Great personal service and friendly staff. I bought a used vehicle but encountered an AC issue driving home from the dealership. They had it fixed and back with me in a couple of days. Then 6 weeks later it failed again but they responded, admitted an error in the first fix and repaired it (hopefully permanently!) free of charge.

If you want to be treated right go see Bob Wright at Louisburg Ford you can't go wrong.

Dave Kemp was excellent. He coordinated special requests quickly and made the process very simple.

I got to drive both vehicles, I was provided information about both to compare, Jeff patiently answered my many questions and listened to what I wanted. I was given a great amount for my trade in. Very nice dealership in Louisburg! I've only been to the service department, but they are super helpful, friendly, and fast. Service waiting room is nice with free WiFi and comfortable seats.

I have purchased many trucks, cars in my 70 plus years and have put up with all kinds of car dealerships. Just this year I have purchased a 2016 chev silverado, a 2018 Mazda CX5, a 2013 Tacoma but Louisburg Ford was the best of all three dealerships to deal with. I would like to give a shout out to Brian Parise, Luis Matos, and Brian Vanderpool. Great bunch of guy's, very nice, answered every question without delay, if they knew the answer off the top of their head, if not they were off to get the answer. The vehicle we were driving, we found a nail in the right rear tire, they took the vehicle and fixed the tire while we were signing the papers. Awesome sauce!!! Thanks guy's! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. And their shop is very well maintained, probably one of the nicest shops I have been in.

I simply call him and tell him what I'm looking for and by the next day he will call me back and let me know what my options are. I drive to Louisburg the next day or two and pick up the truck. Exceptional sales and service department, the only thing that makes me sad about this is that this dealer ship does not do Collision work and I had to take my truck to their competitor when it was rear ended.

Bought a Ford Transit. I almost bought a 2019 used in overland Park. Sticker price 33000. At Louisburg a brand new Ford Transit 29500. Not sure how they did it but I am so happy . The sales staff was great and no pressure at all.

Jeff Graham was very easy to deal with and this was the first car I have ever bought over the phone!! When I arrived at the dealership for the test drive, they had already pulled up the SUV, sanitized it and had it ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, it was a easy process to do the paper work. They did a get job of social distancing us by using a big office and separating the chairs far from the desk. When they handed us the pen to sign the contract, they first wiped it with a clorox wipe.

Horrible experience, getting told I need to put 9k down before even running my credit, getting pushed out of the way because they probably knew they were not going to make any money off of me. Low balling me on my trade and not moving off of your truck price even though the tires were almost bald. Its crazy how you would treat someone for their first experience at your dealership was horrible. I will make sure to tell everyone to not go here. Being told I was going to get a call back after running my credit to 4 different lenders then 5 min later being told I was going have to put 9k down and wait till monday. Still have not been called. Dont worry I bought else were.

My F-150 began stalling out on Sunday 9/8. It stalled out twice at 75 MPH on 69 Highway- very dangerous. I called your Service Dept. Monday morning to see if I could get an appointment. Service Advisor Corey Ross said I could bring my truck in the following morning and he would try to fit me in. He did so, and I really appreciated the quick repair on Tuesday because I had agreed to take my son and his family to the airport that same night as they were leaving on vacation. Thank you Corey.

I was very happy at how fast they could get my truck in. The price for a full tune up and oil change was very reasonable. They even found where the terrible squeak was coming from! As a first time customer, I was a little unsure about the customer service when I checked in my truck, do to the employee checking it in not wanting to communicate with me. I called later and talked to someone else and they were very kind and answered all of my questions. The quality of their work is outstanding and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Service Department was great. We will be towing a loaded horse trailer to National Championships in Chicago tomorrow. So of course the fan motor on the climate control burned out last night on my way home from Tractor Supply picking up supplies, UGH!!! Disaster strikes at the worst possible moment. Everyone is on edge and worried about the travel conditions. My wife got up early this am and drove down to Louisburg Ford Service Dept. And of course they are full but when my wife explains the situation and that we are leaving at 2am with horses in tow and a long haul they have her bring it in and figure out the fan motor burned up and they replace it in time to pick up the kids from school. Excellent job. Super helpful in a pinch and reasonably priced. We are forever regulars!!!

Called about getting my transmission rebuilt on my mustang gt and they said they would call me back with an estimate, they never called back... as someone who works at a dealership I'm very disappointed with how they treated me... you'd think with such a popular dealership they'd treat future customers better let alone a lifetime ford buyer

The repair shop is fantastic, the employees are always helpful. The showroom has a different vibe. The sales team will let you walk around and look at cars for ever before you have to ask for help. Not good.
