Occidental Royal Hideaway Hotel Review

The hotel has very good facilities. The rooms are spacious and modern. However, the attention of the staff must improve. It took us a long time to check in and the staff were rude and tactless towards us. Miss Carla did not empathize and treated us in very bad ways. There was sarcasm and irony in his words. It was very unpleasant. Also the staff is very slow. It took us over an hour for lunch to be delivered.

Hotel with very spacious rooms. They have all kinds of details in the room. Shower with three positions. Double shower Huge bathtub open to the room. King beds with wonderful cotton sheets and SOFT, steam iron for clothes, amenities of AQUA DI PARMA ...

Beautiful facilities, luxurious, beautiful gardens, impeccable pool area

Very nice and big hotel. Their lobby is just huge!
Rooms are also super nice and comfortable! We had to take a bath with the view!
Also had drink by the pool at night. Very amazing views and at hops here. Beware of expensive drinks though! American prices :(
Territory of the hotel itself is so beautiful that makes you forget you re in the middle of the city. I d definitely stay there again.

They filmed one of the "Godfather" movies here as well as many other films - great rooms.

The hotel is wonderful. Super modern and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast on the terrace was very well attended by Danerbys and Juan de la Rosa and in general by all the hotel staff. The pool is very quiet and pleasant. I will be back!!!!

An excellent space for activities of all kinds wao !!

Hotel is in a good location and has beautiful grounds, with gardens and a great pool area. Breakfast is really good, so good you will probably eat enough and not need eat lunch. The junior suite is nicely appointed with plenty of space for a crib and two adults. The only negative about the hotel is the room service. One day we ordered a sandwich which was very good, next day we ordered the same sandwich and something completely different came, when we called to complain they told us the chef was different which is why there was a different taste. We told them the not only was the taste different but the ingredients were as well, but they stuck to their different chef story.

They are making it beautiful. Go see the remodeled rooms. They are going to make more rooms and reform the lobby this year.

The staff is very friendly. The food, excellent, as well as the place.

I have not had the happiness of being in a stay at the Embajador Hotel, only in social activities. The rooms are very spacious, excellent treatment and fabulous decoration. I hope to spend a vacation and enjoy your environment.
