Friendly, helpful and a joy for my dog (not really for him, but you get it )

Was at the veterinary practice at Heerlerbaan with my Chihuahua who got the diagnosis in happy expectation, and during the pregnancy ultrasound (with the most advanced equipment, we not only enjoyed but very professionally and with a lot of knowledge we were helped and advised). Really recommended this veterinary practice.
Casual, laid back and very knowledgeable! Do something if your pet is wrong

Don't know what they are doing, they killed our rabbit by giving the wrong syringes, you pay the grand prize for that.

In my opinion the best vet in the region. A lot of knowledge, empathetic doctors and a good location. The doctors here are transparent and honest about the treatment process and let you know why they are making choices. They are also open to suggestions if you have other ideas. All I would like to see better is better opening hours.

Good vets present. Staff are friendly and very competent.

The umpteenth money sucker from an animal practice. Only they do it here with a smile. This practice has a disclaimer on its website under "" pricing "" in which a full page is spent explaining why they are so expensive. This is written in such a devious way that a guilt is aroused if you do not opt for treatment at this practice. It is also strongly implied that almost all vets are a bunch of amateurish tinkers. A real shame because you can at least expect such '' professionals '' to be about more than just catching money.

Great help with my sick dog in peace and lots of attention

Nice veterinarian who has an eye for the welfare of the animal. What I also like is that they work with natural food supplements and do not go straight to medication.

my dog / child even got my last name, as a woman I am very proud of LOL
they are immediately present in case of emergency and you are automatically forwarded; that is very pleasant in moments of extreme stress if you no longer have to remember another number
they work closely together so that you do not have to tell your story 100 times and there is also neat reporting.
Arrange appointments quickly and everyone is friendly and involved.

they can do a lot themselves in the house so that you can take photos on location etc.

after the good decisive care of (Linda) they came to your correct diagnosis and provided the perfect dosage my dog lost 8 kg in a year and turned into a young puppy

Recommendation for everyone who wants the best care for their pet

We had an urgent appointment. Our daughter and son-in-law's dog was no longer able to stay with us at the time. Fortunately we were able to go and were received very well by the people there and the vet himself. It was very hard to put her to sleep, but after almost 12 years of loyal service and with all her love she has given us, she is no longer in pain. This Parkstad animal clinic is highly recommended for the animals and their owners

Super practice. Very friendly and take good care. Were also very excited to be able to treat my rats. The only downside is that you don't get an invoice, so you don't know exactly what you're paying. But this will be my regular vet from now on.

We have our 2.4 kilo chihuahua cleaned here.
600 euros poorer. Couldn't believe it I must have heard it wrong myself until I got to the counter. I'll hear it again. Mensen so people be warned better ask for the price in advance.

They helped me a lot with Rico my gray red-tailed parrot cutting the nails and the wings very well done and very sweet to the animals.

felt like money beater .. you come there with your sick animal and then it seems as if they try to do a lot of expensive things that are of little use anymore .. then I went somewhere else where I had a much more positive experience

Not my own vet. Outrageous to ask for 91 euros for an emergency consultation. (Saturday at 5 p.m.) This is purely abusing the situation. Went to another vet.

Money beating. Far too expensive treatments that you get much cheaper elsewhere. Prices of injecting medicines and anesthesia treatment completely out of proportion.
Seems like the money is central instead of the animal .....
After asking where the price came from, more than doubles compared to 2 years ago, it was argued that everyone had a solid education .. and of course the VAT increased (is 3%) .. laugh of course, it seems to me a requirement for a veterinary clinic anyway .. solid training ...
