So I ve had horrible experiences with most of the Reps at Okinus but Keisha Wingate gave superb customer service. I was confused about how a payment was supposed to go and she delivered the best customer since the 3 years I ve been dealing with them!! Baby didn t get nasty or disrespectful... some of those reps need to be like Keisha and listen to the customer and do what needs to be done to keep customers coming back!!!

Ruben Martinez was very very helpful to me today! Someone had given me a call and I was unable to answer due to being at work and he emailed me. Throughout the email he helped me get everything organized and ready to go! He even was really patient in waiting till I was able to answer the phone and able to adjust my payment method. I really appreciate him being available to help me get everything set up and ready to go in a timely and patient manor, thank you so much Ruben!
I'm a business owner using Okinus, very disappointed with the run around they are giving me. I Have 3 unpaid invoices, nobody to talk to, when they Legal Department , Mr. comes to the phone, all he does is offer me some fake hope with some fake ACH payment. No other choices than to file a report with the BBB and ask my attorney for representation. Hopefully, that will help
I had my account with them for 11 months. They don't report on time. They even removed the account off my credit and it dropped my score down 57 points. I wish I paid them out in Jan when I had the chance. I been getting the run around for months now! Customer service is not that good. Kids crying in the background, phones going in and out! If they not gone report my payments then stop taking my payments out my account. Thanks
this place is a JOKE. They dont tell you up front about making you pay double for what you get from them ,and when you confront them they love to hang up on you so they dont have to deal with you. Trust me they SUCK!
Horrible! I went to pay off my account and suddenly it is not found, but my monthly payments are still coming out? What a load of junk AVOID this company!

After calling over many times all morning and no one seem to understand nor help me out and had me on hold and just kept disconnecting , just wanted to appreciate Cecilia Bradely for taking her time and having much patients to explained everything and was able to help me out on my payment arrangements and dates thank you so much for your great customer service.
After reading the reviews, I am glad I was denied. The site says No Credit Check 2 Year Financing with 90 Days No Interest ONLY JOB & CHECKING ACCOUNT REQUIRED. I applied and they denied me. Obviously if I have to use this service my credit can't be that good. So, I call Okinus and ask the rep how could I be denied if there were no credit checks because clearly my letter stated I was rejected due to a consumer reporting agency. Guess what ladies and gentlemen? The rep said Okinu states you don't need credit to get approved. Semantics! That let me know they were not on the up & up. Thanks Okinus for saving me a headache. I only needed 90 days but after reading the reviews I will save 2 checks get my furniture & keep it moving...

I did their 90 days same as cash and we had a small hiccup there toward the end of the lease but with the help of my representative (Lashonta Watkins) everything worked out well... she was a great help and very pleasant to speak with... This was our second time purchasing from this company and our first experience was good but this one was great!! Our representative was very knowledgeable, always got back to us within an hour or two, and sometimes even faster. Kimberly was so understanding to our circumstances and was always there to help when we needed her. Please do not use this company. This company is nothing but low class scam artist. I opt int the 90 day same as cash option and they only took out the minimum payment. I owed $132.00 and my regular payment is $108.00 SO why in the he** I would not pay the extra $20 something bucks to pay it off. Instead it jumps from $132 to $369. They are very uneducated, rude, they run a pi** poor customer service, and a loan shark scam business. People if you need furniture pay cash or put it on lay away if you have to. But whatever you do, do not take a loan out with okinus. They are horrible! If you do business with these clowns, you will be number 24 on the complaints side of the BBB.
Ms.Williams made my experience with Okinus pleasant. She was always helpful, very polite and always got back to me in a timely manner. People like her is hard to come by in today s world, I hope she s appreciated and at times rewarded for her performance at work.

I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service, delivered by Ms. Swengal. Initially when this account was opened the rudeness and misinformation provided to me, left a bad taste in my mouth. However, once my account reached the capable hands of Ms. Swengal, I had been no more issues and nothing less than outstanding customer service and professional, clear and honest communications. She delivered on every aspect of the original contract without any further issues.

This is BY FAR the WORST experience I have EVER had with a Furniture FINANCE company... If you have a PIECE of a brain DO NOT DEAL with this company. They ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to work with their consumers. You will waste your time, Your money and your precious life DEALING WITH OKINUS!!! Run and I mean RUN. Do YOURSELF a favor, SAVE YOUR money and PAY CASH!!! Take my WORD for it!!! My 90 days were up and I had recently switched jobs. I BEGGED them to let me pay off the remaining balance at the 90day point and the balance PLUS any fees, penalties or prorated fees to complete my contract the NEXT WEEK... Yes, the following week from the completion of my 90 days date. Not 2weeks and not even the end of the month. THE NEXT WEEK. THESE IDIOTS refused to work with me and I mean REFUSED. She said "we can extend it 3 days but nothing after that." Ok, who asked for three days? I didn't and last week you told me You couldn't do ANYTHING. SO WHY not work with a customer who's OBVIOUSLY trying to work with you. Here I am trying my hardest to work with them and YES THEY really do their customers like this. Life happens to EVERYONE and for a company to STILL have this mindset and operate like this in 2017 is disheartening... I'm begging you DO NOT SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY WITH OKINUS RUN, put your stuff on Lay a way if you have to... No don't deal here.
An Awful company, dont lease or you will regret it. they charge over 100% interest so in other terms for every dollar you borrow, you owe back 2 dollars and some cents. I have to pay over 2,000 dollars for financing 1k.. and they keep taking the money out of my account up to 10 days earlier than the agreed upon billing date which is costing me more moneu in overdraft fees. The first time I used them, I made about a $1200 purchase and paid it off in 3 months. The second time I sued them, it was considerably more. I ended up going past the 90 days same as cash program and unfortunately ended up paying quite a bit more for the furniture. At every step of the way Okinus folks were extremely easy to deal with and friendly.
Had I known before I had any dealings with this so called company I would have Never! Should have stuck with Progressive Leasing.. Okinus is a threat to your credit!!! Bc Okinus information is incorrect I had to suffer the added charges. Scam and a money hussle!!! Thanks Okinus... My first ever negative review and you Deserve it.. This company should not be operating the way they do.....if you purchase merchandise please read the contract word for word.... be prepared for all the hidden and insane fees that come with their products.....they don't communicate well with their customers about payments you made......also they don't train their customer services representatives how to properly conduct business with their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!trust me this company is frustrating as hell to deal with you will pay 4 times the amount that the merch is worth!!!!!
