Don t go here if you have high blood pressure. First the reception continued her conversation with another employee for at least 3 minutes while I just stood there, no hello, no I ll be right with, just continuing her conversation while I stood there waiting while she laughed and continued talking. Then you ll be told you ll need to have a follow up with them, that they can t help you.Instead of Urgent Care it should be called, I ll help you when I m done talking care.

Good place to go if you don't have insurance and don't mind a wait.

It's honestly scary how much incorrect test results and wildly incorrect information I was given just in one appointment. The people were nice but it was just scary unreliable.

I had to come here for new hire TB test. I've been waiting - no exaggeration, NOT a figure of speech - AN HOUR AND A HALF ( 90 MINUTES ). It is, by far, the worst " urgent" care experience . There was ONE person ahead of me when I got here. NO walk in urgent patients ahead, no explanation or apology - a lot of attitude. If you need urgent medical care, find a different one. With this one you'll probably not get to see someone before couple of hours. Wish I could give it a zero, because that's what they deserve

I agree with others who said they wish they could give it a zero rating. My son came in to have a very big red bump on his finger evaluated and after examining him the doctor said Well I don t know how to help you ! He was told it wasn t inflamed or swollen ....Hello??? Huge red/purple bump on his finger!?! No care plan, no referral -Do NOT waste your time at this ridiculous fallacy of a medical clinic.

I was sent here for a PPD and while it says on my form and the Internet and their phone message that they are open on Saturday, they aren't. It is 1145am on Feb 20th they are closed. Their door lists only Monday-Friday hours.

I had to come too this urgent care center for a TB shot and I was very pleased with their customer service and the atmosphere was beautiful. The waiting room was very relaxing and they have a Television to watch, so even if you have a little waiting time, it's all worth it. The front desk receptionist were very kind and if I could go here for my primary care, I definitely would. I highly recommend this place if you need to be seen at a Urgent care Clinic..

Do not go here for a drug screening. They lost my test results TWO TIMES. Not only a complete waste of my time on two separate occasions, but I couldn t start my job on time due to this. Extremely unprofessional.

They don t care about you. They think you are lying. They forget to do things. They will make situations worse. Better try a different place

The receptionist was pleasant and professional. And she's a cutie too. If I was 30 years younger, I'd ask her out. The physician who examined me was kind, thorough and encouraging.

Waited 90 mins for a 5 min visit. The staff were nice and helpful once I was seen.

I was very happy with my visit. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line. The assistants were efficient and nice without being over the top. Dr. Koike was awesome, he took his time to explain everything very thoroughly: what he thought was wrong, what exactly that was, and his thought process on how to treat it. I would definitely go back, and I'll recommend them to anyone!
