There customer service is terrible and they can't even answer simple questions regarding when an order will be shipped. I call to find out when my order of 2 -8 x 10 photos would be shipped out and was told they are at the lab in North Carolina still 3 days short of 3 weeks after I placed the order. I expressed that the website said 2-3 weeks for delivery and was told that was when they would get my pictures, not me. After they receive them it would be another 2-3 weeks for them to mail them to me. I told them that is not what there website said and then was told it doesn't matter what the website said they will mail them to me in another 2-3 weeks. They were very rude when I said it should not take 6 weeks to get two pictures. I even spoke to the owner Lance who was very rude and didn't even bother to tell me that the order is not even processed through them. They use an online service the is called Photo Reflect out of Plano Texas which prints and mails the photo, while Olson has nothing to do with getting them printed or shipped. They can't even track an order to give accurate information. They lie to there customers telling them their photos are at the lab when in fact there not and all they do is collect the money from the online orders that are printed and mailed by the Company Photo Reflect. They are anything but professional and the pictures are very low quality , they look like something from a photo booth not a professional photographer. I would never recommend Olson's they're the rudest and most unprofessional people and could care less about customer service. The owner refused to answer any question asked and kept talking down to me and then hung up on me after telling me to wait until Monday to complain. I place 4 phone calls just trying to find out when my order would be shipped. No business should treat paying customers like that. The owner Lance is as rude as his staff!
