Great location to the downtown mall area. Staff was very friendly.

Will not stay here again. Overpriced for an outdated hotel. Bathrooms are tiny, bed uncomfortable, and worst pillows I have ever slept on. I am on the 6th floor and am currently laying here wide eyed listening to very loud music evidently coming from a bar next to the hotel. (It is 1 am and has been going on since about 10pm) I'm sure I won't get any sleep tomorrow night as well since this bar has live entertainment Friday and Saturday nights. I should not be able to hear that from inside a hotel, so you can imagine the hallway noise and noise from rooms on either side of you. Here for a conference and if the conference chooses this hotel again in the future we will not be coming.

Wonderful rooms,. hotel restaurant excellent, convenient shopping.

Great location and very friendly service. Cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. A little pricy for accommdations bit worth it because of location.

We needed a bathroom at the pedestrian mall and couldn't find any for the public. We weren't eating while there and the one's at the visitor center only open during events. So grateful for the Omni with kids. We were able find a bathroom.

Service was rather good and the hotel was ok in general, but the bathroom needed updating. It is in a great location. Close to University of Virginia, and many historic locations and great restaurants are within walking distance.

Family stayed in the Omni while visiting town, and loved it. Clean rooms, great service and awesome location.

Decent spot, very convenient and right downtown. Park here and walk everywhere downtown.

I have stayed here in the past. It's a great hotel in a great location.

Convenient location at the end of the west end of the Main St pedestrian mall. The shape of the building lends to some odd shaped rooms. My corner room had a nice view of Monticello and the UVA Rotunda. The bathroom and closet space was a bit tight. Good workout facility -- treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, and some weight machines.

I am a preferred guest member, and this hotel remembers my preferences as to room, location and amenities. When travelling to Charlottesville, I always try to book well in advance so I can stay here. I love the location, it is right on the pedestrian mall area and convenient for my business meetings. I am always treated like a queen!

While the Omni is a nicely fitted out hotel in a great location it's not worth the price. Extra cost for WiFi and tiny bathroom were some negatives for me

Very comfortable and spacious room. Expensive but excellent location. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked a two day conference for 14 people including overnight stay in the rooms at this Omni and they did a fantastic job of caring for us. The setup and food was done exactly as had requested and the food was top notch. Rooms were nice - nothing fancy but clean and comfy. The prices are not cheap but very comparable to other similar conference center/hotels and I felt like we got the value of what we paid for. We will be back again in the future!

Avoid this hotel if you need Internet access. I am most disturbed by this fact but waking up at 6 am to hear what sounds like a drum (treadmill) was perhaps the final straw. Never will I stay at this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel! The one complaint I have, which really infuriated me at the time, is the front desk lady! I went to the front desk to ask for a water bottle at 12:30 am on 2/20/2018 and I was completely ignored by the woman at the front desk typing on the computer for solid 15 seconds when I approached. It was extremely awkward, as it was midnight and I was the only person in the lobby or what felt like the entire hotel. So I approached and just stood there for quite some time before she even acknowledged my presence!! Once she finally acknowledged my presence, she very shortly asked me what I wanted. All I wanted was a Mini water bottle which I know the hotel has on hand. Then she sent me to a completely different floor. They stock the rooms and the pool area with them for anyone to take so I know they were available. She was very rude and her actions and demeanor And there are plenty of other hotels in Charlottesville to stay where the employees are not outwardly rude. Honestly I would feel differently if she would have just acknowledged my presence when I walked up, finished her work, then helped me. Otherwise ignoring a person did 15 seconds is a long awkward time in the middle of the night I m an empty lobby.

Great location with easy access to the mall. Rooms are large and staff is great. The only downside is that the rooms feel a little dated.

The location of this hotel is great, and you get a standard "not great but nod bad" service. The atrium looks great, but the rooms are quite outdated.

Clean facilities, nice conference setup, good coffee

The whole Omni experience was wonderful. No requests was unreasonable. Room impeccable and the Service was outstanding. Thank you Parker Vest for a unforgettable experience.

Location location location. This is really what saves this buisness. For the price of the room I did not feel like there were enough amenities. However if you are staying in Charlottesville this is the spot due to the mall being right outside your front door

The staff made all the difference in our experience. The convenience of the hotel, quality food were all great, but the staff really made for a special visit.

Had an amazing stay. Minor issues with the elevator and key cards, but they went out of their way and bought me breakfast one morning to make up for it!

Can't beat the location. Very clean rooms and beautiful lobby. High speed (more than 3 mbs) wifi should be free for all in 2017, not an additional charge.

Although the building looks older, the hotel is nice on the inside. It is also perfectly located to walk a long strip of restaurants and shops. The bathroom was tiny but well appointed. Slept well and enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel for a visit to the downtown mall. Clean, good staff, and literally on the downtown mall. Hard to beat, especially with such great places to drop into that are right next door!

Awesome location close to restaurants, shopping, & ice rink. Hotel offers a nice sauna and health club.

It's beautiful, the people are awesome, and they gave us late check-out! With the shopping area right outside, this really is a perfect hotel for a getaway with your spouse or your significant other!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Room was ready allowing for early check-in (1-hour early). Good Sunday Brunch (private party).

Had a conference at this place and the staff absolutely refused to help our company connected to the Wi-Fi in our conference room. There was no Wi-Fi. Even though they were asked several times at the front desk, no one assisted us.

We are locals who go to the Omni for the dining and location. We've had great meals and service. The dining area is beautiful and provides easy access to the downtown mall. Parking is validated too.

Definitely one of the best hotels in the city, it has a pool, and excellent customer services. And it's near Historic Downtown as well, great for tourists.

The nicest hotel in the area, but you pay for it. Even a great place to just get dinner, and in a great location for navigating Charlottesville.

One of the best dining avenues in C'ville. The food is exquisitely prepared mostly from local options. The gentleman who runs the breakfast omelet bar is incredible. All of the staff are friendly and professional. My favourite place to dine when eating in C'ville.

The Omni is a great hotel to stay at in Charlottesville. The rooms are very nice and it is very convenient to many restaurants and shopping many of which are in walking distance.

Lovely hotel. Convenient to the 'walking area" of downtown. The staff takes very good care of you. Would definitely stay there again!

Can't go wrong with this hotel. Enjoyed the amenities (pool is nice, indoor and outdoor) and appreciated the proximity to the pedestrian mall. Older hotel, nice remodeled.

As a person of color, I walked through the lobby late at night and I was told to leave! I was asked why I was there and for what reason! I have been to grad school twice and my father is a professor at UVA and I was still mistreated - The guy just ran after me... C ville - Omni have an answer?! Never in NYC or DC! I have never been so hurt in my life but it is C ville...

Best spot to sleep if planning on staying out late at the downtown mall.

The Omni was FANTASTIC when we arrived in Charlottesville in July. We were there 8 days. They were the HQ hotel for our Kappa Sigma Fraternity's 150th Sesquicentennial celebration. Over 1800 Brothers came from all over N. America. Great staff, service & a great restaurant. They offered a Mon-Fri different menu theme Buffett all you can eat!! Great location to the mall.

A nice hotel that doesn t live up to expectations.

So far, the visit has been decent. Staff is friendly, amenities provided, in a good location.

However, given the price point of the hotel (especially in comparison with surrounding competitors), Omni hasn t quite lived up to its reputation.
