A wonderful stay - I would definitely recommend it. Clean rooms, easy valet parking, everything we wanted to do is within walking distance. Reshad provided such a nice check in experience - all of the staff was incredibly friendly.

Check in and check out was simple and fast. Vallet parking was easy, and the late night worker was very kind in helping me get something out of my car. My only complaint would be that most of the staff (besides the late night vallet guy) were very short and a bit rude. Not blatantly rude, but definitely not very friendly. Overall would go back, but would expect friendlier service for the amount of money I paid.
Ranked the best hotel in Georgia. Great Customer Service. Quality Food. Great Restaurant. Wish they remodel the Exhibit Hall Ballroom for the Super Bowl for kids and Sports Games.
Two night stay at the Omni. Service by staff was exceptional. Room was located in south tower. Location was very convenient to the convention we were attending at the GWCC. Would recommend and stay here again.
2 towers at the hotel; south tower looks into the CNN food court and offices. The north tower is closer to college football hall of fame and meeting / ballrooms. Also north tower some of the rooms over look CSX track, can hardly hear them though.
Checking into a room at the South Tower and the first one was visibly dirty. The second one was also so I decided to clean the counters myself. Then I checked the beds and find that they are missing padding....What the....I am way to tired for this and I dislike having to fuse. Thankfully they brought padding and clean sheets..so to sleep I go..regretting that I decided on a hotel at the last minute.
Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of Centennial Park, but the staff is excellent! They were extremely helpful and timely in assisting me with getting trade show booth materials over to the Georgia World Congress Center. On top of that, their room service was speedy and quite delicious. I wasn't expecting such good food and service, but Omni really left a good impression with me!
At the end of our stay going to Valet my mom fell and noone was around it Valet or the front desk to file a complaint..... Very displeased with this....I had to walk to the South Tower to report this....that's crazy there should be someone on both sides
Rip off. $45 to park ypur car per night is insane. The staff were rude at the check in. Long lines. When i got there they said they had no room booked for me. Then said they did have a room but a smaller one at same price. Eventually after about a 45min check im they got us our room. The lady went off with my id and credit card being for about 15 mins which was weird. There was another lady complaint at the check out and it took 3 ppl to help her for some reason dispite all the people lined up waiting. The rooms are old and tired. They double charged my card. Do not stay here stay at any other hotels around. I could not recommend this place its not worth the $$$
Great location downtown. Lots of good food nearby. Right next to the Olympic Park and it is also connected to the convention center. Friendly staff and clean rooms. You need your card to access the elevators, so there is another level of security as well.
Great staff, excellent amenities, central location. The convention space setup is well thought out. And every staff member we encountered was very friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend.
Aside from it s convenient location, this place is terrible. Rude and aloof staff. They attempted to bump one of the four rooms I booked. I was never told about a $50 security deposit each night for incidentals . Thirty minute plus waits for buffet breakfast seating. I had to stand outside my room for 20 minutes waiting to be let in after my key stopped working. Walls are paper thin and they don t have any quiet hours . The doors between rooms might as well be sound amplifiers. Poorly cleaned bathrooms. It s clear that guests are truly no more than a transaction, and hospitality is not common practice.
Early voting (both 2020 presidential/general election and subsequent runoff) was a breeze. Volunteers were helpful and friendly, keeping the process running smoothly.
It was really expensive, it is very loud, the service I awful and slow.the housekeeping entered our room even with our do not disturb sign. The do not disturb signs do not stay on the doors
Hardly upscale. Our room (besides being over priced and overtaxed-extra $45 per night in tax) had a stained, wrinkled carpet. The beds were extra firm and felt like sleeping on rocks. The fridge didn't work. The remote to the TV stopped working halfway through our stay. The tub drain was clogged when we tried to use it the first night (they did have someone fix that after I told the front desk) and there was no water pressure in the shower. Also, the only mirror was in the bathroom whereas some other rooms had full body mirrors and the maid mixed up and swapped all my and my roommates stuff when they were on opposite sides of the sink.
The last night we came back to the room, it smelled like locker room and stale moldy water. Happened to another room in our party too.
The only upside and why it gets two stars instead of one is because the people were nice. The facilities suck.
Disappointing! We had a tiny corner room that was dated, worn, and dirty. There were blood/wine stains on the carpet, eye makeup stains on 2 of the pillow cases, a big spider web near the sliding door, and mold in the shower. We were on the 15th floor and the balcony door was broken so it was very hard to lock. I booked this hotel based on the Google reviews so was very surprised to discover that our room was so bad. We requested a cot which they said they could not provide due to it being a fire hazard. I understand that but the person working was very rude which was unnecessary. Parking was $45 per day which seems a bit high to me. It's getting 2 stars because there was a nice bag for the kids as well as milk and cookies at bedtime. It's in a good location however, there are still many more negatives than positives. I would not stay here again and probably won't stay at any Omni hotels again.
Treated like Royalty! Great service! The beds are very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was extremely nice and very helpful. After experiencing such a great time at the Omni for a corporate conference I know want to vacation and experience more of Atlanta.
Apart from the appearance of the north tower. The south tower was horrible. No ventilation in elevators that took forever, no microwave in rooms due to poor and outdated wiring system. No complimentary water which meant you either came with water on your first day or remained parched until you went out to get it. Sheets were never change, bed was just redressed. I checked to confirm this. Several stains to carpet which also had an underlying wet smell. They only get 2 stars because bellhop service was great but I will never be returning nor recommending.
Conveniently located off your attending a game, going to a conference, touring downtown, going to the aquarium, or going to the World of Coke. 2 blocks from the train station also.
The caliber of services I received didn't match what I expected. I travel quite a bit and I have not experienced what I did this past weekend anywhere else. I was disappointed and also missed an event due to the valet services on Saturday night. It cost $45 a night to park and retrieval of my truck seemed to be an issue from Friday thru Sunday.
Always a pleasure staying at this hotel every year for the walker stalker convention. I never have issues that would resort in me selecting another hotel. Always a great staff and a great Visit. Close to museums and restaurants and the views are amazing. Even when I ve called and the rooms may be sold out- being a premier member, I m always looked out for and that is greatly appreciated, because I m traveling from another state alone. And the hotel is perfect for me- as I am close to everything.
Staying here is close from Coca Cola factory and millinum park.its in the CNN center but if you like to party hard then look for hotel on peachtree st Near Westin
Staff in the lobby are very friendly and nice. The valet situation is a mess though. The $38/day is ridiculous and it took 15-20 minutes to get our car each time. The beds aren't terribly comfortable either, very firm.
I am here for a work conference the staff has been amazing! Very friendly and helpful the room has been cleaned very well and quickly. Everyone I have come in contact with has been nothing but polite.
The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was the valet service. Although very friendly, we handed one valet our ticket to bring our car around and 30 minutes later, still no car. Finally one of the 6 valets that were standing around asked us if he could help us (we thought the car was on the way) and no one had even gotten the keys to our car and the ticket with our number was lost. This mistake was corrected quickly and our car was brought right to us. It's the only complaint we had. Rooms were beautiful, we had a PERFECT view in the North Tower of Atlanta. The staff was very friendly and had great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. And if you are there to see a show at Phillips, there is no better place to stay in the city!
Pros: Great location, relatively new appearing room. Staff very accommodating of requests. Meals are excellent.
Cons: bed frame was very dusty and bathroom sink has black mold over the side drainage area, suggesting lack of attention to details in cleaning. Took two calls at night to get requested amenities, elevators broke down, causing excessive wait to go up and down floors.
My room was on the ninth floor overlooking the CNN center. Everything was great. Fast room service, good food, and the bar downstairs was very convenient.
My family and I stayed at the Omni this weekend and was ripped off by Valet. I paid the Valet in cash (one hundred dollar bill) when we arrived and was charged again on my credit card after we checked out of the hotel. I called and spoke with the finance manager who assured me she would do some research and return my call. Three days later, I still haven t received anything from the manager and I am out of 185.00 for parking. I can t believe I gave the driver a tip for this horrible experience. I wouldn t recommend staying here at this resort. This is poor customer service at its finest.
Because of the beds! After all that is actually what I am renting for $200+ per night. We spent $8700 to rent the seven rooms we reserved! We will not return!
Disappointing experience in many ways. Stayed here several times years ago as it is close to the mart and would have considered it close to a 4 star experience at the time. Not sure if it's new management, but the tower I was originally put in was under construction, smelled like toxic glue, and had hideous bathroom decor. Then fortunately was moved into the main tower. The room met expectations which was good.
It was again disapointing they had no restaurants available. The lobby bar was a closed off room next to the lobby. This was not expressed prior to booking that they were under construction. The second night i ordered some utensils to the room, and it took more than an hour, at which time I called and they said they would send it up and it still did not arrive. I'm not sure what they're doing, but I would not recommend staying at this resort if you're expecting 4-star experience.
The hotel did not mention the 38 dollar parking fee. It also did not mention the charge for Wi-Fi. Our towels and bathtub were dirty on arrival. The pool was described as heated but was not heated. The overall state of the hotel is a 2 or 3 star hotel, in a 4 to 5 star location. On the plus side the lobby is nice.
Decent hotel, shower ornaments were confusing, complimentary items were limited and hair dryer was dirty. Other than those items, the hotel was still decent
This place was awful!!! There was blood on the toilet seat and my room smelled like feet!! They transferred us to another room after the Manager saw the blood and gave us a complementary breakfast. Breakfast was great.
The next day after we checked out. They placed a charge for $103 on my card for the breakfast. I had to dispute it with my bank and show proof. Every time the bank called with me on three-way they hung up or said a manager would contact me back.
If you can help it, don t stay there. I also have pictures on yelp if you need to see proof.
A man walked into my friend and I room after a long night of drinking. If I hadn t woke up I m not sure what would have happened. I would never stay there again because of this and after we had to contact the hotel personally to follow up on the issue.
