Good food as always. Service was excellent. Military/Veteran day for free meal.

Very rich, the bad thing that when you enter you have to choose all the food that you are going to eat and they are serving you, there are waitresses that can bring you your extra portion in case you want more

Okay so I didn t know it was a buffet lmao (even thought it s in the name) My husband was loading up his tray and I seriously had like a kids meal in front of me (trying to be a cheap date) when we go to sit down the gir comes to our table and let s u know if we need anything else she can bring it to us. That s when I put two and two together lol and asked for all kinds of stuff when she came back! They get 5 stars because hello DESSERT Is included!!!

Food is pretty good but portions are a little small. A little pricey for the amount of food you get. Does have free ice cream and cobbler.

I'm so happy they're back to their original recipes the food was delicious although short-staffed but the service was very good we had a really good waitress who didn't mind jumping behind the counter and serving as well I think she's been there for a little while because we've seen her the past few times we've been there I wish I remembered her name she's a Hispanic lady older but very nice and very good service the food everything was delicious but it could be a little warmer and the line definitely need some tithing in up other than that I'm happy that recipes are back to the same because when they change them they were not good at all we even stopped going for about a year so thank you Furr's Cafeteria for bringing the old recipes back

I would have rated this two stars but the service was actually good. Over cooked rice, overly seasoned chicken certainly made my palate unhappy and my stomach looking for more.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. Employees was courtesy, waiting time was excellent, and restaurant was clean

From out of town, visiting this restaurant for the first time. Staff, especially in the serving line, are extremely friendly...great customer service! Went during the slow time of the day, only 3-4 other tables occupied but still the food was fresh and tasty. Not fancy food but still tasty.

The food was meh today. The service on the line moves fast. There was no one serving my table. So i didnt have any one to tip. The drinks fron the fountain were pretty spot on. I will give it another chance it was Sunday and pretty busy. I wish they had more wait staff.

A nice and friendly place to eat. Waitresses are very attentive to you while you eat to make sure you have everything that you need. Food is good but not great. They have a lot of extra choices that most buffets don't have, overall a nice place to eat.

Food wasnt fresh is not really a buffet they charge by plate.

The food had no flavor. The beans looked burned. Pumpking pie was dry. Icea tea was great. Compared to other furrs I have been by far this was the worst.

This is a good place for lunch. The dinner sometimes seems not as fresh, but usually fresh at lunch. They have a good variety of menu items to choose from. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

I eat here more for nostalgic reasons. It's been here my entire life, and I are here with my grandparents. Food is good, but can be cold by the time you get seated.

It was terrible. The food was old and dry, had no flavor. I believe by just looking at the food it had sat out all afternoon in the steam table and dried out. It's for sure we don't be back for a long time. Gave 3 stars but it should be1.

If it is slow they still ought to rotate out food so it is reasonably fresh. Then maybe it wouldn't be slow. In Hobbs right now any place that's decent will be busy at dinner time.

It was okay food was kinda of old looking but it was about 30 minutes befor u closed

Before, during and after my pregnancy I love eating here! All the decisions make me think before I order and I have been slowly losing weight. My son is a Furrs lover as well because he loves the green beans used. They're lightly flavored and not drowning in onions like at other establishments.

I have eaten there my whole life and have always enjoyed their food. The service was better back during the 1960's, but expectations were higher then. Never had a meal that I didn't enjoy at the Furr's in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Furr's Fresh Buffet used to be an awesome place to eat. My family and I ate there today. The fruit salad I ate was 2 pieces of apples and whipped cream(not my ideal of fruit salad). The baked fish was greasy and also tartar sauce was the same. My husband ate pork chops that were so tough he could barely chew them. I don't know what has happened but the food wasn't that great.

For a healthier meal for the price of fast food, this place will do to eat at for lunch in Hobbs NM

They have an amazing selection of food and the prices for the buffet are decently cheap compared to Hometown Buffet.

The only good furr's in the country, I will recommend no others besides this one

It was awful! Their pasta dish was scourched, the peaches we're too hard to bite. The pork chops were very tough and far too salty!! We were terribly disappointed. The ONLY thing enjoyable about the experience was that our server was a real sweet heart, very helpful and eager to please.

Food was terrible. Personal were busy doing their own thing. We won't go back.

It smelled like mildew, food was still cold, and it was just not updated.

It would be nice if they could just make a bake fish without any crust on it is pepperica or baked chicken with the without the skin

It was the worst experience ever!!! The service slacked. The manager was rude and told us we very nasty people. Our chicken was raw and he told us that we were lying. We were treated like we didn't want to pay. The cashier appearance was unacceptable and so was her attitude. Never again!!!

Their food was not fresh at the time so it was discouraging to eat at a known place for good food.

We were visiting from out of town. The food, service and wait staff were really good. The friendliness of the staff, made our meal that much more enjoyable.

Not busy at all but our waitress kept going to the other room and sitting down with another waitress. We had to get up to get anything we needed several times.
