Great staff, great room, and great location. The staff has been absolutely great. Anything that they can do to make our stay more enjoyable, they do. The location is fantastic. The room is also great.

We found the Omni hotel to be a great value and location for staying in downtown Chicago. It extremely easy to get when driving into town and it is in a great location. Having a room package that included the valet charge was also very convenient.

Disappointed to say the least, rooms were small for 2 adults, 2 children, the pull out beds for kids are full size NOT queen size with a 3 inch thick mattress... very uncomfortable to say the least. Ordered room service, 90 minutes later half the order shows up which was wrong and the other half showed up 20 minutes later after the first order. We were in a corner suite and after listening to Harleys race up and down Michigan AVE for 2 hours, our entire night of sleep was interrupted by the very loud SIRENS going off it seemed every hour. A very expensive rate for a cramped, noisy, outdated decor and uncomfortable beds. Next time we will know better.

My room was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable, the view was incredible, the staff was kind, room service was delicious, and an unbeatable location. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and stayed 2-nights at this property. We found the staff unfriendly and the rooms out-dated. The guest rooms do not provide privacy as we could hear other guests throughout our stay. Additionally, even though this is a non-smoking hotel, the guest next to us smoked in their room and we got enjoy the smell of the cigarettes for 2-days. The hotel is rated a 4.5-star but is more like a 3.

Clean, safe, great location, would return. Booked online, so I had no idea that PARKING was extra SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS!!! Pool was small but accommodated or needs. Cabs to Pier and museums around $10. They have a free towncar that can take you but it's often booked up. Plan on 20 minutes for the valet to retrieve your car. Staff was much nicer in person than on the phone. Be sure to get the free kids activity bag at check-in. (Even as a gift for a little one back home.) They are pretty handy.

Recently had a disappointing experience @ the Omni Riverfront in New Orleans, but dealing with Tremise Wilson after the fact, made up for it. She even made arrangements for me to get a free voucher which I used last week @ the Omni in Chicago. Was treated royalty! They gave me a mini suite on the 25th floor (top floor). Great staff, excellent facility...first class all the way. Located in the most desirable area of Chicago. Thanx guys..Omni is back on my list of favorite hotels! JJZ

Stayed for 3 nights during a recent business trip to the Navy Pier - As a select guest I was provided little benefits and amenities like daily breakfast delivered / choice of pastry and morning juice and coffee.

Room service was excellent and the loyalty ambassador reached out via email within 24 hours of booking the room.

A little dated in terms of bathroom / furniture, however, the OMNI Chicago more than makes up for it in both service and central location on miracle mile!

Simon the bar manager is the gold standard of his profession. Alecia the restaurant manager earned my business for life after this visit. Honestly I felt lucky to give them my business with the level of satisfaction they provided for my & my party. Grace our server is awesome too. Great food but even better service at this hotel s restaurant.

Secured a weekend stay here using Priceline (4.5* category). The hotel is very nice, and all the rooms are suites which is nice for the extra room. The valet parking is expensive, however the bellhop at the entrance was nice enough to point out that a parking garage across the street was much lower priced!

This place tries to charge you for all sorts at checkout!!
Finally ended up leaving after Disputing charges with a zero balance only to get back to the uk to find out that they have charged my card for $49.75 for the internet that was fee with my room.
Try calling them and emailing them to sort this out and no one is interested.
Absolute disgrace.
Staff are rude.
Exactly the same has happened to the other party we traveled with that stayed there to.
As if the amount you already pay for an average at best hotel they rob you when you get home.

I stayed for one night in suite 2411. It had a king size bed, lots of space, two TV viewing areas, mini fridge, and best of all, an amazing view of Michigan Ave. to the lake and the Hancock tower. The staff was polite and helpful. The room seemed clean, but did need dusting on top of lamps and sprinkler head.

Should be better for an Omni hotel. The room was nice, but this hotel is no better than a low budget hotel, just has dark wood in the lobby. The coffee was horrible. Check-in person was indifferent. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This is the second time staying at the Omni, and it wont be the last! Our room was a beautiful King suite that faced Michigan Ave and the view was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Kids swam in the pool and had a great time. Will most definitely stay again.

Double sets of elevators inconvenient. From the street, there is a small plain lobby, from which you are directed to another set of elevators to the 3rd floor. Another set of elevators takes you to the rooms. Staff did not seem particularly engaged or helpful. Did not receive a list of amenities at check-in. Although I had signed up for the Omni guest program prior to arriving, when I arrived, I was informed by the front desk, that I would not be eligible for the extra "perks" until the next visit. My sense is that the woman was too lazy to implement it. Consierge services were limited and unenthsiastic. The room was OK but bright fluorescent lights were distracting at night and not dimmable.

Excellent facility right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Loved the Valet service and prepaying for it. Loved that I could text them and the car was ready. This was really great for a winter stay. Outstanding food options at every price range within just a few blocks. Whole Foods is just a few blocks down Huron as well. The room was glorious as I had a 15th floor corner suite. Meeting rooms are great for the small conference we had. Just a truly lovely and well run hotel. Kudos to Omni.

I paid for a suite for my anniversary and when we arrived I was bumped out of my room. This is not what I expected from a "quality" hotel. They offered to upgrade to a suite the next time I book but there won't be a next time. There are plenty of better hotels in Chicago that hopefully won't treat guests the way they did to us.

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly but didn't fulfill a request I had put in after I was contacted via email. The AC was set low but has an auto-off setting which led to us waking up hot in the night on a hot Chicago day.
