Our company ordered capsules for our still wines, yet when they were shipped, they came in a box, no end caps, and every end was crimped. This meant that when we attempted to load them onto our bottling line, each stack had to be gone through and at least 3 capsules on the end were tossed.
Our production line stalled. We had to add an employee who stood on the line and manually placed a capsule onto each bottle before sending it through the line--slowing down production and increasing our costs.
We took photos and when we reached out to Maverick, they indicated that they would check into the problem and contact us. Three weeks later, no response.
Today, we called again, went straight to voicemail this morning, and no response this afternoon. We'll try again tomorrow, but this doesn't bode well and is certainly not the way to create a long-term customer.
