I called for Christmas photos 2-3 weeks in advance to get family portraits done. We had an appointment at 10:15 and I was told there was no need for a deposit over the phone. My boyfriend and our 2 kids (age 1 & 4) got all ready and showed up for our appointment and were turned away because they didn t have us on their schedule. We did not see anyone else there for pictures at that time. We were asked to come back at a later time, but with two young kids it was already a whole event in the morning and it wasn t an option for us to come back during their nap time. Unpleased with my experience.
