Stayed there on business. I really enjoyed the view from my room. No issues during the stay, other than some weird intercom alert at the crack of dawn my last morning about some emergency situation being over. I still don't know what that was about, but all seemed well.

Overall disappointing, but might try again at the right price. The valet area and lower lobby area reeked of weed smoke. In the room, there were bits of food under the desk, the beds were dirty and looked slept in, the refrigerator had old drinks in it, and the shower walls had hair on them. The view of Centennial Park was beautiful. At this hotel, you're definitely paying for the location and the view. The attached picture was the view from our room on the 4th floor.
I gave an extra star because the concierge and coffee shop staff were very pleasant and super helpful.

Lovely

I made a reservation in March for a stay in August. I called and requested adjoining rooms, the day before arrival I confirmed adjoining rooms, the day of check in I was assured adjoining rooms. Once I finally got to my room (after waiting over an hour to park my car) it wasn t adjoining and it was very dark and dingy. This is after I called to make sure I was parking in the correct place after waiting so long and one of your customer service personnel HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I spent the next hour of my stay fighting with the front desk to get rooms that were adjoining. Finally Tabitha (I think) made it right and we moved. This room was bright, cheery and clean. The evening was getting better until we needed a pillow and they would only provide 1. Remember I had booked 2 doubles. I was now a king and 2 doubles for 8 people so 2 had to sleep on the floor and share 1 pillow. After we went to our event we game back to purchase bottled water at the quick stand and THEY WERE OUT!!!! How does a hotel not have bottled water when it s at full capacity??? After finally pleading with someone at the OTHER front desk I was given some tiny bottles. The hotel needs better staffing when full, stock food/drink appropriately and remember your clientele is paying for you to work there and shouldn t be treated rude. Until I hear something changes I will not return. The location must allow you to have such poor service and PLEASE RENOVATE! I am a member for their loyalty program and was never thanked NOR did I receive my benefits. Still don t have a copy of my bill!!!!

Beautiful hotel, great location and clean room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. You cannot beat the location, right in the middle of everything. Thank you Omni for a wonderful weekend!

One girl in the coffee shop was RUDE-zilla and there was a slow drain in my sink and shower which was reported, but not fixed; and it was really loud one night, but I guess that's the down side to staying downtown. The food was really expensive at the hotel, but overall the area was nice and convenient; the hotel was nice; and most of the staff was professional and courteous.

This hotel has been around for a long time. Elevators are very small and old. They feel like the floor is going to collapse.

Rooms are nice and appear clean. Its attached to CNN and is close to the studio tours.

Called front desk and asked how to get ice. They said we will send it right up. After over an hour and 3 calls room service told us there was a machine on our floor never did get the ice.

Really nice hotel in th grrr heart of downtown Atlanta. 2 blocks from the Mercedes-Benz dome. Next door to the college Hall of Fame. Only issue is they have really sensitive room keys. You most likely need a dedicated pocket for your room key. Very easily demagnatized.

Having stayed at other Omni locations before, this one was a bit of a letdown. I'll start by saying the location and service were phenomenal. All staff we spoke to we're extremely courteous and helpful. However, it is clear that a number of rooms haven't been renovated in some time, with appearances lagging behind other locations. In addition, there were several technical issues during our stay, with one elevator being down for nearly the entire weekend, making getting to and from our room difficult given how crowded the hotel was--this in addition to an inoperable escalator, which was frustrating as there were no nearby stairs clearly marked. It's hard for me to be too upset about the stay, but given the price, and prior experiences at other locations, I think I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

RUDE, I don't expect to be talked down to, talked back to by anyone much less a hotel I'm paying for a VIP experience. Southern hospitality...not even close! All I wanted was a cup of coffee but that was too much to accommodate without making me feel like an inconvenience not a guest!!!

Very concerned about security in this hotel. Pan handlers/homeless allowed to pan handle in the lobby, in the restaurant waiting line. Other members in group reported hotel room luggage being rummaged through and items stolen. Can not recommend any hotel with this problem. Sad, facility is nice, rooms are great, food is good, lobby staff is accommodating. Obviously security budget or concern towards is lacking as this is what I have experienced.

What's not to like! ... This was my first Atlanta Dream game. The ladies lost but it was awesome watching the game. Really comfy stadium seats. Good snacks before the game ... All you can eat with very nice service.

Great location for tourism whilst attending a professional event hosted at the Omni. 5 minute walk to World of Coca Cola, Children's Museum, Aquarium, Center for Civil and Human Rights, and more. Budget conscious? Walk to the nearby Atlanta Streetcar stop ($1/ride) and you're a 15 minute ride from the Martin Luther King Jr Historical District (Firehouse, Ebenezer St Baptist, MLK brith house). Accessible by MARTA also from/to the Airport.

Everything was great, including the amazing view. Both of the lobbies were great and the desk staff is really nice. Only down fall was $32 park and mediocre valet staff. Overall fantastic hotel.

Upsides: The rooms are nice and clean, it's close to a bunch of restaurants and bars, and the staff is really polite

Downsides: There's a park across the street that hosts a few very loud festivals (so check the calendar) and the layout is extremely wonky. There are about four lobbies where you can check in and one of the meeting levels doesn't have bathrooms. You're going to have to go up or down a few. escalators to get where you want to go.
