We were moved to the Omni from the Hilton due to a water main break. Despite the sudden influx of guests, and the attitudes of the guests, the front desk personnel who assisted us with getting a new room after our relocation or polite, professional, and quick. The room was beautiful, maintenance responded swiftly when a light switch blew the breaker for our room. The Personnel at the desk were also very patient with questions regarding our bill, since the other Hotel would be covering everything, and all of the issues that we had with billing were remedied immediately. Bell service was just about instant, as was valet. Highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, nice shower, great pillows. Spacious room, big closet, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bath towels are super fluffy and soft. Large window with views of the city. Great location, we walked everywhere we needed to go. Overall my expectations for a hotel were exceeded and look forward to visiting again.
Most obnoxious wait ever. I m here for the Elton John concert and there is a line 300 people+ long. There is not enough staff. I have never experienced such insanity. A two hour or more wait to check in!!!! There are not even greeters. Never again will I stay at an Omni - the company does not understand customer service.
Meh. It needs a rethink. No hotels should be charging for internet anymore, the room cleaning wasn't awesome and, depending where your room is, it's really loud if people are in the atrium, especially if they are doing a pep rally at midnight. The staff is friendly though and it's a great location if you need to be in the downtown.
Staying at the omni is honestly the best thing for momocon. Everything is within reach. Only downside is the CNN center wont allow you in if youre in costume
Only 1 elevator working, the room service is absolutely unacceptable.... the hotel is super dated too. I would not stay here again. This was a Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad from the room service. Chicken was $5 extra... 4 ice cold pieces of chicken. Salad was $8... very cheap old salad. Dressing was a packet... nothing fresh. Gross.
Hotel and room were great. Parking, not so much. We paid $42 for parking, and had to wait over 30 minutes at 4:30 AM to get our car while the valet guys came back from getting coffee and hanging out. After about 20 minutes, they asked what we were waiting on, after we scanned our ticket over 30 minutes ago. Not acceptable from what is supposed to be a good hotel.
Hotel that is centrally located in downtown Atlanta but severely in need of a refresh. Hallways are dimly lit and several lamps in my room had blown lightbulbs. Free WiFi is offered if you sign up for a free rewards membership, but the login interface is designed so you can't actually tell if it's actually free until you check your final bill. What's worse is that the WiFi is also quite slow, which is almost unforgivable in 2018. Room service menu is limited and expensive, but uniquely does offer in-room catering for large groups. The Omni offers a fast online check-in option that let's you pick up keys directly from the front desk without waiting in line. However, these room keys are not clearly marked and you still have to wait on line to talk to somebody to ask for your key - effectively rendering the service moot. Despite stating I had checked in online, I was checked in again (i.e., reservation search and credit card swipe). This was painfully slow as the front desk employee meandered to find envelopes for my room keys and then a Sharpie. Be aware that there are actually North and South towers. If checking in late, only the South tower front desk is open.
We came here to stay just one night. Thank goodness we did early check in before we arrived. Had friends that were staying in the hotel too. They checked in at 1:45 pm hotel said rooms were not ready. We all went about our day they dropped their bags in our room when we came back at 12:15 am rooms were still not available. We also had to wait 20 minutes in line to get on the elevator to get to our room. Not worth the short walk to attractions. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have never seen a hotel so disorganized and chaotic.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely convenient to everything downtown. However, the service is the worst I have ever experienced. I had to wait in line for 1 and 1/2 hours just to check in. No one ever apologized or even acknowledged it. Workers were seen just standing around. Sad because I have stayed here in the past with much better service.
Way more than expected! Only reason they don't get a 5 is because parking is a confusing and picking up your vehicle at the end of a big conference expect to wait 30 minutes. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had understood the process a little better. However, the valet attendants were helpful in explaining the process and informed me that the hotel parking in Atlanta is the safest way to leave your car.
It was an honor to be part of such an major event. After working the last 2 weeks in this building Ive grown a great respect for this place. The World Congress Center is definitely a place to visit if you come to Atlanta. The design is truly amazing.
Located in the center of Downtown Atlanta, the Omni Atlanta hotel is the hub of activity for the Downtown area. The hotel is beautiful and attached to the CNN Center a perfect place to tour and get a quick bite to eat.
The prices were way too high tor food. A family of 4 could not afford to eat good. They need to make the food prices more affordable. Very disappointed!
Location is great and very central to down to Atlanta. Can access Georgia world centre via internal walkways. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have a nice view of the Atlanta skyline.
Was not happy at all, its not often me and my fiancee get out, so we splurged for our anniversary. From the jump to park your car its $50 unless you park far away. We get into the room the first thing we noticed was how hard the bed was. After tossing and turning all night neither of us could sleep we decided to check out early ( My back couldn't take it anymore). We get to the desk and was told we needed to pay, we had paid when we got there and it was already taken out the account by the morning. We were told if there was a problem we should have called the night prior. Me personally was trying to have minimal issues to make sure my anniversary night went well, so I laid down some pillows we brought and figured we would deal with it in the morning, her saying we should have said something the night before to me felt as if we couldn't do anything about it because e hadn't said anything the night before. All the plans I made for the night went down the drain, we both were extremely uncomfortable and by the end of the night just didn't wanna deal with anything and just attempted to sleep, The whole night we got about 2 hrs sleep. Between that and the arguing in the room next to or close to us there was no sleeping, When the arguing stopped the baby crying started. Finally we leave and get home then about 2 weeks later we are charged another $100 plus $20, we had no incidentals, did not smoke in the room, did not order room service nothing, We called to try to get the situation fixed me and my fiance both have called a total of 5 times or more and left messages, still to date neither of us have received a call back. I finally got someone on the phone that wasn't a VM and was told they are behind and would get to it and they would have a supervisor call back in 20 mins, that didn't happen. I'm beyond livid never have I delt with a business that took money they we're not suppose to and then no one there to resolve it. This is unacceptable, I didn't take a month to pay for the room so I shouldn't be waiting to talk to someone about the money stolen ( yes stolen, we only authorized the room cost plus $50 deposit (which we found out about only at check in). This was the worst stay in any hotel ever.
Was dissatisfied from the jump. From being changed three different rooms to not having the room I reserved to not having an internet or cable to having crumbs in my bed. But if anyone ever does go there ask for mr. Hoff amazing customer service skills.
Omni has always been know for high customer service. This location was lacking in every way. Service was terrible. Food bad. All room service orders were incorrect and VERY LATE. Check out was messed up and I was charged for an extra night stay. Loved the view, but the AC unit made a constant knocking noise and kept me awake. For the money I would go elsewhere.
The room was a nice looking room but No one sad anything about charging for parking when the reservation was set which was a extra $45. Then our room was hot as hell when we arrived and it didn t get fixed until we called for a 3rd time and that call was made at midnight and then it only worked for a few hours. Very dissatisfied
My room was comfortable and had modern decor. The bathroom was very spacious. The hotel was conveniently located near the event I was attending and nearby a plethora of eating establishments. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back my only complaint is with the overnight parking, it is quite costly.
Omni has an outstanding service team. From check-in to conference meetings and a gala dinner, everyone has been professional, friendly and courteous. The amenities are very good and the location is excellent.
The views are awesome. We found so much to do close by visiting the city was fun and people are nice. Restaurants everywhere and some excellent opportunities in walking distance.
Its okay. Microwave not in room. Must travel to lobby to a smallish room with vending machines and a long line everytime. For the price I feel as though they should have more amenities. Might as well go to the Embassy. No comforter, the view was pretty though. Kinda
