This is my favorite location to go to when I'm in need of a used vehicle. All thanks to the great and helpful Darien Alfonzo. He's always very friendly and knows exactly what i need. The cars were nice but the service was horrible!! I am a college student, I arrived at the dealership prepared to purchase a car but I was wrong the guy who "helped" me told me to "go look around, I have a serious buyer to assist" he never asked what I was looking for, how'd I be paying and or financing, or my name to say the least. Anyway when I narrowed down my choices to two cars I went back to the guy that was "helping" me and asked could I test drive one of the cars, mind you plenty of people were test driving cars, but his response was "I can't let you test drive the car because it would put to many miles on it", then he followed it with "only per-approved serious buyers should be test driving" at this point I was utterly disgusted finally he states "come back when your mommy is here to cosign". Needless to say more I felt offended and judged due to me being younger. In essence I will never patronage this establishment if they continue to let rude people assist customers. I doubt the owner will ever see this but I believe in equal opportunity.

My experience with OffLeaseOnly started by emailing back and fourth with one of their Financing Specialist named Glenn who was extremely helpful. I then went to the location with one car set in mind that i really wanted to see and test drive, upon arriving the pointed me to a sales associate named Willy (again awesome service!!). I told him the car i wanted he made me go over to a computer to see the stock # and when he read the cars description he the informed me that the car had been in an accident... just like that the honesty and upfront demeanor was an extremely pleasant surprise and I knew then I was in the right place. Their great business ethics does not stop there. When I then had 2 cars that I wanted to go see, Willy took us (brother, mom and me) over to the parking lot in a golf car, pointed us to where the first car was and let us know where the second was located. He told us to "fell free to open and inspect all the cars" we wanted, he left and let us do our thing, NO sales pitch AT ALL! When I decided to test drive a Mazda6, I had to sign some papers and they let you drive alone for 20 minutes. We all got in the car and I got to fall win love with the car, unfortunately it did have a on a CHECK Engine Light and upon returning to the dealership I told Willy about it and he told me he would put in a report and get back to me Monday with some more information. We left and that was that... so we thought. When we got home my mom realized she had left her wallet in the Mazda6 I had taken for a test drive, we called Willy right away and he told us to come back to look for it and see if it was there. We returned and did not find it in the car, but an employee had returned it to management and there the wallet was. AMAZING! Just great service and honest, responsible people woking there. I had to write this review because often people write the negative but not the positive about a business. Thank you so much to the employee at OffLeaseOnly Miami who found my mom's wallet and returned it!

Dont buy a car from here!! Theres a reason everything on the lot came from an auction. I bought a 2013 f150 and 2 months later I get massive amounts of water in the cab. Truck had been in a serious accident and had front end frame damage. Had to take it to a body shop and have the front fender taken off to seal around the frame of the truck to get the leaking to stop. Whole truck had been painted and multiple fenders were replaced. Carmax wont even buy the truck. Dont get screwed like i did. Cant take the truck back and theres no warranty.. The kicker is i had the ford dealer inspect it before buying and they couldnt find anything wrong..

My husband and I have bought 4 cars from here in the past but this time was different. What use to set them apart from other dealerships was that they didn t hound you for a sale. This time when I went they would not leave us alone, I like to look first then ask questions and I didn t even spend 20 minutes because they would not leave us be. Makes me second guess buying from here in the future.
