We had a new system installed in March of 2017. It is working well except I have just noticed today that no 15" X 20" filter was included! Why? I was not notified about this and have added this filter myself.
Sandy and Jacob were excellent to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Oliver to friends and family.
My HVAC system stopped working and needed to be replaced. Oliver responded quickly, during a very hot and busy time for air conditioner repair. Ron and Brian replaced my old system with a brand new Trane system in a few hours. My home is cooling as I write this post. I strongly recommend Oliver for all HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.
Service was prompt. However it charged lot of more than others. I have one capacitor went bad, it costs 300+ by this guy.
Inspection was quick and informative. Not sure if worth the money though.

Running late because of heavy thunderstorms, Gene called to let me know he was delayed. After arriving and getting information about what done and observed, he quickly announced that he knew what the problem was and replaced the condenser. The A/C was up and running and I am grateful to have it working during a very hot and humid July week.
Michael came to unclog a drain. He quickly identified the problem, and took care of it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and advised me on how to handle the problem by myself next time. He cleaned the area well before he left. I would recommend Michael to others with plumbing issues.
