I was going in as a return customer. Bought 2 vehicles in the past (on the same day) and thought I would try them again for an upgrade .

I am an SUV guy, so wanted to compare a few different vehicles before making a suggestion. What happens, is now they have their SUV's in the front lot. Normally the doors are left open so you can go in and not feel the pressure of sales teams.

Now I have to
1. Go to the Truck
2. Take a picture of an ID number
3. Take the picture inside so that someone can get me a key to open the truck,
4. Repeat for the next truck.

Not my thing, so I went to Car Max and Purchased 2 vehicles there instead. Same cars same price, which I would have bought at Off Lease if they didn't inconvenience their customers
