I would give this hotel a solid 4.5 stars. The beds were very very comfy. The towels plush. The first two days of my stay housekeeping was a miss with one day leaving a dirty washcloth from the previous guest on top of the shower and 2nd day not refilling my k cup coffee but the last two days housekeeping did a splendid job. I would stay again and would recommend. The close attractions also make this location a win. The check in staff and valets were very friendly.

Very nice Hotel but I booked a king bed with balcony with a pre check in on line but when I got there at 3 to check in, I was told my room was not cleaned yet! Then the same at 4:00 and the again at 4:30!! At that time I took a non balcony room. No discount was given non did the front desk employees care I was getting screwed! Never going back.

Stayed two consecutive SaturdaysSundays July 2019: Executive Suites were quite luxurious and staff was very friendly and helpful. The BAD NEWS: The South Tower Elevators ( 2 of a bank of 4 ) were either broken, shut down, and NOT working on BOTH weekends. As a result had to wait FOREVER to get to/from rooms, get baggage delivered, etc. You form a que at the lobby ( or any of the floors for that matter ) then when one of the two working elevators arrive the first 6-8 people ahead of you board and you wait another 6-10 minutes ( only 2 elevators to service all 12 S.Tower floors, the lobby, and lower level baggage = a LONG TIME WAITING ) for the other working elevator to finally arrive ( & you can't leave cause you "loose your place in line" {kinda like Disneyland} and the other 15-20 people are ahead of you ) and then you take the LONG RIDE up though the floors letting the other guest arrive at their floors. My Advise: If staying here choose a room in the North Tower ( newer bldg. with SIX {working} elevators at your disposal. ) however on weekends if utilizing the Porter/Bellhop Service don't expect your luggage to arrive promptly as it takes 1-2 hours for it to arrive - anything you NEED right away easier to just carry it with you to your room. Oh, also, there seems to be a long wait for rooms from 2-4pm on Sat. There is a comfortable waiting area in the lobby and the bar opens at 4pm which seems to be the time the rooms are ready. And while I'm at it-the very attractive Consierge desk never seems to have anybody stationed on Saturday afternoons/evenings. When calling down from room got the Operator, who transferred me to the Front Desk, who transferred me to the Concierge Desk, which promptly went to voicemail.

Excellent service, friendly staff, nice facility. Overpriced to stay for a personal trip, but a good place for professional gatherings. Connected to a large conference center and lots of things to see nearby.

We were very impressed with the Omni in Atlanta. We got a corner presidential suite. Our room was clean, very spacious and well decorated. We had very easy access to the downtown area along with the College Football Hall of Fame and the CNN tour. We loved the food and the service was second to none. We will always be glad to recommend the Atlanta Omni Hotel.

The good: extremely friendly staff! Even the housekeeping ladies were pleasant! I'm sure this isn't the norm, but waiting 45 minutes to check in was insane! It seems to me that if you know X number of people are arriving, you would have more staff on hand. The room itself was fine, but the air conditioner made a noise loud enough to wake me up repeatedly both nights every time it turned on, so I barely slept. I was also bitten by a spider during the first night. I guess for my first visit, it was lackluster. I'm not saying I won't book there again, but I wasn't wowed.

I would give it 5 stars if just for rating a few of the managers.
However some of the hotels features, and some of the managers where not very easy to work with when being at a convention hosting a large amount of VIP guests. Nor did the features work on a consistant basis causing significant issues. So it was very disappointing at times.

I don't know if it was the hour (around 11:30), but there was only one elevator working and after checking in, it took 10-15 min to get up to my room. There were no outlets on the desk or night stand, so I had to unplug the clock to charge my phone. Then they charge for Internet (just unexceptable in today's day and age). Basically for the price they charge, they should do better.

I stayed in the South tower and the rooms are basically unchanged since 1992, the last time I stayed there. The decor is extremely dated, the furniture is worn out, and the carpet was stained and rippling. The owners should be embarrassed. I won't be staying here again

Took the CNN VIP Tour today. Was a little underwhelmed with what we were able to see and what we weren't able to see. Got to go into a control room that wasn't being used and two studios that weren't being used. Mistakenly expected to be able to see a live broadcast but that didn't happen.

The tour itself was good for what it was, the tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. Overall I would say if you like CNN or just want to get an idea of how things look behind the scenes you will probably enjoy the tour.

The staff at the Omni Atlanta Hotel is the best I've ever experienced in the world. They took very good care of us and went over and above our expectations. The room was large, clean, and had everything we needed. This is our top hotel to visit in Atlanta! Thank you!!

Room was great. Location of the hotel is central to several of Atlanta's best attractions. The food court was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the elevators were oddly small and inconvenient.

Wow Jessica the Food and Beverage Manager and Brenette saved my stay!!! I don t know if it was luck or what. Parking was $50. I got the smallest worst room in the hotel even though I was literally one of 5 guests. My room had nowhere near the bed for a charger. Only 1 towel. No lights to turn on other than the bathroom and a night stand. Just rough guys. I woke up and was pretty sour after having to stay up until 1am working at the desk because there was nowhere to plug my phone in by the bed.

But Jessica made it right. I didn t get a free room but she put breakfast on the house (because there was no breakfast included either) and was very kind to at least listen to me so the next guest got better treatment than I did.

Absolutely Terrible! Upon arrival the room was delayed a long time when it was said to be ready. Then we got the wrong room and because we wanted to switch was given TERRIBLE attitude. The room we got had lamps that didn't work, the porch door constantly jammed and it was terribly filthy! Stains on the sheets as if it was a 1-Star Motel. As soon As I reached I wanted to leave. Thank you Tori Wiggins and the Gentleman from Engineering who came to fix my door (after I called the front desk 5 times) This is a despicable place. Also, I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the way I saw these same Black employees treat White guests with TLC & was so NASTY to Us, as SOON as we walked up to the desk. Disgusting all around!

Wifi is definetly the worst I have ever been on in a hotel. Also the valet parking takes forever to get the luggage upstairs. Other then these things staff is friendly and the room is nice

Don't get me wrong, it is a very nice hotel. But no other parking options besides paying $35 for valet? Kind of blasphemy. I got woken up in the morning by the guests next door's baby screaming. Which is not the Omni's fault, but I could also hear any time someone walked up and down the hallway and could hear the elevators all night. Also don't expect anything for free or even a fair amount of money.

I got the room as a Groupon promotion, so my boyfriend and I stayed after going to an Atlanta United FC match and bar hopping. The room was nice and the staff were super polite to guests. I will say charging an additional $9.99 for WiFi connection is ridiculous, but if you register as an Omni Select Guest (which is free), you receive complementary WiFi. I would visit again.

The accommodations are excellent, including clean, modern rooms and downtown city views. The area is also highly advantageous with its proximity to the conference center, lots of dining, and parks/tourist attractions. I did have problems with customer service and the process of having a travel agency pay for the room, but was able to rectify the issue through escalation.

The location was very convenient for business I had the next day. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are tired and in need of renovation. Thought, very generous in size, nice large balconies and comfortable bed.

Lying in bed, chuckling at the fact that the fitted sheet is too small, so my feet are on the mattress pad. My head is resting on a huge throw pillow with no zipper, so unless it's steam cleaned, it doesn't get washed. The actual bed pillow underneath it is so measly, it reminds me of the $3 pillows I see at department stores. Oh I stand corrected, it's not a FITTED sheet. It's a flat sheet just tucked under to seem like a fitted. My chuckles have turned to laughter.

Also, bathroom mirror & decor failed dust test. Needs some CLR on floor from where the toilet is leaking. It's light green and quite obvious. Baseboards in room hallway are filthy, stained with liquid and blackened with dust.

Valet was really friendly and welcoming, so that's a plus.

It's morning now, so I open the cabinet under the TV where the coffee machine and materials are on a tray. But there's no plug??? Am I supposed move my business materials off the desk and make coffee there?? Make coffee on my nightstand? In the bathroom?? Think convenience people. Think convenience.

Great hotel right across the street from World of Coke and close to lots of other attractions. The bed was very very comfortable, and I'm pretty picky as I find the most hotel beds do not suit me well. So I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay there! Surroundings are very nice with beautiful furniture and artwork. The room was quiet and had a great view of the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lot of fun on a last minute stay at the Omni. The celebration bowl was ending when we got there but we were staying to see the Falcons. The Omni near all of the Olympic park attractions and Mercedes Benz stadium. Parking, checking in, room with awesome view of park and SkyView and Chinese lantern festival and the Christmas market. Hotel is nice. We stayed in the north tower and had easy access to the South tower restaurant McCormick and Schmicks. Easy walk to MBS.

They were nice and the room was clean but we call and were told that we would have complimentary parking and when we got there they took our car and refused to honor what they said. The manager was not nice or helpful and said it was too bad. We were charged $40 for parking.
