I have been part of Castle since last one year and its been great experience. I am glad that I started my career with Castle medical as it gives me endless opportunities to learn new things and be a better scientific professional. Games, prizes, perks, bonus, food, so many things here. I can perfectly balance my personal and professional life and its because of Castle.
I am the mother of a former castle employee . A person who never called off work . Never written up or told she was not doing her job. But was fired for no reason and replaced by another person. My daughter is black her replacement is white. Really human resources.
Castle Medical is not just another job, its another family that I'm grateful to be apart of and want to see/help succeed! Castle Medical is a great place with wonderful people!
I've been working with Castle for nearly two years now. We have a very intense "work hard and play hard" attitude that keeps things interesting and/or entertaining nearly every day of the year - but only if you're stalwart enough to handle it!
The thing I appreciate most from my time at Castle, though, is the opportunity for personal growth. After proving myself for a few months, I got the chance to head up a huge project that has been invaluable to my professional development. I've learned far more here than I ever did in college.
Castle is an extremely special place to work. The culture is incomparable, the camaraderie irreplaceable, the opportunities boundless, and the experience invaluable! I started here a little over a year ago in a position with which I had very little experience. Since that time I have transitioned to a new position, taken on additional responsibilities, learned not only my job but other areas of the company just because the opportunity was available to me, contributed meaningfully to projects directly related to my job and some that do more for my peace of mind than my paycheck but ultimately make Castle a better place. We work hard and play harder! Castle is all about making it your own so you definitely get out what you put in. There are many opportunities to make this a company that works for you as opposed to the other way around. I like that Castle is like a family (for better or worse), sometimes people are very much in your business while other times they have your back when you need it most. I have seen on several occasions where we have risen to the occasion or come together as a company in support of one another or even a cause we all feel strongly about. I even like that the CEO is accessible, we can have more than superficial conversations and interactions. I can propose a direction for the company and really see it through to fruition. There is a reason that Castle is an award winning company!

Castle Medical is such an AMAZING company to work for! Yes we work hard, but hard work NEVER goes without recognition. Our CEO truly cares about each individual that works for our company and it's shown daily. ANY manager in our office is always available if needed. It's an open door policy here. You can go talk to a manager and just as easy turn around and go speak to our CEO. Work is work, but working here is more than just coming to a job. It's coming to work with family!!! There's no place like castle!!!
While I was working for Castle Medical 10 out of 12 sales representatives from my hiring class were fired in the first 6 months. These were all reps who had been previously successful in pharma, device, etc. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. No stability.

I got a chance to observe the Castle culture and was extremely impressed. I would jump at the opportunity to be a part of this company.
Looks like a Fun place to work, NOT. Management & leadership is terrible.They work you like a dog, very little support from the managers, very little training for new staff & a lot of favoritism. The computer system sucks! And you will not get support from the director or the managers. Lots of gossips & drama in the office. If you have other offers do not consider this place. This place will set you up for failure.
Castle Medical is a dynamic and exciting place to work. The company is progressive and it cares about its people. I would definitely recommend it.
We work hard here at Castle, We believe in one another. We have pretty much created a second family here. I love my job and I am very thankful for every opportunity I have been given here. :)
