Located in the heart of ATL, there are a thousand different things to do right outside. SkyView Atlanta, State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are all within view. I love Atlanta and won t hesitate to come back here in the heart of the action. Wanted to check out the Georgia Aquarium but with current restrictions and all time didn t permit but I will be back. ATL Shawty!

Wow. What a great experience! Every member of this staff (valet, front desk house keeping, guest services) that my wife and I encountered we're friendly and familiar. They mad us feel as if we were regular guest and they welcomed us into their home. The hotel was very clean and the room was appointed well. We really enjoyed being able to look out into the CNN atrium from the room. If you are looking for a nice, conveniently located, and welcoming hotel with a unique charm and experience....this is the place. Thank you The Omni Hotel Atlanta for a fantastic stay. We will return soon.

Staff at the front desk during check-in and check-out were nice. The other staff were accommodating from my perspective while our group of 1,400+ were here for our International Convention with first arrivals on or about 09/18/18 and departures through 09/24/18. I will leave further commenting to others who may or may not have had issues.
However, phone prompt response staff member was very rude, as I had a question regarding my check-out final bill before actually checking out, 09/23/18. Valet was in total chaos our entire 4 day stay. This experience was not quite what your Omni brand is built on. I am disappointed to say the refrigerator in the room was not clean upon arrival something had spilled inside fridge door. Housekeeping resolved this issue, after I requested it be cleaned. My observation is housekeeping staff are not checking the refrigerators after every check-out. Not, only am I a client, I am a Travel Business Owner as well as an Omni Travel Advisor. I have clients that I am responsible for ensuring their Travel Experience is seamless and if issues arise I am responsible for ensuring the problem(s) get resolved with little to no impact. I hope the next visit is better because my past stays were very good.

Really was only there for the food and drinks at the restaurant. The drinks were amazing!!! Best old fashioned I've ever had. The food was not the best. I had the pulled pork flat bread and it was overly sweet and had a gummy texture almost like it was made in advance and reheated.

Hotel itself was conveniently located to many downtown activities including easy transportation to the airport via Marta. Room I stayed in however was slightly dated with cracks in the crown moulding and a smoke detector which was hanging by it's wires for the entirety of my stay. Evening activities inside the hotel were lively and the lounge areas nicely kept.

The room was pretty average, but the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Location was good, very close to MARTA, the Georgia World Congress Center, and lots of nightlife options.

My transportation which is MARTA Mobility, made my arrival over an hour earlier than my time to report at Mercedes. I wasn't allowed to enter and told to wait forty minutes. I only went to CNN to be indoors from the heat.

We went for a little staycation right when they first reopened after quarantine and it was amazing. There were so few people staying at the time and the whole hotel staff was super helpful and attentive. The valet parking is definitely the best way to go. It ends up being slightly more expensive, but the parking is on site and they have your car ready and waiting for you as soon as you come down. My only complaint is that I wish they would have let us know that there was an event going on one morning down in the atrium. We were facing it on the 12th floor and it was VERY loud that morning, waking us and our new baby up :( I just wish we had been given a heads up when booking or possibly have gotten a different room on the other side of the building, as I said, the hotel was quite empty.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It has great views of the city. Centennial Olympic park can be seen from the North tower, which has over 26 floors. It also has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant. You have the option of walking to nearby restaurants.

My stay was great. The location is the best. Close to Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center. I had an awesome city view. Room was clean and comfortable. I would staythere stay there again.

Really was great hotel. But really run down. Needs remodeling desperately!!

And the heat and air conditioning vents are full of mold!! You can even see the nasty dirt and mold coming out of the vents!!

Won't stay there again until news of a major renovation!!

Friendly staff, beautiful common areas. Like that you can walk to GWCC without getting wet. Can't figure out why guest room elevator doesn't go to level where you can walk to conference center though.

Sadly, this was an awful and stressful experience for my husband and I.
We all understand that parking in Atlanta is cumbersome. However, when paying $45/night for valet parking, you expect to be in and out.

The first night we spent one hour just in line outside the hotel in traffic all waiting for valet.

The second night we waited for TWO HOURS in our car, waiting for it to be in valet. TWO. HOURS. for $45!?!
Incredibly upsetting!

Also the AC doesn t work. On top of being unable to park, you re going to go to sleep hot.

We will never ever stay here again and do not recommend this location

Beautiful hotel. Guest services were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Great location. Close to most of the Atlanta attractions. Rooms could use a bit of a facelift but nothing major. Great stay.

We stayed two nights and the over all service was OK. Morris at the front desk and Thi for Parking were amazing We also talked with a much older man who had been working there for a long time but didn't get his name ( he is a veteran and he works in the parking desk. POSITIVES: Check in was easy. Morris was great he explained so much and really help us with some of the surrounding areas and helping us know our way around. Our room view was fantastic. It was nice to have the bar downstairs. They also gave us some champagne w=for our honeymoon. The gym was really nice. NEGATIVES: Was not pleased with Cheryl. Not sure if it was just a bad time but she was very short with us at one point don't really even know if she realized this. The hot tub was empty and we were really looking forward to this . The pool was FREEZING and didn't seem heated to me mind you it was 77 degrees when we got in. Parking: It is ridiculous that parking is $45 Yes we did know this because we check before picking our hotel but this is a bog negative for us to pay $90 for two days is CRAZY. For the hotel not o offer any discount for this while we are staying there is not ok. also the "homeless" men outside asking for money right outside the hotel was not ok either. The Omni should have staff or security for this because being asked 3 times for money right when you walk out the door of the hotel should not be ok. Side note these homeless men had nae brand clothes and were definitely not homeless. Our room: over all the room was kinda clean. there was some candy trash on the floor so I don't think they vacuumed and our sliding door was very dirty. We left a long sleeve short in the closet and I called they front desk was great I then was told that I would receive a call from fed ex. I was called Monday by a man that sounded like he said he was from the police department and I didn t get his name he was not speaking clearly.he said he wanted me to answer when fedex called and I said yes sir( not understanding why I was called by them as well) it was less than 2 minutes I was on the phone with him. I then got a call from fedex and was told it would be $28 or the ONE SHIRT to be shipped I looked it up on my laptop and it said it would be way less than $28 so I was a little irritated about the first call and fedex after spending over $2000 on a two day trip it would have been nice to have had a little break on the fee. I didn t care for how the process was handled. I hope this review is taken seriously and the negatives listed are looked into.

We've had our share of good and bad experiences over the last few years here. You will probably encounter the occasional rude employee, but management is pretty good about handling issues fairly well of not sometimes a little slowly. We will stay here again but mostly because of its location

I would give this place 5 satrs but the CNN center ruins it because of how they act twords us. They some how think face paint is a weapon. We lobe going here for the conventions but CNN has lost alot of money doing what they're doing.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a conference and it was a wonderfully central location. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not super soundproof, but luckily folks in the hallway stayed pretty quiet. Food was what you'd expect from a conference catering service, decent. If I was staying on my own (not for business), I'm not sure if the cost would be worth it (wifi is at an extra charge), but it was a good experience!

First time visiting Atlanta. When I booked my hotel I didn't read any reviews an anything. The location was my main concern. The location an service was great. I went to the concierge desk several times an the service was exceptional. My room was cleaned daily an very clean... I would visit again an recommend omni CNN center...

The beds are very comfortable. The valet works well as well. There's very little in terms of food options in the area for dinner; we tried a bunch of places and all the waits were hours long! And then room service was another hour wait! It kind of ruined the stay.

I love Omni hotels, like the one in the French Quarter in New Orleans. However, CNN Center location was far from par to that. Almost all of the guest elevators were shotty at best. The room was okay, not the usually Omni standard but still better than a 3 star room. My biggest letdown was buying the breakfast package. The service at the restaurant was horrendous. I'm not the complaining type, but it took a little under an hour for our food to show up. I'm not so sure that I'll be staying in this location again.

Rooms were pretty nasty. Looked like someone threw up and stained the carpet in our room. Beds were hard as a rock. Bathrooms had public hair all over. Was charged on our credit card for 2 vehicles in valet and we only had 1 vehicle. Our vehicle was supposed to be "Watched like a hawk" well.... someone leaned on it and decided to write there names on the hood. Then it took almost 2 months to get our money credited. The bar in the hotel sucked. Took the waitress a half an hr to get a beer to our table and then charged us 20% gratuity on our tab. I work as a bartender and was so mad. The bar had 6 patrons sitting and a empty restaurant full of dirty tables... We could not believe it. I wouldn't go there even for a free room. Ruined our trip. I give this place the worst rating possible.

I had a room on the 6th floor overlooking the interior. It was a nice and very clean room. I thought the layout of the room was good as well. The staff were helpful and courteous the whole time.
