Popped into the bar for some drinks and to watch the Cubs game. Great drink specials for a weekend and a great rail liquor selection.

The location was great and the service was good, but I didn't think the hotel was anything special. The rooms felt small and dark.

Best Hotel on the Magnificent mile. The staff are top notch and the accommodations are the best around. The suite style hotel has always been great for our family especially when they want their own space. Always consistent and meeting our expectations. We always bundle valet and breakfast when we book a room. Great experiences and memories.

I stayed here on a trip with some friends from college. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. We were also greeted with champagne on Friday when we arrived which was a special surprise and a great kick-off to our fun weekend trip. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Customer service is at its best here! I have celiac and when I asked if there was a way to get a small fridge for food items I would have to pick up from the store they brought one right away and were s sweet about it! The rooms are split into two.areas. it's really nice to have a full couch to sit on to relax. The toiletries are also really nice. We still need to visit the bar and restaurant because I hear it's fantastic. But with so much to do and around here I haven't made it to the hotel amenities. I definitely will be choosing Omni again in other cities after the wonderful experience I have had.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel by any stretch. The only positive is that the rooms are large everything else is downhill. Rooms look like they are from the 90 s and would 100% benefit from a brighter fresher interior. Popcorn ceilings from the 80 s and the pocket doors squeak and barely roll they are so old. Not enough lighting so rooms are very dimly lit. Low water pressure in shower and the cheapest slowest hair dryer from 1990. Lumpiest spring mattresses and an unkept bed making style to top it off. Although the room is not in keeping with what you would expect from a 4 star, the staff was friendly and quick.

Great hotel in the wonderful Miracle Mile. So, if you're in Chicago for shopping it's a perfect spot. Walking distance to many attractions and all the great shops. We rarely got the car out if the garage.

Omni Chicago Hotel Is one the Best Hotel In Chicago Downtown. 5 Star Rating and rooms are spacious as compare to Marriot Downtown Michigan. Rooms are clean and Comfort Bed. Next to Omni there are lots of Famous Brands Such as Zara , TMobile , Wallgreen H&M and Star Bucks. This was my second time visit in Chicago with Family i highly recommend this hotel. The room which i had book is 1BR. I got in 225$ Per Night on 3rd july for 4 Days. Omni Have Indoor Swimming Pool and Gym is also Nice.

We've stayed twice and we love it. You can find great deals for a suite with parking and restaurant voucher. If you have breakfast, ask for waffles! Our room was a tiny bit drafty by the bed but otherwise very comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

The Omni, is a beautiful hotel, in a great location, it is in walking distance of alot of great restuarants, bars and shopping. The staff is professional and polite. The hotel is clean and well kept, i will definitely be back.

It was a seamless experience. Check-in, Check-out barely took less than 2 mins. Perfect location for shopping, the property is located on 'The Magnificent Mile' with plenty of shops around. I need not say that its well connected in terms of transportation. I loved staying here and would love to visit stay again.

We were looking to replace one of our go-to hotels that is no more (The James). There are so many choices downtown and it's hard to make a decision. We have a 5-year-old so we wanted to go someplace central to downtown, has a pool, and had a larger room, the Omni checked all these boxes. The Omni Chicago Hotel is in the perfect location right off Michigan Ave across from Disney Store (Just for reference, but also a plus). The staff at the Omni is really what sets it apart, everyone was so nice. The doorman/valet staff where all the best I have ever dealt with, Marham spificially was soooo great. Our Room was large and clean. We will be coming back to the Omni for sure.

Nice hotel with nice amenities in a very convenient location. I wish we had a better view of the city from our room, and I thought the suite would be bigger with a few more features (microwave, fridge... I think I was thinking Embassy Suites), but overall a nice place.

My husband and I were celebrating a new job and decided to spend the weekend downtown. The staff could not have been more gracious from the moment we arrived at the valet. I received regular correspondence from Esther, the Loyalty Ambassador on any way she could help improve our stay. About an hour after arrival, room service arrived with champagne and a fabulous charcuterie board. I called room service because we hadn't ordered anything. April said they were aware we were celebrating a special occasion. She was so sweet, we talked for 5 minutes. We will definitely be back!!

Upon entering room, noted that air conditioning was not working on a 90 degree day. Called down to front desk and let them know. They said they would send some one up. This was around 3 in the afternoon. Went to a baseball game and got back around 1. AC had still not been fixed. Called front desk again and they sent up 2 box fans. Went down to the desk and spoke with a not very pleasant staff but, an engineer was sent up to my room and the issue was fixed in 5 minutes. Other than that, hotel was clean and comfortable.

April from the in room dining service is phenomenal!!! Loved her!!!!

We came for our anniversary. They sent up complimentary sparkling wine and dipped strawberries. The staff is among the best of any hotel stay I ve ever had. We selected the parking package and the valet staff was always prompt in bringing down the car. The location of this hotel is within walking distance of so many places. The location for the price can not be beat. The room itself is well decorated, was clean, comfortable and came with many neat amenities. I forgot some items in my car and they quickly went to the car and brought it up to our room. They are also very knowledgeable about the city and can direct you to many cool places off the beaten path. If you want great service, great location and a comfortable stay, book the Omni Chicago.

I love the Omni on Magnificent Mile. It is a perfect location for many reasons (shopping restaurants), the rooms and hotel have all the amenities I want (gym, indoor pool/hot tub, room service, free wi-fi, in-room safe, refrigerator, coffee maker,) and the suite lay-out is so much more pleasant than the typical one-large hotel room. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. I will certainly be back.

Omni Chicago is a beautiful hotel with an amazing location! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Only down side, slightly thin walls.

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. Any time we come to Chicago and we don t stay here we end up wishing we would ve. The rooms are big and have a gorgeous atmosphere to them. You truly don t feel like you re in a typical hotel. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a place to relax while you are visiting Chicago, Omni Hotel is the place to go. It is clean and has all the amenities you need like a hair dryer and coffee maker in your room. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many options to choose from!

The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated, although they are on the small side. It was a little disappointing to realize wifi is not included when you spend so much on a room. Staff was friendly.

Every room is a small suite, very comfortable with views of the city. They have good deals from time to time, perfect for a one night stay over downtown!

Great location right next to magnificent mile with a friendly staff. We stayed in a king suite which didn't had much of a view but overall spacious and well designed. The gym area was good with hot tub and pool. But I wonder if those staying at that floor were constantly disturbed by the strong chlorine smell round the clock.
While most of these things were great, my reason for deducting stars was basically the night experience. The bedroom had that musty smell, the kinds when something has not been used for a long time, and probably the linens etc were not changed before we came. They were not dirty from use, but just had that mustiness. There was this constant disturbance from the Air conditioning fan switching on and off every minute or so. I don't know what was happening on the floor above but we had noises throughout the night...like some kind of construction ---of dropping nuts and bolts etc coming from the roof. My husband who can sleep easily in almost every situation also couldn't fall asleep.

The staff were very polite despite my very limited interaction with them. The room itself was very cozy, clean and professional. I did not take advantage of any of the other services such as the restaurant or the gym so I don't have any input there.

The bar and restaurant area were quiet and the hostess was very attentive. Loves that they had Founder's All Day on tap.

It's a great location for a good price, and the restaurant, gym and pool are nice. The rooms are not bad, but the housekeeping service is so-so. My room was truly cleaned for the entire stay, which was subpar for a downtown hotel. I would have given it five stars, however, if the housekeeping was better. The breakfast buffet is really good!

Awesome view. The room was a little noisy due to the city traffic, but not unexpected for a downtown hotel. The suite was comfortable and clean.

While the hotel was decent, I will never stay in another Omni again. Omni accepted over $76,000,000 federal pandemic relief funds meant to keep workers on payroll through the pandemic, however, they didn't keep the workers on payroll. They eliminated the jobs and kept the funds. Disgusting. There are many other great hotels in Chicago that folks can and should consider. Please do not give your business to another rich billionaire who bathes in his own greed.

Amazing location, the service was wonderful, beds were comfortable, and I would absolutely stay here again. Parking was a bit expensive but that s Chicago for you.

The Omni Chicago is our favorite place to stay. We especially like having coffee delivered to the room each morning so we can read the paper & enjoy our coffee without getting dressed first. This is a free perk. Our grand daughter enjoyed her hot chocolate, too. All staff make you feel welcome and are readily available to assist you.

It's a great location but I expected more from the rooms at that price point. The couch is just uncomfortable (there was also some sort or slug mashed into the cushions when we arrived). The room was dark all the time and the decor needs updating...I'd spend a little extra for the Conrad next time.

A+ for location to Water Tower and shopping on Michigan Ave. Close to the lake and walkable to Millennium Park and Maggie Daley Park. Our room was clean and quiet!

Location is awesome, lots of bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Getting to your hotel room requires taking 2 elevators which is an annoyance but a minor one. Rooms are nice and spacious enough. TV placement was odd, facing dead space rather than a bed or couch. WiFi is free as long as you sign up for their free select guest program. Speeds are about 3mbps which is sufficient for Netflix. HDMI ports are not locked on the TV so you can bring your Roku or other streaming device. Room service is 24 hours.

Was kind of skeptical about booking there after reading the reviews. But I stayed there anyway and it was the best decision I could have made. Very nice hotel. Room was outstanding, staff was friendly and very helpful. All the shops and tours were in walking distance. Loved it! Will stay there again.

I cannot rave about this hotel enough. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Simon at the restaurant bar is outstanding. Everyone was so friendly. The room was a good size and the housekeeping staff was incredible. LOVE THIS PLACE and cannot wait to come back.

Professional and courteous staff. Spacious rooms with many amenities. Large comfortable beds with soft and inviting pillows. Room temperature bet easy to regulate and not complicated. Outside noise can be annoying, consider an inside room if at all possible. Large fitness area with many exercise possibilities. Pool available. Restaurant in site with very good food options. Very nice and posh. Excellent overall.

I liked the view was a bit complicated to go to the room but by all sight this super nice.

We stayed here Dec18 thru 23rd the customer service was amazing everyone was very attentive in the center of everything for walking distance to shops.... we are already planning on coming back....
