

I've stayed here a number of times and the omni never fails to disappoint: impeccable attentive staff, quiet comfortable and we'll appointed rooms, and a great location right on Michigan avenue close to all a visitor to Chicago could want. The rooms themselves are well decorated, the bed is marvelously comfortable, and the facilities exactly what's required for work and play. I'm a long-term fan of the omni and will continue to be

No other parking was referenced for the hotel aside from valet. Had to stumble into it on our own. We found cheaper parking across the street. Location was very convenient. Although we had made reservations far in advance, the rooms were not adjoined as we requested. Also were not offered a view. Rooms were up to date and spacious. Restaurant was the redeeming factor of the hotel and was delicious.

Location is amazing and staff if very attentive. While the hotel was clean, you could tell it was older. There were stains on the couch in our sitting area and the door between the restroom and the bedroom wouldn't close, which is a bit annoying on a weekend trip :(. But overall, we had a good experience.

It's a great place for staying and the view is awesome

Not what I expected, good service and great location but hotel a little run down for price I paid. Rusted doors all around tiny pool. Heat didn't work well in room, which is a huge inconvenience since it is winter in Chicago. Toilet paper roll falling of the wall in bathroom. Valet $72.00 per night with no other self parking garage options nearby. Probably will never stay here again for that price.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Chicago. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Everyone we met from the valet who took our car until the desk clerk when we checked out was efficient, friendly and made us feel like valued guests. The room was clean and well appointed. The restaurant was quiet and the service and food were good. Will definitely stay again!

Loved my stay at the Chicago Omni for a recent conference. Beautiful room and amazing staff. This is the perfect location for exploring Michigan Ave any time of year!

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff from the front desk to the valet were friendly and helpful. The layout of the room was great especially with the privacy doors that lead into the bedroom. The proximity of all of the stores, restaurants and attractions to the hotel made it much easier to travel to and from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a quick getaway or visit to the city near the Mag mile. The only reason I didn t give it a full five stars is because we had found some food stains and hair were on some of the sheets prior to us going to bed.

Beautiful, comfortable suite. Valet staff were exceptional.

I was disappointed that the mini fridge was taken out of the room. I thought the room would have been fancier but I am pleased with the view and the fitness center. Great location for walking/sightseeing.

Got off in front of the hotel from Uber and the people in front opened my door for me. I wasnt even a guest at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago's magnificent mile directly opposite the Apple store.
Some nice touches like complimentary tea/coffee juice to your room with your wakeup call. Staff very helpful and courteous. Brilliant location. I'll be back.

Room was nice, but the black out blind over there bed wouldn't go down

I recently stayed at this Omni for a business trip, and I had a very mixed feelings stay.

The room I was originally assigned had bed bugs; so, they assigned me another room with a much better view but was very cold and drafty due to the winter air leaking in through the windows.

The event and catering staff who assisted our meeting we were wonderful and very helpful, and the food they prepared was delicious.

Overall my stay was just ok for a stay at the Omni, but a hotel of the caliber should not have bed bugs.

Lovely hotel and with excellent staff, especially the door staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with views of downtown Chicago and the Magnificent Mile. Close to everything!

The location is perfect. We had easy access to the American Girl Doll Store, shopping, free trolley to Navy Pier, and the Water Taxi to Union station. The service was excellent. The staff were sincerely friendly and helpful with our small children. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shades allowed us to sleep in late each morning. Even the guests we encountered were all super nice on the elevators. It was all around a great experience.

Highly recommend for a trip to Chicago. Best place !

This hotel is extremely nice. I used a free night to stay here, and hang out downtown. They upgraded us to a huge suite without us even asking. That was the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in.

Omni in Chicago does an excellent job of making their guests feel at home, appreciated and safe. Everyone we encountered cared that we had a good experience with our stay.
