I'm so happy to find this studio. We have had senior pictures made here as well as our grandsons newborn photos. They were awesome. Multiple background options, props, and a photographer willing to replicate anything we asked about. The photos were great and the sessions were a lot of fun. We will be returning to get my daughter's senior pictures done this year. The best we've found in the desert.

Apparently, editing wasn't included in my $35 panoramic class photo. Wish I would have taken the pic myself so I could have edited it. Faces are totally dark, like there's a shadow on them and there isn't. Very disappointed!

I have not received my money from them since I return my pictures and keep getting the run around. They are not professional at all.

Ordered the digital file and received a very small sized file that was rejected by Costco for printing on a canvas. Attempted multiple times to get a better file. Recieved incorrect information and recieved a RUDE phone call where they attempted to bully me into thinking they were right. They even told me I could "uncompress" a JPEG file. NO. Horrible customer service!

The first time my child was in Kindergarten and never received my pictures, had an 8x10 and email. Months passed and when I finally called I was told they're computer broke and it would be another week before I would get them. After another month no word from them I had to call everyday till it was finally sent. 2nd time my child now in 1st grade, same thing one 8x10 and email, again a couple months pass I finally call them and with no apologies was told it may take a couple of weeks. Got it by the following week. This place is terrible, finally on this 3rd attempt I will now call every day till I get them. Worst customer service ever!

My daughter's senior portraits are Beautiful!!! They did such a GREAT job!! And the price for what we got is VERY reasonable.

This is the 3rd year my boys have gotten photos from this company. EVERY time we send the money and pick the backgrounds and hope they come out good. NEVER. They either had food on their faces, clothes all messed up and I paid for the photos without getting a proof first, but I guess this is how they work when it comes to school. Very dissatisfied. Won't ever be a customer again, I was a photographer before and this is not acceptable for any paying customer ever.

My daughter had her First Grade pictures taken, my beautiful child looked so beautiful in her picture, however the milk mark on her face was not removed prior to her getting her picture taken. If you don't like your job then QUIT. I am dissapointed in this company, there should be no excuses to why you would take a picture of an innocent child knowing they have a dirty face or messy hair and NOT FIXING IT! I do not recommend using this company.

Bad customer service. Picture quality is not great. Really wish they d go to s different company for school photos

Love taking my family to do pictures here. They love children and know just what to do to get a child who definitely needs a nap to smile. This is my go to place.

My son has food all over his face in the pictures. Called to try and get some sort of discounted make up pictures and they were extremely rude. I paid $110 and they hung up on me. I don't understand how a picture company for schools can be so rude when it was clearly the photographers fault.

My daughter had her senior pictures. They were quick, professional, friendly, and patient. They really made sure my daughter looked her best!

Nice place but pictures and poses substandard! In my favorite photo my kids faces were glowing and it took 3 to 4 weeks to get them! But the girls who took the pics were nice

This is the last time i buy my daughter's school picture as long as this company is doing the photography. Was hoping the pictures would be better. Do not understand why her school keeps using them. My daughter's picture looks like a cut out of another picture pasted onto a what's supposed to be a background. How about something scholastic for a background in a school picture? A library, a playground, stack of books, something that tells me this is a school picture not a "wish i was in paradise or a ghetto hood(talking about that graffiti background that you provide as a choice)"! Absolutely disappointed!!!

Super fast, affordable, and just a very inviting place, the people there are super friendly but also quick.

Employees were rude. Plus absolutely no employee was wearing a mask during this pandemic. There s no reason why the employees can t wear masks and do their job.

Great experience we went for Santa pictures this year. I will definetly be returning to take more family photos. Staff was super nice and professional.

I hope my son's school stop using this company for their school photos and yearbooks, their customer service is beyond unprofessional, this guy Brandon Olson keeps giving me the run around about my son's yearbook. I spoke to the school and I was informed they have had several issues with them in the past with their photos and customer service. I was told they have made mistakes in their school yearbooks, like placing students in the wrong grade, misspelling students last names, missing paid for yearbooks. This guy won't even pick up the phone, he likes to text. I'm still waiting for the yearbook he promised over a month ago. They have terrible customer service!

Staff was kind and professional. The photographer was worked with us and had the most respect for my sons graduation pictures. Thank you.

We had senior pictures done on 6/2017. I had read some of the reviews and I was worried about going... but they were awesome. Senior pictures are so important and they made it a great experience. They told us that we would get them in 3 weeks and we got them in 2 weeks. Thanks Brandy and Taylor for making my daughters senior picture experience awesome.

Couldn't see backgrounds before we had to pick for my daughters school photos, then they took retake before we received out photos ( a month later) then they didn't even check to make sure kids were looking at the camera and smiling!!! Horrible experience -helendale school!

Wow what a super professional place. The staff is awesome and there work is beauitful and the prices are good to.

I'm sooooo of mad I can't even see straight. My daughter had her picture taken at school and the lady grabbed her face so hard she left nails marks. When I picked her up I asked her what happened and she started crying. She finally told me what happened, so I called the place TWICE. I got hung up on. So I called the police and made a report. That is ridiculous

I paid for a panoramic photo from my sons school. I paid at my sons school and I received a call after school was out that I had to drive to Apple Valley and Pick it up or pay $5 more for them to mail it to me. Since I ordered through the school it should have been delivered to the school. The office staff was still at the school and they could have had parents pick up from there, It would have saved 45 min of drive time! When I went and picked it up the quality was very poor. I am very unsatisfied.

I called for Christmas photos 2-3 weeks in advance to get family portraits done. We had an appointment at 10:15 and I was told there was no need for a deposit over the phone. My boyfriend and our 2 kids (age 1 & 4) got all ready and showed up for our appointment and were turned away because they didn t have us on their schedule. We did not see anyone else there for pictures at that time. We were asked to come back at a later time, but with two young kids it was already a whole event in the morning and it wasn t an option for us to come back during their nap time. Unpleased with my experience.

I ordered pictures through the website on 03/20/14 and expected them within 2-3 weeks (as stated by the invoice). After a month, I called for two days and no one answered the phone. I decided to send an email inquiring about my order. Instead of taking the time to give me information about my order (or even send it out to me), they replied stating someone would get back to me. They never did. I called and finally spoke to a female who said she would look into it and return my call, which she did not. I called back on 5/12/14 and requested my pictures or a refund. The female insisted that she would get them to my address within a week. I was nice enough to wait longer than a week, just in case anything may have caused a delay. My pictures were never sent to me, so I called (AGAIN) and spoke to a male requesting a refund. He was not concerned about the terrible service that was provided and simply stated my refund would be mailed to me. It is now 7/12/14 and I have no refund and no pictures. This "business" is full of lazy individuals who provide nonchalant attitudes, lies, and bad service.

They are very nice and professional, we love the great job they did on my Daughter's senior pictures!

I ordered baseball pictures because I do stats and I'm in the group photo and because I am a girl they gave me softball picture, they still have not replied to any of the emails any one has sent and so I still have not gotten my pictures.

They took care of my sons school photos. But they told the school that he would get his school pictures one day and instead of opening up the envelope and seeing the pictures i paid for i got a note telling me we have to wait until picture make up day.. i would be kind of ok with it but we're moving before then and my son wanted his friends to sign his class photo. They should of told the school what they were doing cause i called Pinon Hills Elementary and they didn't know about the note either.

Professional doesn't begin to describe it. Above and beyond. Top notch. Very friendly. They understand kids. Had our 6 & 7 year olds take pics with Santa (yes, they had a Santa in their studios) and came out great. Saw other families with infants and toddlers that were treated with respect. Very understanding.

Professional n very polite. Not what i expected at all. There studio is top notch filled with just about every background n prop u can think of. My daughter took her senior yearbook pics there n they did a phenomenal job gettin her relaxed n smiling naturally. Prices are reasonable. I like the fact that if u want disc of photos they will sell it. I highly recommend Olsens photography

There customer service is terrible and they can't even answer simple questions regarding when an order will be shipped. I call to find out when my order of 2 -8 x 10 photos would be shipped out and was told they are at the lab in North Carolina still 3 days short of 3 weeks after I placed the order. I expressed that the website said 2-3 weeks for delivery and was told that was when they would get my pictures, not me. After they receive them it would be another 2-3 weeks for them to mail them to me. I told them that is not what there website said and then was told it doesn't matter what the website said they will mail them to me in another 2-3 weeks. They were very rude when I said it should not take 6 weeks to get two pictures. I even spoke to the owner Lance who was very rude and didn't even bother to tell me that the order is not even processed through them. They use an online service the is called Photo Reflect out of Plano Texas which prints and mails the photo, while Olson has nothing to do with getting them printed or shipped. They can't even track an order to give accurate information. They lie to there customers telling them their photos are at the lab when in fact there not and all they do is collect the money from the online orders that are printed and mailed by the Company Photo Reflect. They are anything but professional and the pictures are very low quality , they look like something from a photo booth not a professional photographer. I would never recommend Olson's they're the rudest and most unprofessional people and could care less about customer service. The owner refused to answer any question asked and kept talking down to me and then hung up on me after telling me to wait until Monday to complain. I place 4 phone calls just trying to find out when my order would be shipped. No business should treat paying customers like that. The owner Lance is as rude as his staff!

My late husband and I wanted to get our picture taken together and since Olson was close we wanted to do it there. We went all different days and times to get this done and they were never open. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed so we thought after so many attempts that they had gone out of business.
We tried to get them on the phone to no avail.
My husband was elderly and ill and couldn't travel far or walk and this was the closest place to us.
He has since passed away. Opportunity lost.

I took my daughter a couple years back for graduation pictures and it was a very good experience, very affordable prices and very good quality photos. And now it's my other daughter turn. Keep up the good work guy's.

All the people that work at this place are very courteous and professional. Went to take my daughters senior pics and just from seeing the professionalism in this place I would come back to take pics for myself or any other reason. Would recommend anyone that's thinking of having pictures taken here should.

VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CUSTOUME SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE INFORMATION ON THE FLYER THEY SENT HOME FOR SCHOOLS WAS MISLEADING. I DEALT WITH LIFE TOUCH IN THE PASS THEY WAS SO MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL.

I always get my family photos done by Olson Photography they are awesome talented and caring people and I am never dissapointed by the work they do !

My daughter Birthday photography shoot was amazing and just a beautiful experience. I just stayed out of the way and photographer was awesome and very pleasant.

I ve been going to Olsen photography for years. My two daughters always had their school pictures taken here, and I gave recommendation for this excellent company to go to Sandia Academy when I was on the SSC board.
My oldest daughter had her senior pictures taken here, and the service was excellent from the nice lady on the phone, to the gentleman showing us the picture packages to the nice women taking her pictures.
Excellent, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend. Definitely 5 stars.

Brought my daughter here on Saturday for her PreK school re-do pics. They were fast and sweet and the pictures came out amazing! Brandy even added special background color for our personal ordered photo (school had to be gray) and even gave her a pretty flower to hold for another option. I wasn't expecting that so it was definitely above my expectations. :)

Wonderful experience. The ladies are so helpful. Quick and painless ordering. Great prices. Affordable.

If I could give zero stars I would. The studio performs both school and spring portraits to my sons school. For 2 years now I have had to contact them all 4 times because I do not receive the photos/files I paid for. I wish his school used a better studio, like Lifetouch. I would GLADLY pay more money for better quality and to actually receive the items I pay for. Sadly I guess I will have to have my sons photos taken elsewhere for family members because I am done giving this unprofessional studio my money STAY AWAY!!!
