When you are there to buy a car, customer service is ok; go there looking help to filling out GAP form and you will find out their dark side. We went there 3 times to figure out we received the wrong forms and almost we canceled the GAP, following their instructions.

I called to the above phone number provided and try to explain to the lady pickup my phone call the goal of my review. Finally, we called to GAP support and they processed the requirement. They (GAP) did not covered the total due amount.
