As I walked into the Miami location I was greeted by William Boffill. Who took the initiative to explain how the dealership worked in simple terms. He took us to the car and had an answer to all the questions asked in regards to the dealer, the vehicle, and most importantly the financial side. I as a professional and customer of OffLeaseOnly I would like to make Mr. Fischer aware of the asset William Boffill is to his business. Very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly a people person who puts the customer as a priority. He is able to adapt and will do anything to help the customer and preserve the professional image OffLeaseOnly has acquired over the past years in the car market.
