We had nice time on our trolley rides. we picked the all day pass where you can get on and off. enjoyed market square. The drivers seemed very knowledgeable about the history of Savannah. We had 4 different characters get on our trolley and act like someone from the past. We loved Savannah and will be back!

Several brochures advertising this company stated FREE PARKING! on a first come, first serve basis. There were no stipulations or "fine print." However, when my wife and I arrived to park there and walk the city (not realizing initially that it was a tour trolley business), some college age guy with wooden frame glasses rudely told us we couldn't park there if we weren't going to use their trolley. I showed him the brochure and informed him that their own advertising said free parking, and never mentioned anything about needing to purchase a tour package. He then got nasty, and said "yeah, well this is private property." I then informed him that they were using false and misleading advertising in their brochures and he told me that if I had a problem, to call the company number. We left, and spent our money on a parking garage, which was a much better investment than buying a tour from this company.

I enjoyed this tour so very much. My aunt and I purchased the hop on and off tour so we ended up with three different drivers. Everyone had their own unique way of sharing the history of the city, but still provided us with history. I don t remember all of their names but they were all great! Arthur was hilarious and very informative. Great driving; I learned so much on this tour we viewed the beautiful Savannah.

Boo Y'all Tour was funnier than I expected.
I thought it would be a bunch of lame joke and puns but Jerod, our comedian, really had his set together and delivered a very entertaining show. Dont go on this expecting ghost stories. This is a stand up comedy show on a trolley. BYOB

Okay, Tammy with a T is truly awesome! My family and I took this trolley ride because my grandmother who is 90 years old and uses a waker was not fully able to walk around Savanah. So this option was by far the best. They assisted us getting her on the trolley ensured she was able to see and comfortable. Tammy was awesome she cracked jokes and made the trip awesome. The whole staff really was great. I got to know so much more about Savanah that I never would have known. The guides they hand you are great but having someone really tell you about it is even better. They even had characters who got on and told you some history at some of the stops! Definitely will be using them on our return trips!

All aspects of this tour company are very professional. From the pick up / drop off to your hotel, nice shuttle buses and talented performers. Our guide Olivia, aka Nurse Nancy was fabulous. She should hire an agent and audition on Broadway. Nurse Nancy, Doc and all the performers were great.

This tour gave us a very good overview of the city of Savannah. It allowed us to learn the city layout so we could go back later on our own and visit spots we were especially interested in.

Our driver was knowledgable and informative and the costumed characters that boarded the bus periodically and gave their "personal" stories, added a fun twist to the tour.

I would definitely recommended Old Savannah Tours to folks visiting Savannah.

Loved this tour! The hop on/off was so convenient and our guide was amazing! Papa Jack was so entertaining I actually didn t want to hop off! A great way to see the many sites Savannah has to offer and the actors who popped on the trolley from time to time gave it some good flare. Will definitely recommend!

We just took the 90 minute Historic Savannah tour. Both fun and informative. Dick was our guide and knew so much about the city and its history. He entertained us with stories from his childhood and present day. Highly recommend!

Pricey but loved the experiences of hopping on and off the trolley as we explored different parts of Savannah and was able to eat at a chosen location. The tour guides are great and show a true love of the city they live in.

Just got off of the tour. Started out pretty badly. Tammy was very informative about the area bars and her daughter, but not so much on the history of Savannah. Changed to Brenda's trolley and it only got worse. She was rude, complained about her fellow employees and had a bit of a road rage episode! Thank goodness we got off her trolley and got on with Gertrude and Pearl. What a huge difference! People do make a difference. You could tell Gertrude really loved Savannah and wanted to share that with others. Thank you, Gertrude and Pearl for saving the day on our experience.

The best $32 on and off tour. Our tour guide was A...

The best $32 on and off tour. Our tour guide was Angel. If you can get her for the round trip tour she is the funniest and the best. I suggest taking the whole round trip tour once (about 1-1/2 hours) and listen to all the history and get your bearings then ride around and hop off at one of their 16 stops close to the places you would like to visit. The tour stops running at 5pm so be sure to be waiting at one of the stops to catch a ride home. We got hung out after 5pm in the rain and decided to catch the free public bus. We waited for over an hour and never saw one of those. We ended up having to walk forever in the rain so catch that tour bus!!

We also took the Old Savannah Ghost Tour at 8:45pm. It takes you around and tells you the haunted history of Savannah. This would be fun for kids over the age of 10 as some of the tales are a bit gruesome but not too scary. You get to ghost hunt in the Sorrel-Weed House. In the basement I could see orbs floating around through my camera lens but couldn't capture any in photos. There were others that captured alot of orbs in photos. Apparently I didn't have my camera set correctly for this. I suggest trying to capture some through video which I did not do. At different times throughout the riding tour characters dressed in period clothing come onto the bus and tell about their stories at different supposedly haunted places. If I remember correctly the price was $31. I was well entertained. The posted photos are from the ghost tour.

For $50 you can do all of the above ghost tour with dinner added at The Pirate's House and ghost hunt in the basement. I believe the basement is only accessible with the ghost tour. They say this is the most haunted place in Savannah. I don't know as we only did the $31 tour.

Horrible. Zero organization. When we first arrived, we stood around outside waiting for one of the three children running the place to figure out who was going to take us inside and sell us passes. Once we purchased our $$$ hop on-hop off passes, we went outside to wait for the tour bus. Two tour buses came into the lot (which we discovered is actually the second stop), one was almost full so they could only take four people from this growing group of us milling around in the parking lot. Who knows who actually got there first and who had just arrived. The kids running the show didn't keep us updated on anything, just walked around like they were waiting for someone to tell them what to do. I started asking questions because I became concerned that they had very few buses. One of the kids told me that the buses run every 5-10 minutes on the route. Once our bus finally arrived, there was no organization in loading. The tour guide/driver was very good, a guy from New England. Very knowledgeable and fun. We got off the bus halfway into the tour to look around, and eventually went to the next bus stop to hop back on. And there we waited And waited. And waited. 25 minutes later, we decided to walk to the next bus stop, and saw a long line of people waiting to get on the bus. We hung around for a while, no bus. We were near the river, so walked down there for about 15 minutes. Came back to the bus stop, we had missed it. We walked back to the previous bus stop, hoping to catch another bus, but a pedal bar operator there said we just missed it too. At this point, we are hot, tired, and frustrated that we are chasing buses. I called the 800 number customer support, and the woman I spoke with sensed my frustration and said she would happily refund my money and asked if I wanted a shuttle to take us back to our car. She claimed there are over 20 buses on the route and that buses run every 20 minutes. There's no way. Today, a week later, I still have yet to receive my refund. Old Savannah Tours is fly by night, and I would never recommend them in a million years. If you visit Savannah, you are better off going with Old Town Trolley Tours. They're right across the street, have WAY more buses, and are less expensive.

Wonderful overview tour of Savannah, a must-do if you are 1st-time visitors, like we are! Our guide/driver was outstanding, so knowledgeable and friendly. We really felt like we got great insights on the city, its history and culture, all while seeing lots of the most famous sights. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the overview tour (90 minutes) . The driver was knowledgeable, personable and funny - it was evident that she knew history and interesting tidbits about Savannah. Wish they would have had more than the 2 characters that gave talks. Was told at the information center to just do the overview tour and then you can ride the DOT bus for free and stop where you want to see things. Very good way to get around.

Took a tour yesterday 9/20 at 11 am. We had a beautiful lady in period costume conduct our tour. I had heard the bus drivers do the tours, so we were impressed with this theatrical upgrade. Our tour guide was amazing and we did not get off the bus until stop 13 of 16 because we did not want to leave her. Between her, and our great bus driver, we had the best city tour ever. Our guide and the impromptu characters that boarded our bus were great. But the guide and her delivery of the history was perfect. We felt lucky to have her. Will recommend your tour company.

We did both the day tour and the night haunt tours and had a great time. Our guides were funny and very knowledgable with lots of extra info. It was very hot during our historic day tour but it was worth the sweat. I would highly recommend it. The night haunt your picked us up at our hotel around 845 pm. Our guide, Ms. J or Jasmine (the one with the voodoo stick) was fabulously entertaining and informative. She was a delight and interacted with all of the tourists. The Pirate House and The Sorrell-Weed house experiences were fun. Kind of spooky but a great family night. Again, lots of fun and information. Thanks Ms. I for great family memories.

The bus quickly became overcrowded causing it to be extremely hot. Most of the ride I felt no wind to cool off with because of the people. Also many of the characters did not show up for us to here their stories.

Waited for 45 min to be picked up and watched the Old Town tours pick up people about every 5 min. Do not recommend at all!!!!! They recommended to purchase the on/off and told us someone at stop every 20 min. Not true!!!!!!!
I then returned to office to jist let them know about the time delay. The staff was rude and accused me of just wanting a refund! I work in healthcare and take customer service very serious. Did not appreciate being accused of wanting money back! I walked out of office so that their rudeness would not ruin my Savannah experience!
