To solve Ola driver partners problem this is mini office you can solve any problem except problem of if you are black listed you have to visit chakala office
Poor treatment and no respect to the visitors at all and this happened during all the visits. If you are expecting your partners to provide better experience to the passengers why are you not realizing partners are your immediate customers who are the faces of your business and treat them well the way you want them to carry forward the experience back to the passengers. Better run past your training videos how to receive passengers internally and exhibit the same. Parking space is another concern.

Lately Ola Cab' s service has deteriorated. It is very, difficult to book a sharing cab, whether it's regular or express booking. Even when booking express and being at the pickup point before time, the driver skips pickup. Citing a few examples of several instances, My 40 minutes got wasted waiting for can, who went past my stop and did not return despite assuring me on the phone that he was coming to the pickup point. In another case, almost 30 minutes got wasted in the process of picking up 2 co-passengers in a regular sharing Ola Cab. I have once again started relying on autorickshas . Also couldn't reach customer care due to long call holdovers. Unreliable and Highly dissappointing Ola Cab!
Infrastructure is just bad. A mutton shop is bigger than this. It is very crowded place. Staff are too lazy. They take 3-4 hours for 5-10 minutes of work.
Me and my father have paid a visit to your Ola Office at Thane (old passport office). As I want to put two of my Vehicles i.e. Xcent and Indica in OlaCabs, whereas my Indica is currently running on Uber and I have booked brand new Xcent and willing to work with OlaCabs.
As the guy over there named Sachin guided us very well. He told us to come day after tomorrow i.e 27th Jan morning because of 26th Jan (Republic Day). And what documents we needed, he guided us in very proper manner. Then Mr. Sachin went inside of his office.
After that my Father wants to discuss few things with Mr. Sachin but a Security person named Vinod Kadam with very disrespectful manner said "What do u want? Tell me Im listening. Come tomorrow" etc despite he don't even know that tomorrow is day off (Republic Day). And even came outside of Office and continue arguing with us. My Father asked him "what's ur name?" He replied aggressively "Vinod Kadam". And if possible he could have attempt Physical assault like pushing or so on.
Such type of person have a damaging effect on the working environment. Reputed Company like Ola can't allow this type of behavior to go unchallenged. You have a very clear policy regarding your Customer support. It states that any employee making any comments or statements to anyone that are considered to be disrespectful will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including possible termination. And I don't want that Guy to be terminated but please take some action on him and teach him how to treat with Customers who want their Vehicle to be in OlaCabs.
It is essential to warn the person about the possible further action that may be taken if they persist in behaving in an unacceptable manner. There are various possibilities depending on the nature and extent of the behaviour in question.
First, it is my expectation that Ola will focus on becoming a more professional team player. This means treating all you come into contact with at work in a helpful and courteous manner. Second, Ola must present any justified criticisms or comments in a sensitive, courteous, and respectful manner. You should also refrain from non-productive, negative body language.
I expect you to adhere to these requirements of behavior and performance. I have confidence that you can meet these expectations and take disciplinary actions regarding said issues.
P.S. I have mailed Ola guys on their General e-mail Id. Let's see what they reply on this issue and what action they will take.
I visited Ola Thane office Thursday @ 5:10 PM. When I enquired about office working hours they said its 9:30 to 06:30 PM. but when I visit Ola Thane office Security person named Vinod Kadam with very disrespectful manner said "What do u want? Tell me Im listening. Come tomorrow..today information hours are finished. I don't know who said to you that enquiry can be done till 06:30 PM. I am very much dissapointed. I thought Ola is very good corporate company. After this all I called customer service they also saying this call center for Ola customer care purpose only not for business enquiry. We can't take any complaints against that man and even if we take it will solve internally. Dear Ola please teach your staff how to talk with customers.
Such a small and tiny office that people are forced to stay outside. Waiting area is just way too small. And staff and security are mostly rude all the time.. they won't tell you all the required documents at once. They will make you run again and again. Uber is way better
Very poor ...very bad service. .no one should use it all. They are just claiming for hygeine and safe travelling .but as such nothing is there ..driver drops you in the middle of any road saying he doesn't know the address ..they spit not wearing the mask many such issues...if you have already paid the cash then too you will be harrassed by so many mails for payment...very very bad and disgusting service...rather opt for local service... I wish I could give 0 ratings they don't deserve it at all
It was pretty bad experience with a previous outstation ride. Driver was absolute impolite, firstly he asked us to cancel booking and in return he will take us on ride in same fare by deducting 150 Rs. which was the deduction charges. we didn't went for private then he started abusing us. he was claiming we have booked for 12 hours 90 km only, when we called customer care and talked to them he used bad words there and said in my system its 12 hours only. how is it possible ? he was claiming i got a ride order which was "12 hours 90km" and being a ola regular customer we know its "12 hour 180 km and 24 hours 250km" then he created a mess when we had a 2 drops in city, he asked us to pay 900 rupees etc. when we called customer care again on same issue he abused female partner of mine as well. It was absolute pathetic condition we have faced and we have not felts its value for money. we are asking for refund after this incident.

I have been waiting for more than 2 hours for a ola cab to arrive. Booked 3 cabs back after back and this guys keep cancelling your trip. Drivers say they don't know to use location and we have to arrive to their location. Not recommended, always doesn't pick up. They charge you cancellation? No open ola Thane office... It's big problem. My gadi is already attached in ola but no active driver id. So I am not logged Ola account... And I am calling 15 more time Ola officers but no response any one..

One of the major Ola offices in Mumbai which caters to ola partners from Thane and regoin around Thane. No parking space for ola partners visiting this office. Partners can't even park their vehicles along the sidelines of adjacent road.
