Enjoyed my stay here couple weeks ago. Beautifull area, spacious room with a nice view. The only below average was the housekeeping. Overall was a night stay.

Great hotel - clean, friendly guest services staff, large rooms, quiet yet centrally located DTLA.

An elegant downtown hotel that is so convenient to theaters, museums and businesses. Very comfortable rooms with luxuriously comfortable beds. I was impressed with customer service of desk and valet service... they hand you each a bottle of water when you arrive and another on your way out... Nice touch at no charge.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Treated me like I wasn't welcome or worthy. I'd do anything I could do to avoid this establishment.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff (willing to go out of their way to make guests happy). Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Delicious small pastries upon check in. In a convenient location and walking distance to top notch restaurants, Little Tokyo, and the Grand Central Market. Easy, fast transportation options.

They have the best room offers in this area. I never really had the time to look for other places because I fell in love with their rooms when I saw it. Simply beautiful.

5 star prices for a 3 star looking room. The room definitely needs an update an a more modern look. It's located in a nice area of downtown. I recommend the new Intercontinental located not too far instead.

My friends and I went I for brunch on Sunday and enjoyed all their buffet food they had the regular waffles eggs and other breakfast items along with crab legs and cocktail shrimp. Also enjoyed the bottomless mimosas (:

The rooms were excellent, and having a fridge and microwave was very handy.

Keep forgetting at every omni to request a firmer pillow, my neck kills me every time.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. No easy walking anywhere. On top of hill. Have free shuttle up to 3 miles.

Great location. Nice big room. Valet is $50 a night but there is a lot of other parking available nearby.

Room was ok and about what you would expect at a Motel 6. You would think that as much as they charge for a room that parking would be free instead if $48/day. But they did only charge $7 for the bottle of water they left in the room so that was a plus.

Regular visitor here on business travel. Lovely rooms, very classy and relaxed hotel. Restaurant and bar are also top notch - great piano music multiple nights each week, excellent drinks, very nice food. Service is always top quality too. Excellent, calming oasis in the middle of downtown LA.

My only complain is that the AC was blasting. It was so cold and very uncomfortable. Not only the lobby but the restaurant and the room. It really affected my desire to return.

We were so impressed with the amenities and decor. It was so comfortable I did not want to venture out into the city! Loved having beverages offered free of charge by the elevators and apples everywhere. It truly is the little touches that make a difference in in a hotel stay

Poor arrival experience, took a long time to get room. Poor bathroom storage, lighting. Room not cleaned. Restaurant, employees excellent.

A nice hotel with a great location. A lovely mid-priced (for the area) hotel in a very interesting location downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, but the real selling point was that it was so easy to stroll down to Grand Central Market for breakfast or cross the street and visit the Broad Museum thanks to the wonderfully helpful concierge who obtained tickets for us.

I've been to the omni severely times now, and have always enjoyed my stay here. Service is good, food and drinks at NOE are delicious and the atmosphere is nice. I definitely recommend this place!

Everything about my stay here was perfect! The front desk staff were all very friendly and the dining options were pretty good. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the mountains beyond the downtown area. Convenient location in relation to many office buildings and dining options. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would happily stay here again.

Great Hotel in a cool part of LA. Walking distance to great Restsurants, Museums and the Subway!

The Omni was perfectly situated for my business needs in downtown LA. My room was spacious, well air-conditioned, and featured a very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs had a piano bar feel with a variety of options. All of the staff that I encountered were helpful and courteous. I will be certain to return here!

Brunch was okay. Bottomless mimosas were a definite plus. Lots of delicious seafood.

Most worth it for its location away from worse areas of LA, the Omni hotel truly tries to cater exclusively to the wealthy. No complimentary wifi/breakfast, and they deny access to the stairs and force you to put in your card to get to any of the floors to keep out "unwanted guests." This would all be almost expected out of a really nice hotel, but it doesnt live up to other nice hotel standards, such as working elevator buttons or a fridge/microwave in the room. Still nice decor and presentation, I had an okay time.

Checking in was quick and pleasant. The room was nice but had a little wear and tear. When I booked a room with a strip view means that I want a view of the strip not a view of another building's roof with a hint of the strip.

Altho a little dated. Its the people here who make it awesome.

Went to dinner on a Sunday evening. The decor was nice, but the ambiance was off. It was super empty and kind of a cold atmosphere. The wait staff, while nice enough, wasn't that attentive. My date and I were also not too impressed by the sparse menu. We were also surprised that they didn't have any specials. We got some appetizers that were solid enough, but nothing special. We also both went for the Ribeye which again, solid and cooked correctly, but not special. The dessert menu was super strange. We tried the cheesecake but the goat cheese base was a little off putting for my date, so we changed to the vanilla ice cream. It was overly vanilla'd and overly sweet for my tastes. All in all, an okay night. Definitely not worth the price for me.

Beautiful hotel - excellent location,well-appointed rooms, great pool, fantastic service.

Aesthetically pleasing, clean, kind staff, and plenty of dining options close by. Only downfalls are that a room that sleeps 4 adults only furnishes towels for three and how you have to insert your key-card into the elevator to access the floor--makes a full elevator tricky as it's a race against the clock.

Booked a deluxe king room they gave me a double bed room with the light broken in the entrance way.

Then they gave me the right room with a broken shower and a phone that was broken so I couldn t call front desk. Had to call from my cell phone to get to front desk. Honestly the most frustrating thing from getting off of a long day of business meetings/flights is not having a working shower in your 300+ a night hotel.

Will never eat there again or recommend it to anyone!!!

good location, nice views, nice evening bar (with cosy vibes and candle lights). Was also pleasantly surprised when they provided me with some toothpaste since mine was finished ... (without need to ask)!

This hotel is true first class. I felt like a celebrity here!

Nice place to have dinner and drinks after a long day

Had a company award dinner here. The guests range from young to old and with every dietary requirement imaginable. On our table alone we had gluten free, keto, vegan and kosher. Horderves were available in all these types. The dinner was salmon and steak with broccoli and potatoes. The manager met with all who requested special dietary needs and outlined how they would be cared for. The dinner was naturally gluten free, the salmon was kocher and keto, the vegan plate was made special. Not everyone could eat the bread but there were desert options for all.

A most enjoyable time for all. A whole lot easier than many hotels we have been to in the Los Angeles area.

Amazing weekend brunch buffet. My fiancee and I make reservations every time we come to LA just for the unlimited mimosas and amazing spread. The wait staff is always extremely polite and we never have to wait for drink refills. 10/10 will come again. (:

a hotel I stay at all the time, usually excellent, especially for the convenience to the music center (walking distance). THis last visit was not as great as they usually are, it was overly crowded, no space to walk into any of the dinning facilities and 50% of the elevators where down for repair

I really enjoyed my stay. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. Convenient location and plenty of amenities. The room is available 24 hours a day which is very nice. The breakfast buffet was more than decent quality, though slightly pricy. Valet parking is pricey as well but is quick.

Room was meh. Tub didn't drain, emenities were not impressive. I didn't see the value for the price.

Wonderful hotel; lovely rooms, employees were very nice and friendly. Hotel's cafe is a bit pricey but its expected from a hotel like that.

Stayed here while I was going to a convention and would highly recommend staying here ! Love the hospitable staff and the restaurant attached to the hotel! They also have a nice cafe that serves expresso.

Rooms are good. Service is amazing. Toilet paper is sandpaper single ply.
