Very nice full service hotel with a beautiful atrium!

Stayed one night. Very helpful staff. Great location. Room was good. Overall, a nice visit.

I've been coming here annually for 17 years now and every visit has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are well kept. Your money is very well spent here

Great location. Clean and comfy. Do not stay in room 724. Elevator noise is so loud. Not a room room for restful sleep. Room service food was average, at best.

Beautiful open lobby and spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious at The Point and health club a welcome retreat esp choice of indoor or outdoor pool weather permitting. Hot tub an extra plus. Easy access to the shopping mall a plus and nice for an easy stroll.

This hotel is ideally located on the Mall in Charlottesville. Guest services was excellent. We drove our Tesla to Charlottesville, and the Omni treated it like a special guest. We will definitely return.

Good location, heart of downtown, great spot for social gatherings.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Omni was in the perfect location for entertainment, dining and all were in easy walking distance. The bartender was also very friendly and made excellent cocktails!

Very convenient place to stay for an out-of-towner who is seeing a show at The Jefferson Theatre.

Super convenient and close to plenty of restaurants

The rooms are old furnished and not clean. Paying $200 per night people expect cleanliness and something updated in the rooms. Why not to remove that old popcorn ceiling? Outlets are 30 years old , aren t they? Grout is dirty on the tile walls in the bathroom. Holes are on the walls. Bed sheet had spots. Improve your laundry service! And no breakfast included.

I attended a dinner here. The staff was all very pleasant. The location was beautiful. Definitely the nicest hotel in Charlottesville.

Expensive but worth every penny. Staff really friendly food at bar was good and drinks were strong.

Here for a wedding Room was great, food was great, no Nazis were here (also a plus)

Nice hotel, spacious parking garage, one of the cleanest rooms I've ever had and convenient to all the historical sites. Also is right on the pedestrian mall so it's within walking distance to lots of restaurants.

Didn't stay here, but I did park here. As parking is so atrocious in Charlottesville, it's nice to have a central place to park. The Omni is that place. They have a large car parking structure at the hotel and allow daytime parking for a flat $11 fee; all day or one hour. A safe, convenient spot, central to most of the area of downtown. A little pricey, but when there is no where else to park around here, it's a viable alternative to nothing. Can't really say I like this town very much, avoid it if at all possible

We stayed at this Omni recently for a wedding. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, clean, and the staff are very prefessional and welcoming. Those reasons are why I even gave the hotel 2 stars. The room was comfortable, but sadly not sound proof at all. We were close to the elevator, and hear all conversations in the elevator, the peole above us, next to us, and in the hallway. My husband and I departed exhausted, habing been kept awake by all the noise around us.

Great hotel in downtown Charlottesville. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars on the downtown mall.

Great food. Great service from employees. One of the best hotels I have been to.

Dated but clean - I felt like they take care to make sure COVID precautions are taken. Loved that the pool and gym were opened and were reservation-only (it felt like using private amenities!). The changing room saunas were closed though and they didn't provide pool towels - make sure to bring your room towels. The one big downside is paper-thin walls. You can hear everything going on the hallways and other guests talking at a normal volume in other rooms. There is construction going on in front of the hotel but our room didn't face that way and it didn't bother us.

Excellent stay. Only comment is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Had a mostly great stay at the Omni. The beds weren't super comfortable - very bouncy when you moved on it - and the food seemed ridiculously expensive. But otherwise a great stay with friendly staff and a perfect location by the mall.

We went to look at the gingerbread house display. The atmosphere was very nice and all the workers were very friendly

Service has been great! Everything we have asked for including umbrellas, band-aids extra towels has been delivered immediately. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Indoor pool is great. The only thing that could be better is larger bathrooms.

The shrimp and grits were fantastic. Overall pretty good.

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

For instance, the room was not well maintained: the dresser was scratched, the shower curtain was stained and dirty, and the bathroom had paint splatters on the floor. When we arrived the bathroom had no shampoo, and later that night the TV signal shut off for a couple of hours. The staff also made no effort to greet us or look up when we entered the hotel multiple times.

It s also worth mentioning that some rooms have an interior view of the atrium which should be avoided if you want natural light. Furthermore, the room would only be cleaned on request.

Given the class of this hotel and its excellent reviews I expected more. The location is good but it needs serious renovations before I d consider staying here again.

Went here for the lunch buffet and it did not disappoint! Great fish tacos and the atmosphere was great for a business meeting.

Outstanding service in all departments. Comfortable clean room. Reasonable prices and the food was very good.

Piano performance in lobby. Pretty good space but bad acoustics.

I oonly made it as far as the lobby for a professional social event, but it was a very nice hotel and the staff I did come in contact with were very nice and polite.

Great location to shops, craft beer scene, uva football. Staff was very attentive nice. Omni has done a great job with their management of this property.

Food was outstanding. Everyone was so courteous. Great location for a small conference..

Great location on downtown mall. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing. We were treated like VIP's. The manager even delivered a cheese tray and drinks along with a personal note to our room. We can't wait to come back.

Great and abundant selections for Thanksgiving brunch although some dishes could have been a little warmer. Excellent, attentive service overall, especially from Ken. Reasonable cost with reduced prices for kids 16 and under. You can even take your leftovers home! Some beautiful atrium dining, with other uninspired( no holiday cheer or paintings) adjoining areas on different step up or down levels. A bit annoying while carrying buffet plates full of food. Plenty of garage parking with validation coupons issued by Omni.

In need of some renovations, especially to include more elevators. Very friendly staff and clean. Right next to the downtown mall with lots of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely visit again

I recently attended a professional event at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel. The facilities were very nice, everything was clean and well organized. The meeting rooms for easy to find, and very convenient for nearby parking.

This is your typical Omni hotel. You should expect the same service and amenities you would find at other locations. This particular location is nicely located in downtown Charlottesville. It is within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. One note is that the power outlets on the lamps in our room were severely worn out and did not hold the plugs for various devices. These clearly need updated and for the price of the room, a pretty big disappointment. The ballroom/conference area of this location is nice and well appointed. We attended a wedding and the wait staff was very professional and accommodating to all of us in attendance. I am sure we will stay here again in the future.

Great location at the end of the downtown mall, great atmosphere

Wow what a lovely experience. We are celebrating our 6th anniversary and it was just perfect. The fountain was breathtaking in the atrium. The room was impeccably clean,we had everything we needed and then some. We definitely will be coming back!!!! :-)

Fabulous location. Beautiful and clean lobby. The rooms and pillows were not really up to Omni standards.

Rooms are great. Bed not so comfy. Cliff the valet was great. Wife and I were there for our honey moon. Once he found that out he had room service send up champagne and strawberries on the house. Morning coffee was awful though.

Every staff member here was SO helpful during our stay. I was traveling with my elderly grandmother and they went out of their way to help us load/unload our car, bring luggage to and from our rooms, etc. My grandma fell in the shower while we were there and the head of security helped us get her out and told us how to get to the hospital. I would recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in the Charlottesville area.

I was there for an event. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Was there for a dialysis conference and treated with Top Notch service whilee there.

It's the little things: customized note card upon room entry, using your name when calling for things, etc. Great location!!

My stay was amazing. When we arrived, they had already placed ice in our room. The vending machine did not have anything for me to drink, so they opened the store for me. We ordered room service and our attendant was wonderful, she made several trips to make sure we were taken care of and even gave me a free glass of wine, the Chef prepared me a large portion of macaroni and cheese although I had ordered a small, for our troubles. We arrived late for breakfast, but the service was amazing. They all went above and beyond. They insisted we take as much as we wanted and when we wanted to move to a window, they moved all our plates for us with a smile. I look forward to visiting again, the service alone would be worth the visit.

Well appointed decor. Walk out the door to walking mall with shops and restaurants. Restaurant and full bar on location. Comfortable beds with loads of pillows. Polite and accommodating staff. Clean and non-smoking. Ride service available as well as valet or self-parking as you choose.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected. Otherwise everything was fine. And kids loved the pool.
