Great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians.

I have been a long time customer of Oliver and never needed emergency service until my hot water heater died resulting in a flood. Jennifer was super in getting me scheduled and following up to make sure the timing was right. Vinny arrived on time and in about 2 hours I had hot water. What a great team. Glad to have Oliver as part of my support team.

The tech arrived well within the time frame, was courteous and explained all work that was completed.

Received an estimate from Dan and a week later the new Trane unit was installed, very prompt service. I have been with this company for my heating and cooling for over 26 years.
Overall experience with this company is outstanding, have no problem recommending company to my friends and neighbors.

I was a past "good paying" customer of Oliver & yet when my ac broke last week, they wouldn't help me because they told me they only go to emergencies to customers that have service contracts !!!
That made me feel like a second rate person & won't ever be calling them back !!! Should be zero stars for that !

The tech was great very knowledge and really did a great job getting my air cool again. I think he is a great asset to your company and a very honest and hard working man. My attic was small and very hot and he worked up there until the job was compete. I m very satisfied with the job he did.

I've been an Oliver customer for over 20 years. They provide outstanding service, with extremely courteous and competent technicians. I recently had a problem with my heater that was difficult to fix - they spent endless hours getting it fixed, coming to my house at nights and weekends to get the problem solved. They are among the best home service company that I used. I have no hesitation in recommending them extremely highly.

I wish I would have done more investigation on choosing a plumber. While the plumber from Oliver showed up and did the job they were hired to do, it was honestly the most expensive plumbing job I have experienced over a simple drain leak. Prior to them coming to assess my situation, I send them pictures of the problem, for which I had already diagnosed the issue. The still charged me $85 for an Analysis Fee and $93 for a Plumbing Inspection , before ever doing any work. So, $178 BEFORE doing anything. These charges DO NOT get applied to the cost of the repairs and Oliver does not make these charges very clear in advance of customers deciding to use their services. Adding to this, the initial estimate was for a 5 hour plumbing fix. It only took them 2 1/2 hours. But they still charged me for the original, full 5 hour estimated cost. Call a few other plumbers before choosing this company and BUYER BEWARE!

UPDATE - I was pleased that Oliver Plumbing reached out to resolve my concerns noted about. That speaks to the credibility of the organization. Scott was very professional and effectively worked to find an amicable resolution to my initial concerns. Thank you.

Oliver was terrific! Our water heater leaked on Sunday late afternoon during holiday weekend. Oliver was out immediately and completed the replacement as soon as possible. I was amazed that they would do that on a holiday - at no extra charge. Excellent service, at a very fair price.

Waited all morning for a salesmen to show for an 10 am appointment. At 1050 am decided to call and check on status to find out that Shiann had not scheduled the appointment. Was a customer for 15 plus years but don't think much longer. Follow up if appointment are made with Oliver

Worst company and products. Bought a top of the line Lennox Heater and AC from them installed. 6 months later heat goes out, they send a guy to fix it. After a couple of trips he gets it running again saying condensation shorted something out from their faulty install. Fast forward a couple months later during routine service, open up the unit and it s entirely rusted out because previous guy didn t fix it correctly. The solution? Scrub some (not all) of rust off and more or less tell me to pound sand, and enjoy my rusted state of the art system. Fast forward again, and my high tech thermostat that doesn t take a simple battery is dead (not a breaker) and my house has no heat in 20 degree weather...again. Freezing as I type this. Don t buy anything from this company.

Ron, has been a technician at my house a few times. He is always professional and courteous. Christina was the customer service representative I spoke with. She was very helpful in answering my questions and getting my appointment for the maintenance for the heaters.

From the front office and sales office, to the technicians who came to install my new heater / ac unit , everyone was friendly and provided service above and beyond what I expected. Very happy with the people and the product.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced after 27 years. I had used Oliver in the past to install hot water heater and garbage disposal as well as using them for the annual maintenance on my old HVAC System so they were in contention to install the new one. I was very happy with hammering out the details of the contract and they were very interested in retaining my business. After deciding to use Oliver to do the installation I can honestly say the experience was excellent. Ron, Dave and Brian, the installation techs, were professional and friendly and answered every question I had. I felt comfortable having them In my home when I was home by myself. They protected my hard wood floors and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Kudos.

Oliver was at our home this week for a central AC system install, and I appreciated the attention to detail and quality throughout. The install team (led by Scott Kay and Joe Pace) stayed in regular communication with me such that my preferences could be incorporated and the layout was clear. George Stiles was very helpful on the sales side to explain and help develop the best system for our home. We are very much looking forward to enjoying our new system after 20 years in our 1955 home. I have had a maintenance agreement for a few years now. Response is very quick on the occasions I have needed service. The agreement has saved me a thousand dollars plus in repairs. the technicians are always pleasant and explain what has been done.

Technician took his time to explain the operation of my thermostat. When he was leaving he said he had a slight odor of gas toward the ceiling in the basement not related to the heater. He suggested I call PECO.

PECO arrived and told me that I had 3 leaks where the joints met not a cracked pipe, etc. He was able to correct it.

Pointed out a few real safety issues (no CO detector- mine broke last year and I forgot about it). No up sell; just informed review of concerns, priority level and options with offer to provide quotes when I was ready. Thorough and honest work- much appreciated!

We've used Oliver HVAC and related services for 17 years. Professional, punctual, reliable, and never try to oversell the unnecessary. Not the cheapest, just the best, and they stand behind their work.

Tan and his colleague showed up early in the window predicted, quickly identified the multiple issues with our AC, and put in a temporary filter and other parts that got the AC working again. They offered a range of options to choose from and left us blissfully cool after several days when things were not working!

On time, polite, and thorough. Cannot ask for anything more.

Told me there would be a $89 service fee and then when the tech showed up said it was an additional $105 diagnostic fee. At that point I loose $89 if I tell him to go away so I go ahead...

What a mistake because the tech was on the phone with someone else the whole time. Couldn t figure out the issue but still had the balls to recommend/push $800 duct cleaning to fix a problem that he didn t even know.

This company just wants to take as much money from you as they can and don t care if they fix your problem. Stay away.

On Friday May 31st I had a cooling tune-up on 2 units in my home in Margate, NJ. Hal, the technician did a thorough comprehensive job. He was professional and respectful to our home.

The same day Tom, a plumber from Oliver repaired a broken pipe in our outdoor shower. He was on-time, professional and in and out in less than an hour.

I'd highly recommend Oliver to my friends and family. Nice work Oliver Team!

had a non-working a/c - called and a repair person was there within 2 hours. Friendly, clean, neat and experienced - able to detect and fix the issue timely. Excellent response and service!

Very conscientious, very professional, very quality-oriented. They are an amazing company. We had a boiler installed by them, and were really impressed with the technicians who did the work, very trustworthy and knowledgeable. They also coordinated the gas-meter installation, etc in such a way that lead from no heat to heat in less than two days.
Definitely recommend, probably the best HVAC company in the Delco area.

we noticed a problem with the Air conditioning mid afternoon, called for service and had a technician a couple of hours. (on one of the hottest days of the year so far). Fast, professional service, he explained what the problem and got right to fixing it. Oliver is always like this, and this is why we have been a customer for years.

Oliver was very respectful of my property and current covid conditions. He always wore his mask and gloves. Was efficient in replacing the gas valve and also completing the A/C maintenance check. He kept me informed of what he was doing and then gave me a final report

Stay away if you want a reasonable price plumber to do the work for you! I was charged $89 for just let the technician coming out and take a look why the water heater is leaking for my parent's house. We agreed. He then found out that he only need to replace the water valve for $90 to solve the problem which is totally fine. But then he keeps saying that we need to do a maintain for a water heater once a year ( which is not truth after I google it), if not then the water heater can not last longer...blah blah blah.. it is obvious that my parent will never know whatever he said is truth or not so they said okay go ahead to do it. This maintain work cost us $350 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!! a brand new water heater is only range from $500 to $1500 and if i need to spend $350 every year for a maintain work, why didn't I just replace a new one every 5 years or even sooner? I called this technician to stop right away but he said he already started, then I have to call manager to stop what he is doing. Manager did give me a nice attitude by offering me the total of $350 for replacing the water valve, coming up to look at the water heater and the maintenance work . However, I can not refused because the manager said he is already in the process and can not stop. I have to accept it but I am writing to let people know that the water heater does not really need to do any maintenance every year, you can do it but it really won't matter that much! and this place is charging too much than outside. If you have too much money, then this business is good for you because it's a quite big company which provides good services and well trained technician, but if you only looking to spend on a reasonable price. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

very disappointed in all aspects,been a customer since the 90's called yesterday morning for a 12/5 window,shows up at 8,leaves in 1 hour i paid $89 no parts on board to fix,tech said i would have a priority call in the morning today and it will cost me $150 per hour and there is a problem of fuse blowing in component board in furnace,9:08 now in the am of Saturday probably why i'll be paying for weekend rates which is bs because no parts to fix a infinity unit you supplied and installed..Really not happy,no call to let us know status or time, Really bad!!!
I may just be leaving you guys because as you have gotten bigger,you have lost touch with people who have been clients for over 25 years..
I know that its not your fault when a unit fails,however I can tell you as I to am in the Contracting/Remodeling business for the past 25-30 years,I would never leave my customers hanging with out a courteous call or status report. Rjh

Great experience from start to finish. My 27-year-old HVAC system died. When I called Oliver Heating on a Sunday, a live person answered the phone! My appointment was scheduled quickly. The sales rep was professional, informative and friendly. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up as if they were never there. Very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them!

Our bathroom sink was clogged up. I called Oliver and they sent Joe over within a couple of hours. I am really glad that Joe was able to solve the problem quickly.
