I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala from your Lake Worth location and you guys sold me crap. Ive had the car only 3 months. a/c condenser that's leaking...the airbag light recently came on...clips on the front bumper is coming off...and a bullshit extended warranty that I can't use because it doesn't cover ANY OF THE ISSUES THAT THE CAR IS HAVING BECAUSE ITS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION AND ISNT A "BREAK DOWN" Read what I'm saying! I bought the car "AS IS" in working order and for all of these problems to unfold now there is an INTEGRITY issue with your dealership. I will be bringing the car back because selling crap cars to people is unacceptable. Corporate will be hearing about it

we got a good car here but make sure to go through the paperwork at the end slowly and carefully. if you have your own insurance, don't sign any of the additional paperwork! they cost hundreds. we made the mistake of going through the paperwork quickly and signed away almost $5000. now we have to go through an annoying LONG process to cancel all those extra polices:(

If i could leave no stars, i would. I live very far from the location the car was at, and i spent a half a day trying to at least negotiate numbers over the phone, even thou an online credit app was filled and submitted, along with pics of DL and i was never given a call back. The sales man that at some point took my info, never communicated with me after that. Neither did a F&I manager or anyone for that matter. Never doing business with this location, its not just about the car, the customer service is horrible and it drove me away from something i really like.

I was going in as a return customer. Bought 2 vehicles in the past (on the same day) and thought I would try them again for an upgrade .

I am an SUV guy, so wanted to compare a few different vehicles before making a suggestion. What happens, is now they have their SUV's in the front lot. Normally the doors are left open so you can go in and not feel the pressure of sales teams.

Now I have to
1. Go to the Truck
2. Take a picture of an ID number
3. Take the picture inside so that someone can get me a key to open the truck,
4. Repeat for the next truck.

Not my thing, so I went to Car Max and Purchased 2 vehicles there instead. Same cars same price, which I would have bought at Off Lease if they didn't inconvenience their customers

off lease online is one of the best dearlships i have been to their customer service is through the roof. they do everything in their power to help you and keep you happy. Ivis Garcia was my rep and he was so amazing and helpful. if you go ask for him, he is an amazing guy and you wont go wrong with choosing him as your rep.

I've been in a fraud. These people have lied to me after a year of buying my car the paint is completely deterioted I WENT TO THE dealer for help and no one wanted to be responsible for it. An expert told me that they had retouched the painting so that the car could be sold in "good condition" but they had instead done a horrible job. I believe in fact of being illegal it is dishonest for lying to your clients. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS SCAM AND I FEEL HORRIBLE THAT I recommended this to my friends and family. I will do anything I can so that other people don't fall for this trick

The car is under my mother name Norelis Sotolongo and my father went to the dealer and Ray Rodriguez attended him and he told him to take it to any Hyundai Dealer. My father took the car to a Hyundai dealer in 10285 NW 12 th st and in that dealer Fran Who's the expert in charge for car warranty told my father that the car had been retouched and that is the reason the warranty did not cover it. Your dealership did not say anything about this and sold us the car in good condition and apparently everything was good with the car. I called Ray Rodriguez to inform him of what they had told me and to this day he has not called me back

The sales people here aren t real salesman. They have so sense of urgency. I make a appointment show up on time and my sales person with another customer. He was on his phone for 30 mins before I asked him what are we waiting for. He said he was looking for me (lies) They told me they detailed the vehicle I purchased and it had bugs all over the front bumper(lies)The financial person forces you to buy extended warranty. I almost walked out on the sale because I kept saying no over and over again. Only reason for two stars and not one star is because the vehicle I purchase was a great price. Best online. NO CUSTOMER OBSESSION

I met Wilfredo Novoa, my sales guy, over the phone and asked about a vehicle that I said seen on the internet. He snapped pictures of the car to confirm its existence and even pointed out some spots he thought I should know about. I asked about keys, books and tires; he had all those answers for me via photos as well. I drove from Boca Raton to Opa Locka to check out the car and it was represented as described; I drove it, all seemed well so I purchased the vehicle.

Kirk Forney completed my paperwork in the back, enlightened me the options to extend coverages, signed me up and I was on my way.

In an industry that seemingly no one enjoys, I find myself on the opposite end of the spectrum. I know what I want; therefore, I ask about those particular items. If the vehicle goes down the road in a straight line and I like it.............I buy it. Offlease Only Miami is massive, have no doubts about that. Know what you want to see. Check out their website. If it isn't there, give it some time. I suggest Wilfredo as your point of contact based off the thoroughness I received and I think anyone can appreciate that.

I heard about Off lease only from a friend who said you cant beat the prices. My salesperson Wilfredo was helpful and allowed me to quickly see the vehicles I wanted. They even let me test drive the vehicle and let my personal mechanic do an assessment. No haggle policy makes it easy to make a decision whether you want the car or not. Recommend checking the cars out - all are left unlocked on the premises. Also, they encouraged me to view the CarFax to feel comfortable about the vehicle's past.

Thanks to Francisco for all his great consulation and help. His customer support was great. Would recommend him to anyone visiting the place.

My experience was very good! Pedro Salas was an excellent seller, he helped me a lot and explained everything in detail so that I could understand what I was buying. It was my first time buying a car and I did not feel pressured by anyone to choose a car in particular, they let me decide for myself (something that I really appreciate because other dealers are not like that). Tamari was my financier and he helped me choose the package that best suited me and covers what I need. Wilfred was also very gentle and kind! When you are there to buy a car, customer service is ok; go there looking help to filling out GAP form and you will find out their dark side. We went there 3 times to figure out we received the wrong forms and almost we canceled the GAP, following their instructions.
