Don't try to be Uber they are way much ahead of you in developing their systems to operate such a big business so smoothly, unlike you running the business in a cheap way.
New Zealand people this is alert, Ola partners in India have gone bankrupt because of Mr. Bhavesh Agarwal poor strategy and they gonna play the same dirty game with you also. Stay away from their marketing gimmicks.
Worst service provider ever seen. I'm a ola partner. Their partner care numbers are never reachable. Even If we reach till them they dont have answers for the queries.
22 to 27th October 2018 there was strike declared by Ola drivers n partners. Few cabs who are running ola as their bread n butter cannot survive without driving and I was one of them, honestly n genuinely doing business. Still they have deducted money for 24th October Rs. 1432 saying there was a fraud booking done but they don't give any clarification about the booking, one needs to drive for almost 12-14 hours to earn that much incentive and these guys deduct that amount without any clarification, when called up customer care they say they don't have any information about they and ask to visit ola office when we visit and wait there for almost 2-3 hours in queue to get our turn and then they say they also don't have any information about this, and asks to send mail on customer care, that email no one ever replies even after 10 reminders. Poor drivers have to loose money because of such bloody people.
Worst management n worst systems and worst work culture ever seen.
Their balance sheets are going negative no income even after so much funding, I'm sure the funding partners also won't stay long, if books gonna reflect negative like this that too after such a long stinct in the market, that day is not far when they will wind up operations here in India.
Hope some sensible person in Ola management reads this and takes appropriate measures to solve the issue.
Don't consider that as 1 star,
