Due to Hotel being under construction, all entry is through North Tower entrances. South Tower elevators needed for Handicapped use are not in operation to access adjoining CNN Center without having to go to North Tower and use street access in inclement weather.

Maybe next time they will improve on the house keeping services. My bed was intolerable. This is after we complained and they still did not get it right. This is what I discovered after the second night. My slin is still crawling just thinking about it. Parking ($45 per night) is beyond imaginable. The front desk service was great, but I am not sure if I will stay at another Omni Hotel at least not the one in Atlanta Georgia

Hotel is centrally located to all area attractions and in walking distance to almost everything downtown. Valet parking, while a bit pricey ($45) was great, no issues checking or receiving my vehicle. Views of downtown are spectacular, and the CNN center has a food court for an easy quick bite. The hotel staff added little quirks to make my stay go from good to great...upon return to our room after a day out, the housekeeper had cleaned the room, but had also left an ice bucket with 2 bottles of milk and fresh chocolate chip cookies for my children. The small things are what makes a return customer, we'll be back, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was great! We were on the 27th floor and the view was extraordinary. The hotel is very pretty and is very close to all of the city's attractions especially the coca cola museum. The Olympic garden is right outside of the hotel which is great. The hotel rooms are nice and there service was great!

The hotel was very clean and the location was great being right there at the venue but the bed was hard as a rock very uncomfortable to sleep in. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

NOT worth the cost. You re paying for location. Otherwise, it s average and not what I think of when someone says Omni. It s an old hotel, and although the decor is updated, if you look closely- carpets, walls/ceilings, doors, etc- you can see signs of wear and age. Also the tap water tasted super weird? The staff wasn t overly friendly(although I will say the lady who delivered my room service, Simone, and Mena at the prime meridian were both SUPER nice). The bartenders were unpleasant. And the valet? $45 for normal cars or $55 for suvs a day is insane. I ve found cheaper parking in Manhattan. The valet guys were also a little sketchy and at one point couldn t even figure out where our car was for about 15 minutes.

City view was nice. The location was nice. Walking distance to aquarium. The hotel room was a bit stuffy. The walls are thin. The people next to us were smoking weed and we could smell it and hear them playing music until 3AM. The beds weren t very comfortable. The mirror was dirty and we found food on the floor that wasn t picked up or vacuumed.

The hotel was great. Very clean and unique as well with the interior balcony. Lots of food choices in the hotel as well with access to the cnn food court. Its centrally located so you are within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was fantastic. It was beautiful! Everything was completely spotless. We requested a higher room so our kids could see the view and they were happy to accommodate us. The room was lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The only complaint I had was the valet parking. It was not handled well, unorganized and had to wait quite a while to get your car and to have them park it. When you are paying an additional fee you expect it to be well run. Other than that it was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel during the Celebration Bowl. After checking out of my room, I realized that I left my portable speaker behind. I made a call to the hotel upon my return to my residence and was initially told that they would take my info and give me a call back once they've checked the room. After not hearing anything, I called the hotel back the following day (Monday, the 23rd) and was told that the notes regarding my property had been logged into the computer and since the room was not occupied at the time, they would investigate. As of today (January 3rd) I have not heard anything else from this hotel. Very unprofessional.

This hotel is definitely in a great location, but that's it. I do not believe that this hotel is worth the money at all. Valet parking is $45 a night. I didn't mind paying the fee. It took valet 30 minutes to an hour to retrieve the car every time. When you scan your ticket, a message states that your car will be around in 15 minutes. This was never the case. Our refrigerator and telephone was dirty. There was times we had to continuously flush the toilet in order for its contents to go down. Housekeeping will knock on your door early in the morning, but before you can even answer they will say "it's okay, i will be back." this is extremely annoying and disrupted my sleep. Lastly, there was a fire (management just says it was smoke). I pray that this place never catches on fire. We left out to grab dinner and we heard an alarm going off once we opened the door. The fire alarm had sounded and we couldn't even hear it. Our tv was on, but pretty quiet. This definitely caused a panic. Overall, our experience wasn't what I expected to be. The hotel is old and definitely needs an upgrade.

I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and very modern. The staff was patient and extremely helpful. Even though it was a chaotic day because it was the day of a big concert, they took the time out to point me in the right direction. One outstanding piece of info that a staff member (Mrs Wing) informed me of, was my ability to have checked-out from my room phone. This is a great piece of information for any guest that don't need cash back. I will definitely be calling in my check-out concluding my next visit.

I believe Morris was the name of the lobby clerk who assisted me for my short vacation.

Morris, if I remember your name correctly, you are the best.

The bed and room was clean. I got a king sized bed and it was able to support my stupid self doing flips onto it. So it's ready for the motions of life.

The desk was a nice place to do some writing too. I question the condition of the mirror though. Seemed like it was magically rusting up.

The wallpaper in the restroom was made of old newspaper. That was an awesome design choice. My moments on the toilet had be eagerly looking for some short sentence that would be too good. Didn't find one unfortunately.

The shower was hot. Capable of being too hot. Had an amazing pressure to it. I was in bliss taking a shower after walking around for hours.

The sink, however, was a dangerous trap. The sink's hot water function made the shower seem like a glacier melting. I don't know why but the sink had a hell fire knob instead of a simple hot water one. Was it there to bre coffee? Maybe.

Oh yeah, it's in the middle of the city, so that's awesome too.

Just uhh, know that you need to scan your 15th floor key in the elevator before you can go up.

I didn't know that. I spent like 3mins going up and down before someone on the same floor saved me of my stupidity.

This is our second stay at Omni. There are some great people there that go above and beyond. Unfortunately, there were a few people who ruined all their great effort. First is Housekeeping! Whoever is in charge of housekeeping is rude, abrupt and not courteous at all. This person should not be answering phones when rooms call for help. We were promised a roll away bed for a room with a king size bed since the double bedroom we booked was not available. I stood next to the desk clerk at 5:30 pm when he called to request. By 12:30 am we still didn't have one so I called to inquire and was met with rudeness. We had two rooms, 760N (with King) and 762N (with two doubles) When I called from the phone in room 762 and explained that we have 2 rooms and 760 was due a roll away. She didn't listen to anything I said, but for the request of a roll away, which she told me we couldn't have because there were already two beds in 762 and it would be a fire hazard. I explained, again, that I also had room 760 which connected. She didn't believe me and made me go to room 760 to call her from that phone. When I did, she then told me there were still several people ahead of us and that they would bring one when they could. By Monday when we checked out it never came. Ended up sleeping on the floor.
We had a similar experience the previous year when we requested additional towels. Don t know if it was the same person or not, but same rudeness.
The other people that put a bad taste in our mouth were the desk clerks who seem to make many excuses for why they can t do something, such as, the hotel is really booked, so we can t take any special room requests. Once we assign you a room, we can t move you because of how booked we are. Or, at check in time of 4 pm, we have no rooms ready yet because of how busy we are. The excuses seem well rehearsed, as if they have been instructed by management that doesn't care to correct issues or even respond to guest complaints either during their stay or here on Google Reviews.
The hotel being overbooked and busy Is not your guests issue and shouldn t be an inconvenience to the guests. A guest should be treated the same on a busy day as they would on a slow day. Hotel needs to manage better.

I have stayed at Omni hotel for years to attend dragoncon and this is the first time they have really done me in. Due to the hurricane, I was forced to extend my stay by two nights. Those two nights were charged to the wrong card after I went down to make sure it was charged to the right card. I was then met by one person telling me accounting wouldn't be available until monday and another directing them to me which was met by a dead line. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it. They will not do right by you or respect your wishes for payment should you have to extend your stay.
