This hotel was amazing. From the inside to outside. I was there for business and didn t get to use any amenities but saw most of them. There were awesome lizards around- would return to this hotel if I was in DR. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent attention and very comfortable rooms. Very good food and that located in a central point in the middle of the city so many interesting things are quite close. The biggest problem we had is that on the lower floors, the music on the album feels quite strong. A change of room to a higher floor was necessary.

The food is particularly good and the attention of it's personnel has always been excellent. I've been there for work related activities and the time that I have passed has been really great. My workmates seem to think the same. Comfort, family spaces and a great staff are the perfect combination that makes this greatly located hotel an unforgettable experience. My experience has been negative with the staff at the Hotel reception. Although the hotel staff was told that they should not charge my card because my stay was paid in advance and it was a mistake of understanding between the hotel and the corresponding agency, a charge was made on my card by Of the stay. I never signed that invoice and still got the charge. Subsequently it has been solved, but it has taken several weeks to do so and unnecessary inconvenience has been caused. I had never had anything similar before.
