My whole experience with Ms. Walden was extravagant. From her friendliness, to her ready to help attitude, to her answering all my questions. She was great! Such a pleasant experience!

Spoke with Jessica Shiver today and she was fantastic with answering my questions and getting my payout payment set up for me! I did the 90 day payout and I had a great experience and got great customer service every time I called in! I ll definitely be using them again. I love Okinus!!

I haven't had the best experiences with this company and would never use them again. I do not reccomend using them. They are not flexible, they don't send out reminders or even receipts for payments that were made. Plus the interest rates are ridiculous. I'm so glad I have paid my lease off so I never have to deal with them again.

I have used Okinus for a while and they are very helpful, accommodating and understanding! Anytime I have questions or an issue, they offer an actionable plan to assist me. Thanks for all you do for customers Okinus!

My experience with your sales representative was great. Jessica was very professional and helpful. Hopefully with her great kindness I will return after my payoff with Okinus. You don't get a great sales person on the phone often. If you don't understand them because of them being soft spoken and asking them to report themselves without getting upset or they may be plain rude. But this was not the case. Thanks for your professionalism.

Payments are extremely high. Before signing your name on their contract, please know it is considered a lease with extra fees and if cost the merchandise is $500 you will be charged double the amount. Buyer please beware.

Customer service representatives Alison was awesome very detailed and friendly. She really defused the situation and explained to me what was going on. So these stars are for ALISON not Okinus. But as far as the company Okinus will never use them again. Horrible!!!! Payoff amount kept increasing. I have several emails in one day to prove it. Was threatening with legal action even when I was under contract because I wouldn't pay off my contract before my 24 months. I have emails to prove that as well. Never ever will I use them again. Alison's was definitely the allstar her. Thanks a bunch Alison.

Worst company to work with they don t even bother to send you a receipt of each payment your doing and every time the amount of the the lease is doubling up. They don t even bother to inform you wants going on with your account. I will not recommend this company and I will not be using in the futures

I'm a brand new customer and I have had nothing but great service. The retailer I bought from was so unorganized and apparently only had 1 delivery person. It was hell to get our furniture and when we did, we had to return a piece of a sectional bc it was too big and they gave us the wrong dimensions. Anyway, we had so many problems with them that when it came time to draft the contract they were only willing to credit us a certain amount. Okinus also thought the amount was low and credited us even more. They have been so great to us and working around our payment schedule. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Their credit reporting on my account was for an amount over twice what I was to pay in 90 days. In months, they reported only one payment. We are now nearing 2 months since I paid this off, and I have not received an email, a letter, anything stating my account is paid in full. The balance on my credit report is still as it was on two months ago.

When I log into my account, there are now no active accounts... no payment records, anything. I guess when you pay it off they just delete everything from your account and call it done. This is a really horribly run company.

Also, if I had not done the math, paid the payments they had scheduled for me, I could have been paying on a couch indefinitely. They payments they schedule will in no way pay off the furniture in under the 90 days same as cash, and the agreement will become a rental after that point.

I have been a customer of Okinus off and on for about 6 years. Pro's: Okinus is reliable and consistent. Their approval process is easy and accessible. Con's: I would highly recommend paying off your account within the 90 day "same as cash" period, or be subject to large interest. I wish they were more reputable in regards to reporting to credit bureaus.

The customer service representatives were very rude. Also they are not consistent with your account balance. There is hardly any way to track what you've paid and when you do they dispute it. I would never recommend their services. This is by far the worse experience I've ever had and I hope they are shut down so that they can't rip more people off.

The reason for the four stars is I don't agree with the amount of interest that is added on if a person cannot pay by a certain time it's ridiculous. But as for customer service I called in because I was really confused about the payments and Alexsia Ferrell assisted me very timely and proficient manner. She was considerate and very helpful with my feelings and understanding of what wasn't clear to me. I appreciate her help and she calmed me down. I appreciate her professionalism this will go a long way in her endeavors with helping people. Thank you so much Alexsia!

Scamming....they flip the contract.

I returned a product back to the retailer and okinus never gave me back my money!

I got a call from Martin Lopez inquiring if I received my merchandise bc it's taking longer than expected and he contacted the company for me and got back to me about when I can expect shipment. Great customer service! Very pleased!

Overall I d never purchase from Okinus again being that my total was not what I signed up for I had gotten a lot of back and forth & no confirmation as of to why my amount increased without my knowledge. I had 2 really good reps Kim and RUBEN MARTINEZ they were really nice caring patient and showed a lot of compassion. Having customer service like that would have me call them before leasing or signing any documents because they not only showed me they care for me but my situation as well.

This is great in helping rebuild your credit.They do report. Please get a full understanding of how you want to pay your account they set up once a month or twice a month deduction from your account. My advice is to pay off your bill in 90 days call in a make extra payments (6.95 fee)but it will save you from all that interest. Whatever you do call in to the 800 number ask questions to make sure you have a full understanding.I am retired military the only dumb questions is one not asked. THANKS OKINUS

Would never recommend financing here. My cash payoff was 2,400.00 by 90 days. I was able to pay 2300.00 by the deadline. Since I was short 100.00. I NOW have to pay an additional 4,000.00 on top of what I already paid.(the 2300.00). If you just let that resonate.... If I pay an additional 4000.00, I would have paid a total of 6,400.00 for something that cost 2,400.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paying 6,400.00, I'd expect double the amount of furniture!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT A.K.A THE LEASE AGREEMENT. ANOTHER GREEDY COMPANY TURNING A QUARTER INTO A HUNDRED DOLLARS.
