It is a small park. Was able to do everything in a couple of hours. It could use some upgrades. Price was not to bad.

I want to thank the park "ranger" for letting us go down ramp to see the otters being fed.

My family went on 12/27/20 & the line was so long to get on the aerial tram, it took 2.5 hours just to get on. There s just way too many people. The tram itself was a great experience but it s overcrowded. We talked to a guy who arrived right when the doors opened and he still had to wait 3 hours to get on. Probably won t be going back again.

Free ride up in aerial tram for Easter sunrise service. Full breakfast buffet for $12.95 pp. Great service and meal. Wait staff were very pleasant. Other areas not open (tram ride up at 5:30 and breakfast at 8:00), but could have stayed all day.

Thought it would be an expensive day but turned out to be very affordable and fun....wait for the zamboni, we found it very satisfying watching them refresh the ice rink...

Our favorite attraction in Gatlinburg! You can spend a whole day and do an awesome variety of activities. We live the chair lift to the top of the mountain. There is live music regularly.

It was snowing, albeit lightly, but the only run open was the short run. Not many options even if they did open other runs. Snow makers were shooting ice. The equipment was extremely expensive and had a sour odor to them. Boots were wet when we first got them - gross, right? Well, it didn't stop us, but we all threw away our socks after we finished.

Friendly staff, good pricing, small crowds today. Perfect way to spend the day!

Grandkids loved the ice skating rink. Personally was very friendly.

The Market Mexican food- inside Ober Gatlinburg was horrible not good at all. Do not waste money at this food place. They put beans in enchiladas, which was gross and for the loaded nachos they use velveeta or cheez whiz cheese which was so disappointing and taste bad. The tram ride was the best part. Seems to be rundown and not kept up very well. Need renevating bad.

Amazing place with lots of different activities make sure to check the times they close each activity because they close at different times there's a bad review below about closing early but obviously that person didnt read all the info , ice skating ice bumper cars close cable car going up then open cable car to the top of the mountain skiing and snowboarding amazing even if its your 1st time be ready to spend all day upthere and take some cash each activity is charge separate, if planning to skiing or snowboarding plan to take at least some gloves and pants they rent everything there but is better if you take your wear loved this place and will be going back for sure visiting from TX

We were so afraid to ride the tram but couldn't wait either. The lady told us it was one of the safest means of travel so we felt better. It was very stable and really cool. We did bumper cars or floats on ice and that was fun.

Tons of fun!! The kids loved tubing, was just a little busier than last year. Great place to visit.

Great place for outdoor activities, I enjoyed the mountain coaster the most

Fun place. Great views in the tram up. Closes fairly early so don't go too late especially if you buy unlimited ride passes. The mountain coaster and Alpine slide were fun. Nice little zoo.

We went on the local 5.00 day and we had a lot of fun my grandson whom is 8 got to iceskate for the first time

Fun but everything to do costs extra on top of going there which costs as well. Very dated (stuck in the 80's) overall it was nice to go to but didn't do much. The food is also lacking flavor.

Place is pretty however you need a lift pass for kids to get on snow and trying to get off this rock is impossible. Tram line waits are hours. Don't take the tram up. It's a Covid box. Everyone jammed in together. They need more services to get down.

Love this place. We try to go at least twice each year.

Wow, what a fun day we had here to our surprise. We rode the tram car up. The scenery is beautiful and the attentants are knowledgeable and tell some jokes. At the top, there is SO MUCH TO DO: mountain coaster, ice bumper cars, ice skating, putt putt golf, alpine slide and ski lift. A wrist band will cover most of the activities. There is also stores and a snack bar.

A very neat overall experience, but things are beginning to look and feel a little dated. Coasters and what not look cool. Should consider some better and clearer "all inclusive" pricing as each item has a charge, kind of like a carnival. Things are looking a little dated next to some of the newer venues and activities in the area.

Extremely crowded. Waited over 2 hours just to ride the 10min tram. Waited 2 hours for the mountain coaster. Covid guidelines were NOT being enforced. Terrible Turist Trap

It was amazing. When ever you go to Gatlinburg you should go to ober Gatlinburg

Wonderful old established attraction for the family. We spent the entire day there and are already talking about returning. Would love to see the attraction receive an updating they deserve it.

The place is old and dingy. Staff is extremely rude. Some employess are flat out incapable of doing there jobs. Would not waste hard earned money here.

Really enjoyed Over Gatlinburg. The fact that it was Oktoberfest probably made it more enjoyable- 3 stars without Oktoberfest. The facility has got some age on it but it is obviously well-taken care of. The tram and chair lift rides offer spectacular views. If anyone you love is color blind, there is a color blind viewer at the top of the chair lift. Life changing if they've never looked through one. Worth every penny of the ride. The viewer is free!

We had a lot of fun there definitely coming back there

I've been going here for years. Definitely my favorite place to go to in Gatlinburg so much to do and rides to go on. Its definitely something to come check out while you're in the smokies

Took the kids in the playground since the gate was opened, Employee came complaining because we were in there and asked us if we opened the gate. Other employees were nice but that wasnt the way to start our day there.

Nearly forgot I had a few pictures in my phone and also from my best friend from Ober Gatlinburg. Enjoyed our afternoon at the shops and the rides. Let my best friends talk me into going onto the Ski Mountain coaster and I am not of fan of heights, at all. I really enjoyed this one. Especially because you can controll you own pace. I was pretty much spent after it but my friends did enjoy the Chairlift and the Alpine Slide. Seemed like a busy attraction but didn't have to wait long in any lines! Loved this place. Hope to visit again soon!

Gatlinburg is a beautiful place. Where you can come to enjoy a Nature and its Attractions with your family. You only need to be able to book your Rides online. We are from Florida and traveled 2 continuous years and we could not ride Snow tubing. And I imagine that others hace experienced the same as well. greetings.

Amazing!! Have to try the roller coaster through the woods!!

Went here during the summer for the playground and zoo. This was a waste of time and money. Playground is okay but zoo is small and depressing.

You can drive up the mountain, but the best, most fun way to get there is the tram. Such beautiful views! Upon arrival, you will find lots of touristy gift shops, light food, a sad little arcade for children and a nice ice skating rink. There's also a chair lift to take you to the top of Mt. Harrison. Fun ride to the top of the mountain and, once there, we enjoyed the mountain music of a three-piece band.

On a separate matter, in the many years I've been going there, I'm always sad and dismayed by the bear-habitat here. There are a few black bears available for viewing for an additional cost, of course. As we ride the overhead tram, we are treated to a view of these obviously stressed bears who walk round and round in circles on a hard concrete floor. No open area to roam. From my overhead view, it appears there's no grass for them to set foot on. I cannot speak to how well they are being fed, etc., but their habitat is wretched. Something really, really needs to change here.

Great fun, catch the chair lift rather than drive (took over an hour to go less than 1mile). Food is very average and toilets are filthy. Plenty to do for all and the ice skating and winter sports are well done.

Absolutely beautiful even when there isn't snow. There is so much to do here and we had a total blast!

As soon as I got there the power went out. It looked fun though.

Great place to visit. Expect a good bit of tourism but it's good. Take one of the trams.

Best activity to do with the whole family nobody is excluded.

Overall this is a great place to visit. That said, they tend to oversell the tubing tickets which results in you only getting to go down the tubing pass 4-5 times in an hour. It was fun, but the way oversold.

Great place with lots of things to do, recommend skiing

OBER was super fun and the staff was friendly. My mom had trouble getting on the ice bumper cars and staff was a big help. The only issue I had was that no one knew or told me that there was a convenience store 3 min down the road( I asked several people). and so I ended up paying 30 bucks for 8 drinks for when I got back to my cabin.

Interesting place on mountain something to do for everyone

We've been standing in line since 9am. It's noon, and it looks like we'll have our rental equipment in about another 45 minutes. I should've bailed two hours ago. Won't be back. Ever.

...Update... It's now 1:10pm and we're still in line for our equipment. Looks like another 30 minutes - at least. "Miserable experience" just doesn't quite capture it.

Food at the restaurant was not prepared fresh, frozen most likely. Better to find another place to eat in town. The views were good though...

Cool venue with great views. Enjoyed the alpine slide and the mountain coaster.

Oh my gosh! Dude that ride up was so beautiful that it blew my mind entirely, it was so fun and good. Once you're all the way at the top theres this whole other world with ice skating, shops and a super cool retro arcade that blew my mind filled with nostalgia, the plants in the summer were all bloomed and everything was just so flabbergasted worthy. I cant wait until I come back to kick it here and take in all the beautiful sights. Seeing the mountains riding up with my parents was so cool, I will always treasure going up there and just having a total blast with friends and family. Its definitely worth it if you want one of those things that memories last type of ordeal, there was rock climbing and other things up the mountain and the ride itself up and down was fantastic and glorious.

Great way to have fun in the cold! We went on the Mountain Roller Coaster and the snow tubbing. Need to buy tickets a few days beforehand, most activities were sold out when we got there.

They worked very well with service animals! Separate waiting area and first to board to ensure all are safe in their care.
There is a carousel, a small arcade, ice skating, ice bumper boats and stores.

The ride is always nice in the tram. We got the best, riding up in the daylight, and down at night. The leather shop and the Puzzler shops are really nice.

I went up there to see the snow and I was wonderfully surprised to find the special Olympics were there qualifying it was amazing to watch .. Great Day !!

More place for children not for adults as much kind of boring

Favorite place to play without the lines like Dollywood. Spent 5 hrs with the family. Just be aware $10 for parking no re-entering. Just pack a picnic and drinks in a cooler in your car and plan to spend the day.

Giving a star for the air tram. The ride was beautiful. The visit went downhill from there. The restaurant had a terribly long line, and the other food options were equivalent to over priced bowling alley food. You cannot see snow, if you do not pay $100+ per person to ski, and forget about the wildlife encounter. No animals are out in this cold. There are so many other options in Gatlinburg. I wish I could have that time and money back to spend elsewhere.
