The buffet had an excellent set of choices, and service was quick. The fish tacos were also quite good.

Considering how close it is to the worst events I have I witnessed, this hotel aint too shabby

My whole experience with the Omni in Charlottesville was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a hotel.

Great service at the omni. It has a professional quality of care you don't find at other hotels. The rooms are great the mall is the best you never have yo leave the strip the hotel is on.

Cool hotel. Liked be right by downtown mall. Room could use a update. I would stay here again.

Some have commented that this hotel is noisy, but I did not find that to be true at all. (My room was on the opposite side from the Downtown Mall and nowhere near the construction, so that may be why.) Bathrooms are VERY small. I almost fell in the toilet trying to stand in front of the sink. Food was delicious, though I would love to see gluten-free options on the menus.

Public bathrooms were all very clean. Thank you! Only complaint is the water they offer in the lobby. It looks tasty but is tasteless. They just keep pouring water (all day) over the same old fruit.

I met a friend here for the night and the location was perfect. Right on the downtown mall with plenty of access to restaurants and bars. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly, as well.

Everything is clean and we feel very well taken care of. A little pricey, though.

My brother was staying here so I visited him from out of state. The staff was extra friendly, accommodating. Bar was nice, in and outdoor pool, with small gym. Parking garage easy to access and everything within walking distance.

Always on point. Great field trip for the girls when we visit the downtown area.

The location is great. Step out of the hotel and you are right at the shops. The service was great and it was an overall nice experience. The hotel seemed a little bit date but it was a good experience.

The lunch buffet is reasonable quality, but we don't love the value for the price as much as we used to.

This hotel is so old and not insulated properly. I could hear the guests on both sides of my room all night long. I didn't want to call the front desk and complain until I checked into it. I went in the hallway and could hear conversation families were having in their hotel rooms. When I realized it wasn't the guests that were being too loud and it was a hotel issue I was upset. This hotel is in a great location, but is too old for my taste.

Wedding brunch the morning after the wedding. Food was great and we'll laid out. Food buffet line was constantly serviced and there was never an empty serving tray or drink dispenser. Staff was attentive and ready to meet all needs.

Omni Charlottesville Hotel is an excellent place to stay, and very conveniently located. The staff is friendly and very efficient - they are there to help you and they do a great job. My room was clean and well pointed. TV was easy to use. Appreciated having a bath tub. I stay about once a year and they know I like a tea kettle in my room - and it is always waiting for me. Thank you , Omni, for great service.

Nice hotel accommodations and service but they have a ridiculous internet access policy that requires signing up for some marketing campaign or paying $10 a day to get barebones internet/wifi access. In an era where every Starbucks/coffee shop and virtually every Podunk motel chain offers free wifi access to internet, it is annoying and absurd to hassle customers for another $10 at a premium hotel chain to obtain wifi. Next time I'd rather stay at a Holiday Inn or Day's Inn or Budget Inn or any number of even less well known motels where their internet policies are from the 21'st century not 1990.

Very clean with friendly staff. Close to the mall area of Chatlottesville with tons of restaurants.

Beautiful, large atrium leads onto a pedestrian walk with plenty of dining options. And the convention center is quite classy and conveniently attached.

The Omni was willing to chip in a few dollars for parking for Red Cross blood donors today. The blood drive is still on for 2 hours if you can donate.

Great facility and location for our corporate leadership meeting. The food was good and its location on the downtown mall is convenient.

Overnight stay was very convenient. Good location near campus, comfortable and accommodating.

Just ate at The Point but wow! Totally wasn't expecting such gourmet tastes. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Wouldn't mind a few vegan and gluten free options though.

The Omni staff always do a fantastic job preparing for and catering to events.

We love the Charlottesville Omni!. It is right on the Charlottesville pedestrian mall near incredible restaurants and fun activities!

The staff were friendly and able to provide insight into the dining in the area. The room was immaculate, comfortable bed and roomy. The location was great and centrally located for food and night life.

We used the Omni for our wedding, and everything worked out very nicely. The rooms and service were great, and the open lobby area we used for the cocktail hour were spectacular. Being right on the Downtown Mall is a huge plus for walking around, also.

Omni hotel is great for meeting visitors in Charlottesville. It is conveniently located near the downtown mall and one can exploit this option before or after sending some time also at the lobby of the Omni hotel (breakfast, meal, drinks).

I stayed here for 2 nights on business and enjoyed it so much that I booked it for my wedding aniversary next month. The staff is superb and the location adjacent to the downtown mall makes it perfect for a getaway.

This is just an average hotel, however, I average I don't find to be that bad.
