My experience with OffLeaseOnly started by emailing back and fourth with one of their Financing Specialist named Glenn who was extremely helpful. I then went to the location with one car set in mind that i really wanted to see and test drive, upon arriving the pointed me to a sales associate named Willy (again awesome service!!). I told him the car i wanted he made me go over to a computer to see the stock # and when he read the cars description he the informed me that the car had been in an accident... just like that the honesty and upfront demeanor was an extremely pleasant surprise and I knew then I was in the right place. Their great business ethics does not stop there. When I then had 2 cars that I wanted to go see, Willy took us (brother, mom and me) over to the parking lot in a golf car, pointed us to where the first car was and let us know where the second was located. He told us to "fell free to open and inspect all the cars" we wanted, he left and let us do our thing, NO sales pitch AT ALL! When I decided to test drive a Mazda6, I had to sign some papers and they let you drive alone for 20 minutes. We all got in the car and I got to fall win love with the car, unfortunately it did have a on a CHECK Engine Light and upon returning to the dealership I told Willy about it and he told me he would put in a report and get back to me Monday with some more information. We left and that was that... so we thought. When we got home my mom realized she had left her wallet in the Mazda6 I had taken for a test drive, we called Willy right away and he told us to come back to look for it and see if it was there. We returned and did not find it in the car, but an employee had returned it to management and there the wallet was. AMAZING! Just great service and honest, responsible people woking there. I had to write this review because often people write the negative but not the positive about a business. Thank you so much to the employee at OffLeaseOnly Miami who found my mom's wallet and returned it!
