Took a while to get my procedure done. What should have been a quick x-ray turned into a 1+ hour wait in the waiting room. Apparently they needed to enter some code to the system and they struggled to get that code. I feel they may have pushed this off as they dealt with the other patients, since I saw a large number of people go through with their drug tests while I waited. To their credit, though, the MA explained everything to me so I didn't feel like I was being neglected.

The physical distancing in the lobby was good, the staff were friendly, and the blood draw was fine. While I was in the room, a staff member came in briefly, and his mask was just barely grazing the bottom of his nose, so I felt uncomfortable. The following day I developed some mild cold symptoms, and so I went and got a Covid test, which came back negative. But given the realities of the current situation, it would have been nice not to have to worry.

Truly awful. I waited here for 2.5 hours to do a pre-employment drug screen. It took less than 10 minutes of their time but they had me waiting 2.5 HOURS. Uncomfortable chairs, too hot inside, and they had country music playing the whole time. Staff was loud, unprofessional, and clearly overwhelmed (they were friendly to me, though). They said that I could leave while I waited and they'd text me when they were ready for me. After over 2 hours I never got the text, so I went back inside to check and suddenly it would be my turn "next". Even then, several people who arrived after me were called in before me. I think if you're not waiting in the building they push off seeing you until you complain. I can't believe places like this are still operating, this was ridiculous.

A little bit of a wait but not too bad. Needed to get a chest X-ray for work but no symptoms. Due to a vaccine I ve taken as a child, the TB skin test always comes back positive so I need an updated X-Ray from time to time. Still they had to wear a mask while interacting with me. I thought that was unnecessary.

When called for my appointment, she said they weren't busy, but I would have to wait 1 1/2 to 2hrs. I made an appointment for 12p, I was told to be there at 11:30. I was told it would be $59. I showed up at 11:30 & told my appointment was at 1p, but they could get me in early. Then I was told it was $120 or $59 & my medical records would be available to meet employer. Then I wanted till 1:15p. I had to type in my info & medical history in to a computer without a computer pen. It took while for the computer to open the program & it logged out a few times & I had to stand at the counter so the computer could be charging. After I paid $59, waited an hour & half, I was examed. My measurements were good, my blood pressure was good, sight, earring all good. Then the doctor said, I had to get letters from my doctor for my meds & some more tests before he would give me a mental card. I understand new regulations & the feds want healthy safe drivers operating big vehicles on the road. I have been driving professionally for over 15yrs and have earned over 8 yrs safe driving from the national safety counsel. My time is valuable too. I was lied to twice & had to wait over an hour & half & then the refused to give me my medical card not even one for 90 days. Then they refused to give me a refund. So I'm out $59 too. Metro alone has over 5000 drivers that need these cards yearly, every driver I talked refuse to go to concentra unless pulled for a drug test. I won't be going back to concentra, unless I'm pulled for a pee test. When I get my test done, I won't go back to wait for hours even with an appointment. I could of been told earlier I would need letters for my meds. Concentra will always make me come back, they need something more. Concentra lies & cheats & and are thieves. The so called doc was rude & talked down to me. I don't think concentra will be in business long especially with the rude liing staff you employ. Thank you for wasting my time & liing to me & stold my money.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. It's a complete joke. No one could draw my blood on multiple visits and the "doctor" in charge told me he'd give me a blood infection if he tried to draw my blood and sent me to NW Hospital lab. Do not go to this disaster!

I felt uncomfortable throughout my experience. The nurse made comments that were probably meant to be funny but came off as condescending. Both the nurse and a doctor were unable to complete my blood draw; I have small veins, but I have never had a blood draw be unable to be completed before. The receptionist was friendly. I would ultimately recommend going somewhere else. The staff could highly benefit from learning trauma-informed care.

Was Came in the door and meet the very friendly receptionist. She was a delightful woman. I waited for my turn and meet another very nice man . I thought it was so nice . Usually not a very good experience but I will be going here from now on. It was great friendly and positive things to say about the entire staff.

They really seem to want me to succeed, which is nice for my job-required physical, where others seem to be trying to find a reason to disqualify me. This is the staff at the Northgate location specifically, not other locations. Very, very slow. I usually allow 3 hours for a walk-in physical.

Show up at 8am when they open, but even if you're third in line you're still waiting over an hour just to get your employer-issued drug screening. Meanwhile, people that showed up much later than you are mysteriously getting called before you. Front staff are friendly and helpful, but I am not so sure about how the care providers are staffed. It all seems very unprofessional.

This is absolutely one of the worst medical service facilities ever. Misdiagnosis, doublespeak, pretending to fax documents, losing paperwork, delayed or changed appointments without patient consent. They will even pretend to fax and email documents, causing problems with L&I reviews and other issues. Timely, LOL. If they send me a bill, guess what I am going to tell them to do with it....

I arrived at 8:15 am. I requested a tb test and and mmr titer. At 9 am i was finally called back and recieved vaccination mmr and tb. The assistant said that thats what on the paper she recieved? Soooo...this is very negligent service and in the medical field i find this unacceptable. After i completed the paper work no one was around at the counter for sometime so i held onto it until she returned. There were 2 people waiting when i arrived no apology for the long wait time...bad customer service.

We sent our Employee to get a Drug Screening , he arrived at 4:40, they told him to come back tomorrow, they were short handed, new Employees, Manager on Vacation.... could not help. We will not be going back there, and we will let the General Contractor we are working for know, they are not helpful, and do not seem qualified to do the Work.

The receptionists are nice but the 3 times I've had to go here, the doctor was out. The first, I had an appt and was told repeatedly that the doctor was less than 10 mins away. This went on for THREE HOURS until each time I would begin to leave, they would call him again and he would say the same nonsense.

The ONLY reason I've bothered to go back is because my workplace insists upon using their services and sending their employees there. Must be cheap.

They need an honest doctor who actually wants to help people.

This place is bad. Hospital would have been more efficient and better quality. There are sooo many high quality urgent care centers out there, who provide good, quick and efficient care. I only stopped in here because I was in the area and wanted my ankle checked before a race, I was told a 30 minute wait and only 2 people ahead of me. I waited over an hour and was told it could still be another 30 and the staff was rude. People get sent here for work stuff and get bumped ahead of you...so they never really know where you stand in line. Just thankful I didn't try to take my children here. I finally left without being seen and went somewhere else where they could see me in 15 minutes.

Unimpressed. Long, long wait for a less than 5 minute test. Not to mention poor hygiene protocol during the test (having a patient sign and initial things before washing hands & no soap available!).

I ve worked in healthcare and this place needs a lot of improvement with patient flow and hygiene initiatives. I would definitely not recommend this care center.

The only saving grace was the friendly front desk attendant.

Came in for an ankle injury, waited nearly 3 hours...

Came in for an ankle injury, waited nearly 3 hours to be seen with only 4-5 people in waiting room at a time, got surpassed by those who appeared to have occupational injuries that came in after me. once in the room nurse seemed to be training someone, but never introduced or identified themself or the trainee. Barely addressed me directly unless they were reasking a question from one the forms I had just completed that they appeared to be reinputting into their computer system. mostly only spoke about me to trainee while I way in the room.

Only decent care was xray tech, whom was pleasant and helpful. Doctor misdiagnosed me with a broken ankle (this was confirmed as a sprain by the surgeon he recommended me to) called it a "greenstick fracture" (normally a term used for wrist injuries) and told me to take ibuprophen (which you should not do if you have a broken bone as it slows healing).

Tried to fit me for a half boot 4 sizes too large to stabilize injury, I ask for a smaller one and he tries to figure out how it works while fitting me for it, telling me I'm good to go while there are still straps on the table behind him he forgot that I ask for. Half boot fit horribly and did not stabilize the injury causing more pain, but he was out the door before I had even put weight on it (I took it off and left it there in favor of the crutches i had brought with me). Dr. Returned with a CD rom (not kidding) of my xrays, and a hand written name of the surgeon I was going to see.

Is this what malpractice looks like? Never ever going back here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful as it was my first visit here. They got the patients and visitors in and out in a timely manner. I was only waiting about 15 minutes and there were half a dozen people before me so that was pretty fast for a medical facility. If you have to go somewhere for pre employment screen or work related injury process I recommend this location as they were great with everyone who walk through the doors, even people who weren't so pleasant to them.

I guess avoid rush hour times are what the bad reviews say?? That can happen anywhere.
I only waited for 5-10 minutes tops for pre employment UA.
Everyone there was professional and cheery as ever and one of the interns was probably the most fun person I've ran into in a while. I never thought I'd have a good time taking a UA. Hah! Or ever post a review for one... Lol. Thanks!

My employer sent me here for a pre-employment drug screen. I had to wait 45 minutes for a 5 minute process because they call people in the order they arrive. So I got put in the same queue as someone coming for a physical or broken leg. This doesn't seem very efficient. And of course was annoying for me. I didn't have a choice of providers since my employer set it up, but certainly will never choose to use this providor for any medical services in the future.

I had a pre-employment lab test. They told me it will take 30 minutes wait time but it took more than an hour. It was my turn but they let someone else first because he was mad about their latency (without my permission).
The help desk person went to another guy inside the clinic and took his advice! It wasn t fair and will report this to my employer.

Complete discriminatory company. Will discriminate against you based on your BMI body mass index even with no other health issues denying you medical certification for licenses. Do not go if you want to get a CDL driver's license and you have a BMI over 35. Will tell you. Requires you to go get a sleep apnea test but that's not true when you look at the dot website it states that the law was overturned and that is no longer a requirement. But u.s. HealthWorks company has decided to stick with the medical Side of Everything not the law and continues to screw people out of their CDLs. Do not go to u.s. HealthWorks ever.

The people at Concentra are very kind and pleasant. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and I never felt rushed the whole entire time I was there. They were efficient but not at the cost of patient comfort. I noticed that they knew several people by name as they came in, so they are relationship builders as well. I got a notice that I needed a DOL exam, but it was directed to the wrong PO box so I didn't get it for 5 months after it was mailed and that shortened my deadline for getting the exam in. They were able to get me in on the short notice deadline. They're very pleasant about it. the people here were very conscious of social distancing and proper sanitary methods. I'll definitely go back to Concentra!

I've been here for well over an hour just waiting for them to look at my arm and verify I passed a TB test from Friday (which took hours of waiting for a stupid shot.)
This is madness. How is this even remotely acceptable??
Also the FIRST time I was here getting the same test verified they didn't even actually do anything besides look at it and send me off so there was no record that it passed to send to my work and oh my god don't ever come here!!

For the most part it was uneventful, but when I came back to get my TB test read, the check in girl had me fill out the form again, even though I tried to explain that I had been there 2 days prior and my records would be in the system. She couldn't find me in the system. Then another girl asked me why I filled the whole form out again and I told her that the other girl asked me too. I got checked in and was out of there after seeing the nurse. Seems like not everyone in the front had any clue how to check a patient in.

I was there at 8am in the morning 10/4/17 for a walk in. The paper work did take a while for me to fill out since I am first time there, roughly 20-30 minutes. I was expected to wait a little since it's a walk in, if I have an emergency I would of gone to the ER. I was in and out in one hour. Co-pay $20, The staff at front desk was polite and helpful, both the physicians assistant and the doctor were efficient, and compassionate, I really like them. The facility looks clean.

I needed a routine physical for a job that I've had for over a year. I listed the medications I take, which were prescribed by my gp and I've been on for years. I'm very familiar with their side affects and how to manage them.
The Dr looked at my papers and lectured me about the possibility of withdrawal if I missed doses, then wrote on my physical that he required that I have 90 days worth of medication before I could be assigned (I work in remote locations). He didn't ask me how I had managed previously (I could have told him I get my meds shipped to me), he didn't ask how long I'd been managing them. He seemed to think he was doing me a favor and told me he was looking out for my best interests, very condescendingly.
In fact he could have royally screwed me up, since my insurance does not cover 90 day supplies (another thing he didn't ask).
All in all it was a very frustrating experience.
Tl;dr condescending mansplainer knows my body better than me or my regular doctor.
AVOID.

I'm not very fond of US HealthWorks as a company however if you absolutely have to go. This location is probably the one you want to go to.Surprisingly, a pleasant visit this time.i for once didn't leave the place without wanting to break my fist against someone's face. I have to do a routine checkup and drug screen anually and Unfortunately the crummy company I have the pleasure to work for, only pays for it if we go to u.s. HealthWorks . So I have been to my fair share of locations. They are awful places, on par with the rattiest roach motels, but with doctors, nurses and whoever else that graduated from Pima, or vocational schools (earn a degree overnight school)you see advertised on TV in the middle of the night . So far I've been to 1st Ave Seattle ,Denny way Seattle, Tukwika,Kent, federal way and even Redmond, they were all just as terrible as the next. They are rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, incompetent and most of the time I can't understand what they are saying.imagine Broadway Ave transients ,belltown drug addicts , and the insane at harborview during the early morning hours that is what you are surrounded by meaning the clientel and the Staff. Northgate Seattle= this one is by far the best. Please keep in mind, I've given them 3stars only because it's ushealth works. If it were another walk in clinic that would a different story. It sucks that I'm being so bias . But I am and I don't feel bad about it. I am not bitter or passive aggressive. This is simply my opinion . I'm sorry Northgate location but "I hate you us healthworks . " Read the other reviews , they aren't making this stuff up the clinics Are Really that Bad! If I had a choice in the matter I would never ever go to another one of their locations , and reccominding anyone haha are you kidding . Never . It's beyond me how us healthworks stays in business.

The staff was nice and courteous but having to wait almost an hour just to be weighed which took less than 30 seconds, was quite absurd. There needs to be either more staff on-hand and/or prioritize what people are coming in for to expedite them through. I know first come first serve is the norm for most places like this but it would behoove you to consider trying to improve this process to elevate your customer service.

I waited an hour and a half for a routine urine drug test. I was told that staff called out and only one person was working drug tests and physicals. However, when I was finally taken back for my test, the staff member was the same woman whom I had observed chatting with the front desk staff and planning what she would order in for lunch as I sat there and waited. Additionally, my phone was broken at the time and the clinic does not have wifi so I had to sit there for an hour and half with one magazine.

Trust the review and don't ever, for any reason, get in there again.
I wait for 2.5 hr for a 5 mins check up. I checked the review before I went to the clinic and the wait time is farrrrrrrr beyond my expectations.
I can't tell if the doctor is professional but it sure is expensive. Besides the co-pay, I pay almost $100 for that five minutes wound check. Didn't apply anything or took any medication, just checked my wound.
Not to mention it's a very kids unfriendly space, so just don't go there if you have a toddler to take care of.
Overall, if you need a wound check up, find somewhere else, this is not a ideal place.

When I left the clinic I felt like I'd had a great experience--the staff was really friendly and (I thought) efficient. Little did I know that the person handling my case was completely incompetent. I broke my ankle and the assistant didn't know how to fit crutches. He set them two inches too high, which resulted in bruising under my arms. I was also referred to a Hand surgical group and was assured that they didn't just work on hands. False. When I called the clinic to confirm my appointment they informed me that they do NOT do any work on ankles. US Health also did not give me any instructions regarding the care of my ankle which resulted in severe bruising and swelling. I would not recommend that anybody go to this clinic for anything more severe than a cold.

I've had a hand injury I've been having treated here and the staff and Dr's have been very kind. My physical therapist Marie has been wonderful. So knowledgeable! And it's been so great to see my hand improve from the care and assistance I've had at the visits. The receptionist is sometimes less than polite, but I know she has a lot on her plate sometimes. I'm grateful that there are places like this to go to instead of having to go to the hospital for everything.
