Jessica was Awesome She made my experience so effortless and easy to understand. Her customer service skills were beyond standard.

I used this company in 2015. I purchased a nice furniture set. I did not go with 90 days same as cash option. I putdown 120 dollars paid off my furniture within 12 months. Whenever I called customer service for anything,they were always nice and willing to help in anyway possible. I would use this company again and would also recommend this company to my family and friends.

We bought a king mattress and cherry wood table September 2014 and both were great still good paid off account February 2015. A year later we are going back. It sucks when you do not have a great experience, even when I fell behind in a payment they were willing to work with us. So far it's not anything to complain about!

Horrible company! It is lease to own, but when I tried to return the furniture they would not come. Now they are reporting on my credit report as late but won't pick up their 'leased' merchandise.

They were very helpful getting my payments back on track.

The reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. Martin, helped me to better understand the terms of my agreement and answered every question I had with patience. I will be using Okinus again for our furniture financing needs.

Horrible company first of all was like everyone else on here trying to do 90 day same as cash just started drafting money out of my account and then my wife passes away and I have to close that account out and I tried locating their number and the number and address I got from my company I bought my furniture from and the address was no good the phone number was no good and next I get notice that they are taking me to court while I never got a notice that a payment didnt go through and had some off the wall address for me not even what I put on my application and have noticed they have reported two different amounts on my credit report as well that I'll
Be disputing too.

Customer service is great--wish I could remember the rep's name who assisted me. Called to inform payment would be a few days late and was provided with another alternative that suited my needs. Not happy with all the fees that are charged, though

Called with the best customer service and was able to pay off my account before I owed over/ high interest rates.

Reps were always helpful, understanding and will to resolve my situation.

This company is a complete scam!!!! They are nefarious and the owners should be charged with fraud and theft. I authorized the company to withdraw the balance from my checking account and close my OKINUS ACCOUNT, they took the funds as scheduled for closing this account then took the complete amount AGAIN the following month. Now they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and have sent my account to collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend them for financing. If my account had not been paid in full in 90 days they were going to charge me 65% in finance charges, which in their figuring would have been well over 100% in finance charges. What a joke. A $2400 loan was going to cost me $6000, plus the payments I'd already made. Very displeased with this company.

I used this company and had an excellent experience. I paid my items off before 6 months, and received my letter of full payment. I would totally use them again.

Please run from this company and the furniture companies that use them. I wish there was a negative star I could give this company. My furniture cost $1500. I paid 650.00 down and was paying the three months same as cash. My last month I had a bad accident and was two days late. These people added an additional 978.00 dollars when I only had $243. left to pay. For being two days late with my last payment they wanted to pay almost one thousand dollars. Please I told them to hold their breath for that one. Run from this company.

Having personnel like Ms. Brown available to help customers in situations which can be stressful is so wonderful for the customer. If I could give her six or seven stars, I would! They have ridiculous surcharges for processing payments. $10 if you don t store card information on file, $6.95 processing fee, on top of a $5 late fee if you call a day late. Keep shopping around. I ve used this company twice, the only thing I disagree with is that they will not extend credit to two people of the same household. My husband applied and was approved but not for the amount we wanted. He used only his income. When I applied they would not extend me credit because we live in the same house. Makes no sense to me. Otherwise I m happy with their service.

1200$ bed turned into 3800$ bed, missed the 90 days. Same as others.
They wouldn't allow me to adjust my payments from the start..(to avoid missing the 90 day same-as-cash). They allow payment date changes for about 40$. I've never missed a payment.
I'll never deal with this company again.
Goto the BBB Site to see how to best deal with Okinus. Because they will ONLY: Give balance,Give "Early pay off" price, Give a bill date change for 40$.
That's literally all they will do. Until you sue them.

This company s customer service is why I have dealt with them for several years. They make any small complaint I may have BIG to them and they handle it accordingly. Very u set standing and helpful. I've been a satisfied customer with Okinus since 2011 up this year 2019. Gallery furniture has second chance credit & payment plans with Okinus. This Company have been good to me from the beginning of 2011to the present. They provide a great customer service to anyone that need help. And they work out solutions for customers to maintain a good credit standing. Today, my representative Maria Eason was outstanding, in assisting me in my account pay-off. Excellent customer service & caring. She answered all my questions and was ready to assist me. Very satisfied customer. I highly recommend the Okinus second chance program to anyone looking to buy and build up credit. Awesome Company! Thank you Okinus!

My experience is not very good. Bought some furniture and was on a lease. They told me to take it to a thrift store and get a receipt for it. We did and now they are calling all the time thing to get money. Does anyone at okinus have any common sense

I've used this company three times already and haven't had any problems as far as payment, the only problem I've had is they lower the amount I'm approved for every time. I always pay off within the 90 days that's the key here, while most feel this company is a rip off that's what all the finance companies do, they want you to go past the 90 days so they can charge you double. I've read all the reviews and it seems as if every person who's had a bad experience has gone pass the 90 days. the customer service has been excellent to me, but everyone has a different experience.

Okinus is quick to give you credit but payments are high. During the pandemic they only want there money they don t care. I paid $3700 on $2000 of furniture and they still want $1800 which is interest. Think before you sign those papers or payout before interest start.

Okinus has been the easiest company to work with. When I needed second chance financing on a large furniture purchase they have helped me build my credit back up. Customer service has been superb so far. Thank you Jackson Wilder for being such a great CSR rep and helping find a solution to my issue. Would recommend this company to anyone else.

I was able to pay off my merchandise within 3 months as stated in my initial lease. Jessica Shiver was my customer rep and she was very polite and extended great customer service care.

Will draft your payment whenever the hell they feel like it and not in regular intervals. They've drafted my payment at least 2 weeks early the past 2 months, and it is destroying me financially.

Cynthia had great customer service and got my matter resolve in a timely manner.
