Probably the worst hotel I've been to. I've been to a lot from 2 star to 5 star. I'll try to be brief.

Pros: Location. It's right between the Aquarium, Georgia Dome, and Phillips Arena. If you don't mind walking it's pretty close to Hard Rock Cafe as well.

Front Desk. The gentleman was very pleasant and nice.

Cons: No better way to set the mood than to be told you have to pay a Mandatory $35 Valet fee. The valet attendant seemed accustomed to being asked why such a high charge. His reply was rather smug and condescending. He told me I could go park 2 blocks away but his tone was "if you want to be cheap go park on the street and get your car broken into". Pissed me off.

The room. Keep in mind that this was a short getaway for my wife and I anniversary. We really just wanted a good room to spend time together and find some good eats. The first issue we had was the TV. The TV did not work correctly. It kept losing signal to a movie we both was into ("Duplex") and we kept missing 5 min chunks. Then when we woke up to leave I wanted to take a shower. Our tub was stopped up so i took a shower bath in a foot of water. Valet again. When I got to valet it was a guy there that waited 10 or so mins. They couldn't locate his car. The lady (not that it matters but rather attractive) that seemed to be the leader of the group was not apologetic at all. The guys retrieving the cars had people waiting as they just held people keys and talked to each other. I waited about 7 mins.

Overall, I will not go there again. Great location and only good if you don't plan to be there in the room. Maybe a good spot if you sharing room with friends for a football or basketball game. Let's not forget the $50 deposit they don't tell you about until you check in. I was using a credit card so why the need for a deposit? Just horrible.

Staff was friendly, Room was clean, had clean linen and some toiletries, nice pillows and all the lights and TV worked fine. Didn't order any room service or use the phone so I'm not sure about that. The ice machine in our floor did not work and there were no vending machines there either. Overall great stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were hard as rock. The bathroom was dated so the tub appeared to be dirty. The valet was consistently late with my car. The halls were always littered with room service plates. But the location is great, and the glass elevators are fun, so there's that.

Cool place not much you can photograph since your phones are to be put away.

You can ride the longest escalator in the world.
Have your walking shoes on because it is a fee flights of stairs to come down.

Very educational.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything you d expect from an Omni and more. Our room was in the older part, but spacious with a balcony. The restaurant breakfast is fantastic. We ve stayed here on two separate occasions and will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend suprise me for my 39 birthday . It was one of the best birthday I had. Food was good and they even had a little cake and strawberries for my birthday in the room when we came in.

Very nice and romantic view at night & the best location! Stayed here a week and recieved exceptional customer service and the restaurant breakfast is delicious. The chef makes the best omelets I ever had. Definitely a kid approved hotel I would stay here again and again :)

Everything is great except for the valet. We had a really horrible experience trying to get our car back. They said it was in the overflow lot and it would take 20 minutes, but after waiting 45 minutes our car still wasn't available. We missed an event at the convention we were attending because our badges were in the car and we couldn't access them.

Room service is not good at all in this perhaps "high end" hotel. When ask about a bottle of water in room in the evening, they said "We only provide a bottle of water ($6.00) for the first day", meaning regardless how many nights you stay. They only provided one towel on the second day (three on first day), and no replacement for the empty tissue box. I had to call to request some paper cups for coffee, after two days' re-use of the same cups. The second dinner I had in the restaurant with my guests were so salty that you could not swallow.

I want to thank two gentlemen for their help during my stay at your fine hotel on June 1and 2. I arrived in Atlanta after a long day and flight from California. I was very tired and apparently coming down with a virus that made me feel somewhat short tempered. There was apparently some confusion regarding the reservation my niece made for me. I was really at wits end when the night manager Mr Orlando Faison arrived and cleared the confusion. I am very grateful that you have someone of his caliber that made a possibly heightened incident seemed can I say pleasant. Kudos many times over to the Manager of the Valet crew Mr Tai, a fine gentleman from Nigeria. I had to ask because I was as I said very weak and tired and struggling with my luggage and vehicle and overwhelmed with the confusion with my reservation, he told me to relax and he would handle my luggage and my vehicle. He did, I am so grateful to him. He took excellent care of my arrival and departure. I will definitely use your hotels again if you have these type of people working for you. The remaining staff was excellent also but these two stood out and they should be commended. A pleasant end to a stressful beginning.

So I got a discounted rate from groupon on my room. I was totally satisfied. The front desk agent was very accommodating and overall we had a great time. The room was really nice along with the hotel overall.

The Omni was a very nice hotel. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Parking was expensive at $35 overnight and you have to use valet. I'd suggest Uber/Lyft for any in town excursions as traffic can be crazy. If there are events at the centennial park they shut down the streets.

I feel like the Omni charges for things because they can. There is no reason for $10 a day wifi (for 3 Mbps) or lack of some sort of continental breakfast.

I went here for a business convention obviously. Hotel is great. Accommodations, amenities, services, cleanliness was all top notch. Sadly the town is a bum filled sham. All the local unique restaurants are owned by the same corporation and you have to taxi 8 miles away to get out of this tourist trap area. But the hotel is great.

The staff here is amazing but these rooms are lame. There's no fan in the bathroom so I hope you and your bunkmate are close. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do even when they flush their toilet, have an argument or take a shower. The hotel is enormous and confusing to navigate, I've been here 5 days and am still getting lost.

That said, the staff is great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had to extend my stay and then change rooms and it was seamless. The view is gorgeous and if you can handle this heat there is a lot to do right near by.

If you have a conference scheduled at the Georgia World Congress Center, then stay here; it's connected.

Great staff. Great location. Beds we're just ok but a wonderful shower. My room was in the south (older) building and there was literally no place to charge a phone. C'mon guys...it's 2018! Fix that = 5 stars.

We're here for TSA Nationals. Directions are easy to follow and the food court is not overpriced. We stayed in the hotel guest rooms, and the only complaint is that just the elevators were not enough for a national conventuon. Going up and down the stairs was often faster.

It is a hotel already in time and it is seen at first sight ... nothing modern ... nothing impressive ... nothing out of the ordinary ... just normal ... there are better options in the area

This was our third time staying here for a concert at State Farm arena. The first two stays we were able to go through CNN center and not go outside to get back to our room. Would have gave 5 stars but this time we had to exit the arena and walk outside to get back into the Omni. If this is how it will be from now on we will book a room that is not 500.00 a night that we will have to walk outside for.

This is a great hotel and very convenient to downtown Atlanta. The valet service was horrendous. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my car to be retrieved. And I paid $45 for this bad service. Probably never again.

So this review is for the newly opened Latitude bar. I wanted to give *Trish* props for for amazing service and the drinks she poured were spot on. The place was packed and everyone was doing and excellent job, but she really stood out among the bartenders working this night.

Nightmare. Paid a large sum for a room that was outdated, elevators that took 15 minutes to come up, and valet took 1 hour (yes 1 hour) to bring us our car as we sat with hundreds or other people trying to get their car as well. Ended up late to something else we had planned bc of the disorganization. Never again.

I love that we booked our hotel room here while we saw a concert at the area across the street ... It was perfect for walking to and from the concert! We were in our room looking down at everyone walking or stuck in cars after a Shawn Mendes concert.

Didnt have a good time at all, the beds are small, and extremely hard, we were up all night tossing and turning, was hot in the room even with air on. $45 parking on property, no breakfast, honestly only difference between this and motel 6 is the view of the city. Tried to splurge and do something different and it bit us in the ass. Just to get outside 2 elevators, and a lengthy walk thru the property. Internet for 3mb is almost $10. Thats not not enough to even het thru a movie. Was not impressed at all. Lesson learned we will not be back.
