A great Hotel. We will stay there again. Rooms were great. Breakfast was wonderful!!

One of my favorite hotels! Not to sound pretentious but I ve stayed at some pretty lavish hotels but there s just something about this one. It has a wonderful energy always a great time.

Meh, okay if you like hallways that smell like cigarette smoke, popcorn ceiling and almost useless desk help.

When I walked into this establishment, I was astounded at the scenery and decoration, and the pricing is pretty reasonable for the setting and accomadations this hotel offers. Overall, this hotel is definetely recommended.

Good location, but the building constantly creaked, and you have to pay $15 for WiFi per day, and you're staying three nights, it makes for a bad time.

The staff was welcoming and attentive, the location and views were good, and I enjoued my stay. There was some construction on the roads, but it didn't affect much of my stay.

We did not stay at the hotel but had a conference there. Very nice place.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even when I wanted a late night snack they opened the store for me. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Great overall experience.

Looks like a pretty nice hotel. A friend and I went to Las Colinas to catch pokemon, and we had to pass through the hotel to get back on the main road. Great place to catch a magikarp!

This is a good hotel and nice bedroom. From the high view point, you can see the canal so beautiful!

I would love to give this property an all 5 rating but sadly I cannot. Upon arrival the valet yanked my luggage out of the car so quickly that he ripped the wheel off of my luggage. He asked what is this and I informed him it was the wheel that he had just torn off my luggage. He took my luggage to the front desk and threw the wheel back into my car. I parked and removed the wheel and took it with me into the hotel. He greeted me and took my bags to my room to deter me from going to the front desk. I did not want to upset him as I knew I would be there for 2 nights. I called the front desk and asked for a pair of pliers and hammer and I was going to try and repair my bag. The maintenance person that brought the tools tried to repair my bag in the room. The Engineering manager came to see what the problem was and asked if I could roll the bag with the 3 remaining wheels and I said it is possible to roll on 2 wheels but it came on 4 wheels and I would really like to leave with 4 wheels. The maintenance man asked me to let him take the bag and he would return it repaired in 15 minutes. He returned my bag repaired with all 4 wheels.

I went into the restroom and there were dead bugs under the sink and next to the toilet (I have pictures). This was disappointing, as was the dirty tub. I had to wear shower shoes to take my shower. Aside from these 2 instances, I enjoyed my stay. I had to call the front desk to get a key to the mini bar to use as a refrigerator and this was somewhat of an inconvenience but I appreciate the front desk allowing me to have a microwave. I also had an amazing time at the Spa and a wonderful hot stone massage from Agnes. It is for this reason that I am giving this hotel 4 stars and will be visiting them again for my stay-cation.

The staff here at the Omni Mandalay is always so cheerful and friendly. They always seem to make my stay a pleasant one.

Beautiful full service hotel with a wonderful and relaxing room and staff that cater to every need. You can't go wrong with the Omni brand and this is no exception.

The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, good layout, usable desk, etc. I do have to dock a star because the provided internet did not let me VPN, which means I could not remote in and work.

I was here for a conference and the conference rooms were very spacious and the food was quite good. The restaurant downstairs was also very good.

If you are in the area there is a river walk that is definitely worth going on.

I'm very disappointed no free breakfast no free use of the business office they have snacks alcohol in the room but Will charge you for them.

I find this hotel to have excellent customer service, clean hotel, food is fair, bed mattress needs replaced and hotel needs updated with more modern amenities.

My wife and I have been coming to this hotel for getaway weekends for 7 years... one of the best experiences in the area, staff is very attentive, the spa is wonderful, just a beautiful property and atmosphere for relaxing weekend

One of the worst stays I've ever had at a hotel whether for business or personal. Walked into a room that had another person's (man) duffle bag on the sofa with his shoes in them. When reported to the front desk, they said they would send someone up to get it out of the room - the person they originally brought up there didn't want to stay in that room but hadn't completely moved their things out. Now I know why.......The room was filthy the entire time I was there. I was on the top floor in a suite that had a balcony overlooking the lake - tell me why I would wake up to a cockroach lying on it's back in the bathroom???? The room was never dusted - nothing was ever moved. The bathroom needed to be steam cleaned. The television did not function - all was reported, nothing was done. Will NEVER stay here even though my office is literally across the street.

Great experience. Was really enjoying the beauty of the hotel and area. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon. The only bad thing was the A/C went out in the hotel. Sorry to say we didnt get to enjoy our second night. But everything was great besides the A/C issue.

Excellent choice of gluten-free foods (per our US travelling standards), excellent small pool, shallow enough for children.

I would still give only 3.5 because of very sloppy room cleaning, just okay customer service and room tv/movie ordering system which is very difficult and misleading, be careful with it!

Went to a Marrige Conference it was a beautiful place.

Business meeting was held here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were very good.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was great but we came for a seminar with more than 100 people and it was just not big enough for this event. I think maybe this was the wrong hotel for something this large ...but in all my husband and i enjoyed the marriage Conference.

Got in late last night for a business trip, turns out I was at the wrong hotel. They still got me a room for the night and had a great view. On call shuttle service in the morning and extremely friendly staff. I will be booking a personal visit here because of the hotel, and recommend it to someone visiting Dallas soon. 10/10 Thank you for the service

Excellent hotel with great service and amenities. The bed was better than home- extremely comfortable. A must stay if you are in the Dallas area.

Wait staff were great. What we didn't appreciate was that Omni did not apply our stay to the rewards program because we booked through a 3rd party, even though the prices were exactly the same. In addition, while we have enjoyed updated and nice room sizes in the past, this room was extremely small, the two beds were only doubles, the room decor was tired at best, the windows were extremely dirty, and there was some kind of problem with our keys. After using the hotel key card once, it stopped working. Very disappointed with this particular stay at the Omni.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, lots of construction in area.

My husband and I first stayed here two years ago and had an amazing experience so we came back for our anniversary this year. The lobby is under construction so there was no piano playing in the evening like last time. I did express check in the day before we came but when we got there they did not have us in the express check in box. There was a convention going in so lines were extremely long to check in and there was only one elevator so it took forever to get up and down to our room on 19th floor. I had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room that were to arrive at turn down service. They were in the room in a bucket of melted ice when we arrived. Housekeeping came and put the champagne glasses and plate for strawberries on the floor outside of our room and it sit there until we checked out. The room was not cleaned. He only came in and made the bed and changed the towels. Our view was amazing from our suite. Probably last stay here and will move on to another. Heated pool is also under renovation.

The event was well planned and organized. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice. The convention rooms had limited outlets to charge devices. Overall I would visit or stay there again.

this is one of my favorite places to stay in Dallas...it has an older hotel feel, but has been updated...it has a classic modern feel, if that makes any sense, without being old...
the rooms are large with nice views...I LOVE the suites, the layout of the hotel means there are 4 on every floor and well worth the price of the
upgrade...only thing is that sometimes little things don't work, like leaky water fixture, etc. ...but overall I find this place to be a GREAT value and a delightful place to stay..
some notes: they offer valet but also free parking in adjacent deck, 24h room service, nice bar in lobby with pool table

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and not a single day my bed sheet was changed. Bathtub during my stay was barely cleaned. During breakfast not enough food for everyone. During this day and age, it is unheard of that the guest needs to pay to use the refrigerator. During my check- in I didn t get any bottle of water. I will not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely delightful Thanksgiving family reunion. Awesome in every way. If you go, you'll GET IT!
