Excellent service, the food and bar service is the best in santo domingo. I would recommend las cotorras bar and las porches restaurant to anyone visiting the country....the people working there are super friendly. Dont miss out! Ask for Aneuris Perez, Santaigo (restaurant) or Arelis Ulloa (Bar). Enjoy!

Very modern executive junior suite with a great bed, first-class electronics (HDMI connection for TV), USB slots, well-stocked minibar and a phenomenal bathroom.

I especially liked the outdoor pool and the gym. The gym has the most important equipment and a large selection of dumbbells.

There is a mall within walking distance and a pharmacy opposite the hotel. 1a location!

the buffet that they have on Sundays, recommended 100% !!! Excellent food and value for money.

A totally cozy place, first class service and very well maintained structure. I love the lobby for a business meeting and you have right there, at hand, the bar, from where you can have a coffee or a drink.

I was quoted a different price online & when I arrived there, I was told that there was a slight price difference. Since it was late at night & I was tired because of the flight, I didn't bother arguing & just said fine. At the check-out day the total was completely different, up by about 30% of the original quote. The receptionist didn't know what was going on & couldn't help or even understand my simple questions. I asked for somebody who could speak English & the lady who came to help won't understand enough to answer either. At that point I decided to just pay & leave, since it was about an hour at the reception with no solution to the problem. I left very upset because of the discourteous, unprofessional & rude behavior of the staff. A week after I returned home, there was another charge on my card from the hotel & I ended up paying almost double of my original quote price. I called several times to address the issue & even wrote them several e-mails explaining the whole situation but no response or even an apology for their mistakes. No help whatsoever!!

The lobby area was busy & crowded. Food in the breakfast was great & that was probably the only thing I can appreciate about that hotel. I'd recommend considering any other option since, it has been a terrible experience staying with them. For that price, the least I expect is somebody who is willing to explain or at least listen. I never had such experience with other hotels in Santo Domingo. Staying way from them in the future & spreading the word so that people don't waste their money & time.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time, we both enjoyed the services so much, one of the weitress joan vicioso work extremely hard to provide an excellent service, thank you so much we can't wait to go back.

It's a legend of the city. The greens are amazing. The restaurant is good but sometimes particularly on breakfasts the staff is overwhelmed and not effective.

Great hotel. The check-in process was extremely SLOW. However, this seems to be a cultural norm.

What I saw of the hotel seemed fantastic ..... I will try to come to experience the experience of staying and thus give an opinion based.

Fantastic hotel, very nice breakfast outside, where the treatment of the staff is exceptional, highlighting the treatment of Danerbys who is very friendly and Juan de la Rosa who was attentive to all our requests.
I will repeat without a doubt on my next trip to Santo Domingo
